It's honestly hard for me to rate this place poorly because there are some positives, but overall the food was just mediocre. I really wish they had stronger gluten-free options even a great salad selection would make a big difference and would probably bring me back more often because my husband and family love the wings. We were invited for a birthday dinner and our party was pretty large (17 people), and I will say the server handled our group really well, which I appreciated. That said, I ordered a burger lettuce-wrapped due to being gluten free, and it still came out with a bun, which was disappointing. This is definitely a solid spot if you're looking for a place to watch a game or host a big group. They have tons of screens, plenty of space, and can comfortably accommodate large parties like ours. I just wish the food matched the atmosphere.

Even the burgers here are too salty

The only reason I keep returning to this place is because my boyfriend likes it until he eats here also Honestly this review by no means has to with the servers the customer service has never been the problem it's the kitchen the food is being prepared way too salty you just can't eat it not to mention what it's doing to people's health cut the salt back by 50% and i can guarantee you nobody will ever know the difference. Otherwise my suggestion is that you add a healthier option side to your menu. I'm not sure if this is a problem at this location or all of them this way? Either way I can't come back because I can't eat the food without being up all night afterwards drinking water because I'm so thirsty.

My husband, son and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings Superstition Springs in Mesa for dinner. We ordered a classic chicken wrap, a buffalo ranch chicken wrap and spicy chicken tenders. After we ordered we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive! The waitress never apologized for the long wait, no manager ever visited the table nothing. Our waitress didn't even check on us during the 45 minute wait. Our food arrived and the wraps were cold when the chicken should have been hot inside and the fries that came with them were also cold. We will not be back.

This Restaurant is located along the string of Eateries on Superstition Springs Blvd, East Mesa. Parking Lots of parking shared with adjacent restaurants which can get challenging during peak hours. Handicapped parking in front. Ambiance Sports bar atmosphere with a surprisingly large high ceiling dining area. The main dining room is surrounded by large TVS to keep up on your game. Beyond the main dining room is the sizable Buffalo WW Bar with its own game TVS. My ambiance experience was positive! Menu A wing-lovers dilemma deciding which flavor of Rubs and sauce glazes to choose from. All are available in the Bone in traditional and boneless wings. I had difficulty deciding and our waitress suggested I order a dozen with my top 4-6 choices which was a great way to sample. The jury is in. My top two picks from my sampler were the Mango Habanero and Jamin Jalapeño! Service (late lunch) From arrival to our last beverage our waitress was friendly, patient and helpful. I enjoyed the Wing and restaurant experience and will be back. Consider moving Game Day from home to Buffalo Wild Wings!

The $10 bottomless appetizer deal was awesome. We went at 3:30 and the service was very quick. All of our food came out in minutes. Excellent waitress, very kind staff, delicious food. I would steer you away from the boneless wings though, they're very tough. The potato wedges and the mozarella sticks are great!

Terrible. I remember why we stopped coming here - but I let the boys pick since school starts tomorrow. Two of the four got the all you can eat boneless and fries for $20. We literally had empty drinks and no food for 20 min so I hunted down a manager. My traditional wings looked like what's pictured. Manager came to the table and asked what the problem was. I asked him to guess and he guessed the wing all drinks were completely empty - guess he didn't know they had AYCE but still. Another restaurant that we used to love that is now (again??) dead to us. Absolute trash.

The service here was good and fast!!! I will definitely be visiting back here again and their prices are understandable and affordable.

I spent $25 (with delivery it was $30) on a meal and half my wings are the wrong sauce. I can't eat this because it is absolutely gross. I called the manager and they refuse to help me because I ordered my meal via Ubereats. Buffalo Wild Wings messed up my order - not the Uber eats driver. The customer service from the manager is absolute garbage. Stay away at all cost. Ubereats can't help me tonight and Buffalo Wild Wings' manager won't do sh#% about the mistake. I ordered hot barbecue and they gave me bourbon barbecue... the wings taste like a straight shot of bourbon. I don't even like bourbon. I'll go hungry tonight ... because Buffalo Wild Wings won't make it right.

I went with the Caesar salad topped with Cajun chicken, and it was absolutely terrific--fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. I'd never had a bad meal prior to this, but food quality has TANKED... this evening our food took FOREVER, and when I finally came, mine was cold and the chicken was super dry, and my Wife's was super hot, and obviously just prepared. The staff and bartenders are always on point, but it's becoming more and more evident at the lack of competent management, and any minuscule form of quality control. It's been consistently getting bad...but tonight was hands down the worst restaurant experience we've had in over a decade. Please fire them all and start over. Competent Management and quality control are non-existent. It's a shame. We used to love this place. (Your staff is the only reason this is worded so nicely)

From the moment we sat down, the vibe was right, relaxed ambience, comfortable setting, and the kind of place where you can actually unwind and enjoy your meal without being rushed. The environment just feels good. Our waitress was awesome, attentive, friendly, and kept everything flowing without hovering. That kind of service makes all the difference and she nailed it. Now the food. Let me start with the real star of the show, the Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls. Golden, perfectly crispy panko crust on the outside, and when you bite in? Creamy mashed potato loaded with gooey melted cheese that literally stretches. Paired with that smooth cheese dipping sauce, these are dangerously addictive. I'd order a double next time without hesitation. The wings were incredible, and yes, I taste tested both the Garlic Parmesan AND the BBQ. The Garlic Parm had that rich, savory coating with a beautiful caramelized char. The BBQ brought a sweet, smoky glaze that had me licking my fingers. Both were meaty, juicy, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Honestly couldn't pick a favorite, you need both. I also grabbed a burger on a pretzel bun with bacon and sweet potato fries, stacked high, messy in the best way, and the pretzel bun held up like a champ. The Hub has that classic neighborhood grill vibe with quality that punches above its weight. Delicious food, generous portions, great service, and a relaxing spot to kick back. Will absolutely be back. Pro tip: Don't sleep on those mashed potato balls. Order them first. And get both wing flavors, thank me later.

The interior could use a refresh (think dark wood, old booths, and sports memorabilia that's seen better days), but if you like a lively, unpretentious bar atmosphere, it delivers. We went for dinner on a weeknight. I ordered the fish & chips. It arrived looking sad: two small, thin pieces of cod that were overcooked to the point of dryness, perched on a modest pile of fries. The breading was decent, tartar sauce fine, but the fish itself was underwhelming and skimpy for the price. Highlight of my plate was actually the side of onion rings--thick-cut, crispy, well-seasoned, and legitimately tasty. My wife's fried chicken sandwich, though, was a winner. Huge, juicy breast with a crunchy coating, fresh toppings, and a buttery brioche bun that held up perfectly. The fries alongside were hot and crisp. She demolished it and declared it one of the better chicken sandwiches she's had lately. Service was friendly but slow. Prices are typical for a golf course spot--maybe $2-3 higher than you'd hope. Verdict: Dinner was hit-and-miss (great chicken sandwich, forgettable fish & chips). The loud, dated vibe isn't for everyone. I probably wouldn't rush back for dinner, but the breakfast menu has solid reviews, so I'll give that a shot next time I'm in the area. Onion rings alone are worth a side order.

In Arizona. In July. You'd think that's something the owner would address immediately. The place had an odd smell--definitely more bad than good. I sat at the bar, which was filthy. The menu was sticky and gross, and the men's room smelled like rotted urine. The bartender had to hunt down a bourbon menu. When they finally found it, I was actually impressed by the selection. If you're into sipping quality bourbon, there's a solid lineup here. That said, they didn't have the one I asked for, so I went with a draft beer instead--which tasted off, like the taps hadn't been cleaned. The wings were the highlight: good flavor, decent size. Heat-wise, though, they fell flat. The second-hottest wasn't hot at all, and even their "hottest" wings were more of a medium at best. On the upside, both bartenders were friendly and attentive. But overall? It's clear the owner isn't trying to impress anyone.

There were 6 of us on a Sunday night and we still able to be seated right away as they put two 4-top tables together (due to mobility issues for some party members we couldn't use the high-top tables). The restaurant is smaller inside than expected...they have a long bar with an estimated 12-16 seats and then mostly 6-person tables filling the rest of the floor. Even with the tighter seating quarters, the noise level was fine as we were easily able to hear each other talk. Their food menu has the staples you'd expect from a pub- wings, salads, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches and a few other entrees. We all ordered different items and most everyone enjoyed their meal. My youngest got the Asian BBQ chicken sandwich and it was so wet he struggled to eat it. My Caeser salad was average...could have used more parmesan and had black pepper available.
