Where do I start? Came in on a Sunday evening with my family and this place was a mess from start to finish. Nearly 30-minute wait, then seated at a dirty table that hadn't been cleared from the previous guests. Mid-way through taking our drink order, our server just... walked away. Never came back to finish. Apps came out before drinks. When my kid's Sprite arrived it was carbonated water -- when we flagged a manager, we were told they were out of Sprite. Would've been nice to know that upfront. The water I ordered never came at all. Meals were room temperature. Server never checked back in -- we had to track her down just to pay and leave. Meanwhile I watched a manager in a black polo leaning against the wall while the carpeted floors were visibly dirty. There's a saying about leaning and cleaning for a reason. Four stars on Yelp is genuinely baffling based on this experience. Two stars is generous. Won't be back, and wouldn't send anyone else here either. read more

The food came out incredibly fast and hot. The food was good for a chain restaurant. The restaurant was pretty busy and decorated with a sports theme. The customers seemed pretty happy. This place was ridiculous, we had a party of 16 and as soon as we walked in the hist had a problem, then the server didnt refill any drinks all the food was messed up, the manager brought us fried pickles and DROPPED them on the serving platter and scooped them back up in the basket put them on our table like we were about to eat them. This was such a good dining experience. We had lunch here after my daughter's graduation from ASU and they were very accommodating for our party of 11. We were seated quickly (even without the entire party being present). Our waitress was amazing, very thorough and attentive! Lunch spot hit the spot. Stopped at this location in Montgomery. It was cool. Friendly wait staff. The food was cool. I love that they have a menu with lower priced options for those who just don't have the money for larger more costly options. I got the wing deal which was satisfying. I got about 5 wings with fries and a drink for $13. It's a sports bar so there's not much to be said about the ambiance. TVs and sports memorabilia all around. Here for a trip with my mom & ate here while on our way south, and Man to say this was delicious would be an understatement. I'm Telling you the food was amazing! Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were told they would not accommodate our party of 14. Delicious food. Good price. They have THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS AND BROCCOLI. I also love their black and white chicken.

We had a party of 13, including three senior citizens, and were made to wait over an hour with no seating or accommodation. During that time, we watched as smaller parties were seated ahead of us without issue. The manager was dismissive, and showed no concern for the seniors in our group who were forced to stand for an extended period. It became clear that the restaurant simply didn't want to serve large parties and strung us along instead of being honest or respectful. The manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and the overall treatment of our group was unacceptable. This establishment operates with poor customer service, questionable management, and little regard for basic hospitality. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise others--especially large parties or anyone expecting fair treatment--to stay away!!! read more

Granted this was a delivery and I can compare pics from the what it's supposed to look like vs what I got smh. First, let me start with what I didn't like about this place. I stopped in at about 4 PM and the place wasn't even half full. Add to it a lot of the staff is just standing around doing nothing. But they put you on a waitlist, a waitlist to get seated when they don't even look busy. The only reason I think they do this is like the clubs I used to spend my miss spelt youth in, it's to make the place look busy and popular with people just dying to get in. If you have to generate this kind of illusion, there's something wrong with your place. I had their chili and it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything exceptional. I had their shrimp, étouffée bowl and it was pretty good. I also had something they called fried banana pudding. I found it interesting. Given the games they play to get you seated. It's unlikely I'd go back to this place because the food was just so so. If you're really into sports bar theme places you might've liked it a little more than I did. read more
