A lot of things can improve. In the past with BWW this location specifically I've had issues with my boneless wings looking cooked on the outside but raw on the inside but now from 2025 to early 2026 I haven't had the issue of my food being undercooked so that's a plus. However, it's the service they provide. In particularly this recent interaction I just had with the to go host, she seemed bothered that she had to go get my order from the back and I understand being tired but I just saw how happy she was with the customer that was in front of me. So that was off putting. Also, my fries were stale and my boneless wings weren't fresh. Quick review. This must be a new establishment because the area looks newish and the actual building, in and out, is clean, spacious, and not worn and sticky like most BWWs. Our waitress was very nice but she seemed a little overwhelmed. Even though there were not many people in the restaurant, she never came back to fill our glasses or check on us. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. The food is BWW food. However, they totally skimped out on loading the ultimate nachos with toppings. They were more like super subpar nachos instead. Also, maybe this is new, but I've never had to ask for veggies with wings. The veggies are usually a given with all wing orders. Lastly, they ration their dipping sauces, so beware. Overall, I'm not impressed. I was hoping by the initial appearance I'd be able to say something other than what I'm about to say, but unfortunately here it goes. We waited ten minutes for someone to show up to the front to greet us and put us on the waitlist to find out the wait time is one hour. I have been to this BWW multiple times. I will say this, the food is typically somewhat decent. However, I cannot promise the food will ever be worth the absolute pain you have dealing with the service of this establishment. When you arrive, be prepared to wait 15 minutes at the front for someone to even greet you. After that, you will be in the restaurant for a minimum of two hours after you wait 30 minutes for a beer, and the 45 minutes it takes trying to figure out how to pay the check. The app is always "down" and staff isn't even trained on how to use it. This is the second BOGO night I've been told "if the app is down there's nothing we can do." Absolutely horrible service! The gentleman who came up to seat us after a few minutes was nice (I think he may be a manager as he was the one to come back after we had issue with the service). As we walked to the booth, we saw the servers all talking in the little alcove between the tables. There were 3 or 4 of them, and no one sitting at the tables (just people in the booths) -- so not real busy. We sat down, and waited 15 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted a drink. I finally went to the alcove and asked if someone was coming over. One finally did, and the person with me asked if they had Dr Pepper. She said nothing, and just asked if we wanted to order food. I asked her to respond to him first on his drink request; she got angry and said she already had his order. We asked for a manager; and the front gentleman came over. His idea was for us to move to another table, instead of dealing with the situation where we were. We ended up leaving; just felt the server's response was going to end up with us getting food that would be suspect. I wish I'd read the Yelp reviews here before going, looks like the service has really deteriorated. It's unfortunate, we always liked going there for wings, watching the games or playing trivia. The thing that stands out to me about this BWW location, is how bright and inviting it is. I've been to many other locations, and unfortunately they are dark and smokey, as if a tribute to sports bars from decades ago. The staff here is very friendly, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table in six visits. I normally stick with boneless wings and fries, but today I tried a new sandwich hey had on the menu...the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was fantastic! We ordered a round of Patron as well as beers for individuals that wanted them. 7 shots, 5 beers. On a slow night like this, maximum 10 minutes is the expected time. About 20 minutes in without receiving our drinks, or any follow up at all I might add, we realized we had vastly overestimated the service expected, and prepared for the ensuing hours of hardship. 40 minutes in, forty FUCKING minutes in, an employee dared approach us. He apologized, and 15 minutes later came back out with our drinks, as well as took our order for food. For those not tracking, it's been over an hour and we've received one order of drinks and our order for food has just been taken. At this point, expectations were low. What else could go wrong? They shoved us in a corner and forgot we existed for an entire hour, surely we're on their radar, right? Wrong. It's time to leave...the receipts were made with gross incompetency, as nearly every single one was wrong. They tried charging me for 10 shots of patron....we only had 7!!!!! Waste my time? Came here on a Friday night. They were pretty busy but we were seated promptly. The service was pretty solid however it did take a while to get the drinks we ordered. I had the Platinum Margarita which I had previously read was ranked second best among large chain restaurant margaritas. It was really tasty for sure. I decided to order the crispy tenders with half spun in Jammin' Jalapeño sauce and the other half in Teriyaki. I loved both the sauces. The jalapeño sauce definitely packed a nice kick. I've stopped into this BWW a few times on my drive between Atlanta and Florida up until yesterday when I met their bartender by the name of Jaime! The food is your typical BWW, but I guess I should have read the reviews here first as my review is consistent with the many others. Yes, you WILL wait a long time to be seated. There is never anyone to great you upon walking in, so I just go straight to the bar area and seat myself. I had finished my lunch and had been waiting quite some time (easy 20 minutes) for Jaime to bring the bill. When I finally grabbed Jaime's attention to say I was ready to pay, she told me that I could scan the code on the table and pay with my phone. I said that's not going to be an option for me and I'd like to give you my credit card and get this over with. Jaime continued to ignore me, continued making drinks and waiting on other people as she walked past my table numerous times. I was literally turned sideways in my chair with my credit card ready, but Jaime continued to ignore me for another 10 minutes before she brought my bill. I've never considered walking out on a bill, but when you have to almost beg for it, I actually considered walking out. To top it off Jamie didn't even give me a receipt with the number I need to enter for my Blazin Rewards Points. It's a UFC fight night so it was so packed when we first got in, actually it's still packed. It's anew BWW and for the area I think they should have gone a bit bigger. It's located in a really nice area across the street from East Chase Shoppes and there is a Whole Foods being built in the same parking area. When we finally got seated it took awhile before anyone came to take our drink order. When the sever finally took our drink order it took 35 minutes to get 3 waters and 2 sweet teas. When the food came out, who knows when (we stopped counting), it was cold. Wings were huge and cool to the touch, hamburger meat tasted like it wasn't prepared well or had been left out for several days. Service was "eh", can't really complete a full assessment because I saw her maybe three times over a 2 and a half hour period. A friend and I ordered a family bundle last weekend (20 boneless & 20 traditional) with fries. The wings were absolutely delicious but the fries were nasty and cold like they were sitting in the box for much longer than they should have been. I came here with my family when they first opened their new Taylor road location. The old Vaughn Road location was THE spot when I was in college. Maybe because I'm older now it just doesn't it the spot like it used to. When they reopen this new location the service quality was all over the place. The ONLY reason I am not giving this location one star is because OCCASIONALLY you will receive the rare combination of decent food and decent service, or at the VERY least consistently decent food even if you get awfully slow service the other 90% of the time. But lately, I have just been noticing too much inconsistency with my experiences here. The wait staff is taking longer than ever to take your orders, and forget getting any refills; if youre lucky, youll get one glass before your meal comes, and another after you have cleaned your plate. The food preparation is consistently bad too: most of the time the food will be cold or at the very least lukewarm because it sat forever before the server finally decided to bring it to you, and if it comes to you like this, youre stuck with it because they will take too long getting back to you for you to report the error and even longer to get a replacement... if they decide to make it that is. Ive also been noticing a trend of purposefully incorrect orders, and whenever I report that this isnt what I ordered, I am given excuses as to why the mistake cannot be corrected even though I have eaten dozens of times with no issue in the past. At this point, my patience has been worn out; this location will never again receive my business. I will try my luck with the Prattville location going forward, even though I know I will have to waste time and gas getting up there; they have YET to provide me a bad experience... so far. But should they start making the same mistakes that have plagued the Montgomery for too long, I will have no choice but to boycott this chain entirely. Both times I called, the woman working online orders was so rude and acted bothered that my order continued to go missing and said there was nothing that could be done. After the second time, I received a text to call the store to get a refund. As soon as the woman heard my voice, hung up and refused to answer. Still have not received any refund or any type of help.
