Normally my husband and I enjoy coming to this location at least once a week. We enjoy watching the sports that are provided on the TV's in the bar area and understand it can get noisy in there. We love the bartenders and appreciate the effort they put in for us each time we come in. We never had any issues until today where one woman was yelling, banging the bar table, and screaming while the baseball game was on. I asked her nicely to please tone it down a little. She then became irate and began yelling back at my husband and I. I started to eat my lunch and she continued and then began saying things like "you wanna take this outside?"...I ignored her and then I asked her to stop. She got up and shoved the chairs near her into my husband's chair and ran for the manager, Amanda. What Amanda felt it necessary to do was come out of the kitchen and instead of getting our side of the story or speaking to both parties, she reprimanded my husband and I and said "well this is a sports bar and people can cheer for whomever they want". She felt it was necessary to do this in front of the now hostile customer. My husband and I were pretty much unnerved by this because by now we were threatened twice by this woman and I did tell her I was going to call the cops if she didn't stop threatening to take me outside. So my husband just finished his lunch and as we left the hostile woman was again speaking to Amanda and she threatened me once again in front of Amanda. Came in shortly after 9:00 PM. It's been years since we've been to this location. We recently moved, so we are actually closer to this area. Were able to grab a seat at the bar. Ryan was our server / bartender. He was friendly, professional and we received great service throughout our dining experience. Started with an Arnold Palmer & a beer. I'm a rewards member, so had enough points to get a free cheese curd appetizer which was a great starter along with their bogo meal deal that's featured every Tuesday. You know exactly what you are getting visiting here as the menu is pretty straightforward. The food is fairly standard across the board and quite frankly hits the spot on specific occasions. They brought back the buffalo ranch which I was excited about because- one, burnt out on ALL the other ones and two-this has been the best (in my opinion) of the more recent version of new sauces. Tried the hot lemon pepper and not really a fan as it just seems like they mixed the lemon pepper dry rub into the hot buffalo sauce. Note-This place can get crazy busy in the evening & weekends especially when sports are on prime time. They do premier the UFC here. No cover charge as some of the franchises may still do.This is a corporate run location which is completely owned and operated by the parent company, so they will not charge any additional fees for the fight. Additionally, there are plenty of TV's to watch any & all kind of sports you could think of. We caught the Padre game (our favorite baseball team), but unfortunately they lost! When the craving for chicken wings hit, I looked at Uber Eats to order for lunch while I was working at home. Nothing beats the coziness of my house and an order in (no dishes)! Usually, I'm a Wing Stop or ATL Wings person, but I noticed they had Buffalo Chicken Dip and I was intrigued. For take out, I'm genuinely impressed with the packaging and the speed of service/delivery! Specific container to divide the two flavors is amazing. Love the clear labeling if it is ranch or blue cheese to avoid confusion. Some wing spots don't do this, and you have to eyeball or taste test. As for flavor of the food, I don't think they gave me mango haberno as the sauce tastes the same on both wings. The potato wedges are amazing and definite order again item! The buffalo chicken dip was okay, but likely not something I'd order again unless in the restaurant as may be best served there. It's honestly hard for me to rate this place poorly because there are some positives, but overall the food was just mediocre. I really wish they had stronger gluten-free options even a great salad selection would make a big difference and would probably bring me back more often because my husband and family love the wings. We were invited for a birthday dinner and our party was pretty large (17 people), and I will say the server handled our group really well, which I appreciated. That said, I ordered a burger lettuce-wrapped due to being gluten free, and it still came out with a bun, which was disappointing. Dropped by to catch the last part of the Suns game. I had to watch the third quarter on my phone till they could get one of the TVs changed but it was a pretty busy Saturday with football and hockey getting the loudest cheers. With service a tad in the slower side we still managed to get our drinks in a timely manner and topped off while we waited for food. Food came out within a couple minutes and once I tried a wing I knew why, they had obviously been precook and sitting under a warmer and then just tossed in wing sauce. to say they were room temperature is being generous. They tasted fine, but definitely were not freshly made. Husband said the fries tasted OK. My side salad was pretty sad basically just lettuce and mushy tomatoes, and a little bit of green onion sprinkled.on top. Waitress was friendly, but we barely saw her and I had to ask a different server to get me sweetener for my iced tea. We walked in my hubby and I and there were at least 10 open booths 10 tables and it was really light. One corner of the restaurant had 5 tables all bunched together like cattle and the girl said it's going to be about a 5 minute wait while we wait for that table to leave. ( Huh?!). She then walked away. As we all ate our friend with the burger that never came waited more than 40 minutes after the rest of us finished eating. Not 1 apology, not even from the manager. Waiter looked like she hated her life and acted like we were an inconvenience. I ordered the bacon cheese jumbo tots and asked for no chipotle bbq dry rub, I guess she heard something else which would have been fine and a quick fix if she had repeated the order back to us and the whole misunderstanding would have saved the kitchen time and the stores food cost but she simply said "kay" and then took our menus and left. After we received the wrong order of tots I took a look at the food and realized this looked nothing like I ordered and it had ingredients I definitely would have removed if I knew they were in there, I took a menu off one of the nearest tables and looked over the menu again to see if maybe I just missed it but after looking at the appetizer section I saw a menu item that had the ingredients of the tots in front of me. I informed the server that it's not what I ordered and tried to be polite about it but she decided she would try and prove me wrong and say thats exactly what I ordered. I then repeated exactly what I ordered the first time and it seemed to have jogged her memory but by that point I had already received my soggy fried pickles, chicken strips that tasted like frostbite, and semi decent mozz sticks and burger and lost my appetite. The food wasn't that bad aside from the chicken Caesar salad being, what I believe, a little over priced for what you receive. The wings were spot on though. All of the flavors were different, which is what we wanted. The one that I could do without for next time would be the lemon pepper. Pretzel bites were excellent and the mozzarella sticks were normal. I service was decent but I could tell our waitress was pretty busy. Worst experience. Dirty floor, underwhelming food. Just not a fan - would rather go somewhere else.

Dining area: We were disappointed we couldn't sit outside on the patio, they only open it when there is a server available, so typically only when it's a busy time. However the ceilings were very high and it was well ventilated, so we still felt OK being vaccinated and sitting indoors. it wasn't too loud, plenty of TVs showing a variety of sports including Sunday night football, motorcycle racing and the New York City Marathon. Something for everyone. 5/5 Queso and chips: this is some legit Tex-Mex queso. I thoroughly enjoyed and almost ordered a second one, but I was discouraged by the rest of my party so we could try other things. The cheese is well spiced, white cheese and the chips are super thin crispy and fresh. 5/5 Cauliflower wings: these are also excellent we got the one that comes as an appetizer with an Asian dressing and flourish. But you could tell they would be delicious as a regular wing order as well. 5/5 Bacon and cheese curd burger: because of the cheese curds the burger is already super thick so ordered a single patty. Burger was good, came with shoestring french fries that were so cold and obviously had been sitting out for a long time. Veggies are ordered as a side and are only $.99. Kind of tired and blah but when you haven't had vegetables in a long time because you're on vacation it was definitely worth a dollar. However overall for this combo was 3/5 Pickle nickel: very good, your standard fried pickle fair. Comes with a tasty dipping sauce but you can always sample the other sauces on the table with these little guys. I've had better but I've had worse so I would say these are a 4/5 Naked chicken tenders and potato wedges: potato edges are definitely the potato style to order at this joint. The seasoning is way better than the french fries and they came out really fresh and we're great dipped in any of the many sauces. The naked chicken tenders are healthy and it shows, but if that's what you're ordering then you're not going for the most flavorful option at this restaurant anyway. 4/5 Cocktails: the bloody Mary was spicy! And it was quite strong. The spiked football also was not too sweet - like a piña colada that was a bit more on the refreshing side. Came in a fun glass too. You do not get to keep either glass, but when you order a cocktail you get your drink in a real honest to goodness glass, when you order a beer it comes in a plastic cup now. We went for Traditional BOGO Tuesdays. If you have the BWW rewards on Tuesday you can buy 10,15 wings and then get the same amount free! It is an awesome program they have; it used to be automatic but now you get an app which has perks since you earn points for each dollar you spend. Parking is super easy to find at this location since it is only one restaurant in the lot as of right now. We ordered onion rings with the southwest sauce. About $10 and it is a pretty big size and they are super delicious! We got the hatch queso which is also about $10. It is one of my favorite food items when it comes out hot. The nacho cheese has so much flavor and is so yummy! Then we ordered the Asian zing (sweet and spicy), lemon pepper (super good!); the teriyaki (sweet and salty); buffalo wet and dry (super tasty). You can ask for all flats and well done like we did and it was pure perfection. Sodas run about 4.99 each as well as a side of fries is 4.99 so it's almost better to splurge and get a beer if you prefer alcohol since a soda is about 5$ The restaurant is a pretty good size and there are always a ton of servers. We came in pretty late for us, and were seated immediately. The place was absolutely freezing, almost to the point of me shivering. I don't like being cold. Our server, Holly, was brand new and training. She did an outstanding job! We both ordered the same cocktail, and I totally spaced on the name of it. The were delicious and refreshing. My husband had the wings he was craving, along with some onion rings. He loved every bite! I ordered the All American Cheese Burger, and it really hit the spot. The natural French fries were perfect and tasted great as well. When we were done eating, we asked for two boxes that were brought to us immediately, then we waited for the check. And waited. And waited. Several people walked by, and no one said anything. Finally Holly came back and asked how we were doing and we requested the check. We probably waited a good 10 minutes from when we boxed up the leftovers to when she came back by, not upset, just commenting for future improvement. The check should have been presented with the boxes, we were obviously done with our meals. Please consider raising the temperature inside a few degrees. I then asked what was the options, not on the menu anywhere. She then said only some options and paused, and after a minute of us staring at her she told us the options. Not a great start, but moving on. We got our appetizers but no silverware, our server left and was cleaning and kept going into the back. We had to flag her down to ask for silverware, for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids she brought us napkins, 3 forks and a singular spoon and knife. We had the request our waters be refilled. She then disappeared for a while and we were able to flag her down told her we need some more forks and silverware and wanted to place our orders. She then brought back one singular knife. At that point it had been over an hour. Still no water refills between that. We had such a horrible experience our whole party told our waitress that we wanted to take it to go. They brought out all our meals plated and she brought our to go boxes separate. At this point we were not surprised. We paid our checks and left. On our way out the hostess didn't say anything to us either. I get it is a chain but a little bit of hospitality is something even chain restaurants do. My experience at Buffalo wild wings at the superstition location was horrible. Zero stars. I ordered on the app at around midnight a 20 piece in BONE IN wings with fries for $21.99 I picked up my order and what was in my box was boneless wings. They were tiny boneless wings and it was already 3 AM so I could not call the restaurant when I do call the restaurant tells me that they are unable to remake my food because I didn't come back the same day even though it was 12 AM and it was 1:30 AM when I picked up my food. So I was unable to go right then but at 12:46 PM the same day I'm trying to get a remake and I'm told that I cannot do so and I have to wait 5 to 7 days in order to get my refund my experience was horrible. I would've suggest anybody order on the app at this restaurant. I give this restaurant zero stars I give the management zero were not helpful at they did not satisfy my complaint. We came here for dinner because we had a gift card. Food was underwhelming but service was good. We got the nachos from the happy hour menu. We thought "good price for the size of the plate" but what we discovered later was that it was mostly covered with lettuce and pico and the Beef chili was hardly there (we were also told it was gonna be chicken). For our main, we ordered the medium traditional wings, mild, a basket of fries, and 2 side coleslaws. We were told the basket will have 14 wings but we only got 13 (they used to be 15 back in the day). They were hardly covered in sauce so they were less than mild and somewhat dry at this point. The fries were ok. The coleslaw had a veggie that was so dry, it almost felt like plastic! I couldn't tell what it was. We ordered 1 soda only and 1 water, our bill came out to around $35. We were glad to have had the gift card because we honestly would not have been happy to pay full price for the meal we had.
