I haven't felt as if my service has been compromised by the scene, but I do prefer to pack my food to go rather than stay and eat. Too many times the wings felt as if they were sitting under a heat lamp all day then slathered with some cool sauce once it's time to serve. The flesh was tough and dry while the bones were brittle. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings, so I know they can do better. But the perk of this location missing up wings so often is that I've discovered the burgers aren't half bad. My husband and I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a disappointing experience at the bar. The server initially asked if I wanted a drink, and I told her I was waiting for my husband. When he arrived, she took my drink order but never asked him what he wanted. When my husband told her the drink she made wasn't what he had in mind, she became visibly upset and threw the drink away--even though she hadn't asked for his order in the first place. After that, her attitude noticeably changed. When we tried to place our food order, she was rude and seemed irritated. To make matters worse, when I attempted to redeem points I had accumulated, she couldn't get it to work and told me to contact headquarters. Decided to order the 20 wings with 4 preparations, chicken salad & grilled chicken fingers. Went there tonight 6.25.26 after not going for almost a year, due to health issues of my own. Finally decided to go tonight after taking our kids to see a movie. Worst decision.. We got sat next to a filthy table, that no one touched the whole duration of us being there, the server came after us being sat for a long time; got ur drinks and order. Once we had everything we didn't see him again. He kept going to this table of girls. we didn't get any drink refills. When we finally got annoyed enough and got our check, he charged us for a guy at ANOTHER tables beer. I brought it to the managers attention as soon as I seen it and she was very rude, saying my husband had a beer and it was right; we kindly told her no we didnt have a beer he brought us a can, and gave us a glass. We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings when staying at a hotel nearby and had a good experience. Like any BWW, it was loud, busy, and an overload for the senses with TVs on every wall, but the dining room looked clean and well-maintained. There was no wait when we got there (also called ahead to check), and we were seated right away. I got the boneless wings with honey BBQ sauce, which were great. A nice crunch, not overdone, generous amount of sauce, but as expected, a little on the salty side. We also shared a side of tots which were excellent (and better than the fries in my opinion). My kid got the mac and cheese, which was good and a very filling portion size. BWW has a detailed allergen chart online, and our server was very thorough in checking our order with the kitchen to confirm everything would be safe for our food allergies, both of which I appreciated. It's now been 27 mins and I still don't have food. They ask for a cell phone number in case they need to contact us. The atmosphere always screams hot mess when I go here. With guests getting into fights around the restaurant and shouting but I recently came back and saw they revamped the whole place. It looks really nice and I'm wondering if the atmosphere is regularly better. Regardless the drinks were very good and the food was delicious. This used to be a great restaurant and very reasonably priced. This is not the case today however. I sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive. The wings were what I can only described as hummingbird wings. They were cold and extremely disappointing. The fries were meh and the potion was smaller than McDonalds small portion at a whopping $5.00. The fries were also cold. I spent $32.00 (inc tip) for 10 hummingbird wings a a few sticks of potatoes and left the place as hungry as I was when I went in. Their prices are ridiculous and the quality is non existent. On Tuesdays it used to be BOGO free now it's BOGO at 50% off!!!! This restaurant is on a slow slippery path to nowhere. Visited on 3/2/26. The server Devin was excellent! Food was really good. We have never been there before. We took home plenty of leftovers. Only drawback to me was the burger was a little too salty. Why oh why did I step outside my norm and try the bird dogs when really, all I wanted was some lemon pepper wings. As you can see, I tried each style Bird Dog and they all were gross. Whoever came up with this has to smoke weed, because this is a munchie special. The part that annoyed me the most was that the chicken didn't fit in the bread, and there was too much bread. I told them when I went and picked it up and they said they had reversed the charge for one of them, but it would take a few days to get my money back. My Father, Sister, and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings after a concert that my sister and I had. The food was great we all got different types of wings and they were delicious. The only bad thing was that when we got there they sat us down at a dirty table. We had to ask them to clean it or move us. So they cleaned the table for us and we were good to go. After we got our food the waitress took a while to come back when we needed refills. Once she came she went to go get the refills and did't come back for ten minutes. We start this evening by going in and standing in line waiting to check in. After a few minutes I've wondered through the crowds and excuse me how can I get put on to the dinner list. The young lady stood there and said well you have to make reservations. I said what can I get my name on the list anyway, she said fine. I then watched this manager micromanage every station in the restaurant over the next two hours. Employees were getting frustrated because they were not being allowed to do their job unless she told them how to do it. Sweet girl but trying way too hard. Service was horrible, I have been to many other locations and it's no excuse, on Jan 7th I went there with a party of 9 for a family gathering around 2 or 3pm it wasn't that busy, Orders were placed waiting an hour and half we were told after asking, the reason food was taking too long because of the 2 chicken sandwiches they were part of the order was causing the hold up and the other food was ready , my wife asked if the food for the children can be brought out we were told ok. Here at Buffalo Wild Wings you can get a nice selection of beers and good fast food for the price. A place with lots of television for basketball, baseball games with a great sports atmosphere. Here they have 2.99 tall miller lite that is a steal to compliment your wings. In my opinion the best time to go to BWW is for lunch or on Tuesday for 1/2 price bone-in wings or Thursday for 60 cent boneless wings. My go to favorite flavors are Honey bbq, Thai chili, Jamaican jerk and garlic parm. They have many flavors to pick from but those 4 are always my go to! 1st time using the app for ordering online for pickup. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and the fact that items were missing from the order. I arrived on time for order pickup. They brought out my order in about a minute's time which I was happy about. I did not realize that they did not include the soft drink I ordered but since I did not realize that until I got home, it is partially my fault so I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. The wings were well cooked but the buffalo seasoning is bland and does not have the usual flavor of buffalo wings made with a sauce. I chose the seasoning over the sauce because it's advertised as medium spiciness and I always prefer medium over hot when eating buffalo wings. The seasoning is very hot and spicy, much hotter than most medium wings I have eaten in addition to the blandness already mentioned. The fries you get with the bundle were cold, dry, chewy and rubbery. They also did not include the celery and carrots that are supposed to come with 2 of the orders. Overall a below average to poor rating and I don't think I want to order from this Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant again. read more
