Stopped by for a late-night quick bite and enjoyed the food. Highly recommend their cheesesteak, it was delicious. Service was extremely slow and our waitress seemed to have a lot going on. Absolutely TERRIBLE service! For starters, I called around 10pm tonight to place an order for pickup (they close at midnight). After several rings, the young lady picked up and said she would be right with me and placed me on hold - 10 mins later she never returned. After hanging up, I called back a 2nd time and spoke to a young lady and asked her about the BOGO traditional wings on Tuesdays (she was aware of the promo). So I asked her how much it would be for 6 wings - she tells me $19.00... I said for SIX WINGS!???? (Repeated it twice- she gave me the same answer-TWICE). I asked her how much for 10 wings (WINGS) she tells me $27 ( you can't make this stuff up smh). Finally, I just decided to order online (because they actually give correct prices online) - and picked up the food. Waited for close to 10 mins - the wait staff was standing around - no one at online orders desk (mind you other cars pulled up). Upon walking in, dirty/bread all over the entrance on the outside. I looked for staff at the bar to ask who was working the desk - the young lady looked like she had better things to do - almost had an attitude when I told her the carrots and celery was missing from my order. Overall, just a terrible experience tonight. To be honest, the only thing that "look" good is the food. Not sure I'll be ordering here again anytime soon. This location has to do better. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm sorry to say that my visit was absolutely ATROCIOUS at this location. I was with quite a few other people on my team, and they did not let us split the bill between the five people at a table and only split it for three ways. Not to mention they messed up many orders and most came out late. They charged some of my friends WAY TOO MUCH on their bills, one of them she paid more than $100 over. Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid place. I like to come here with friends, to get away from the house, and to have some food and drinks. They have lots of TV's all throughout the restaurant, which are playing all different sport games, and that's pretty cool. Who doesn't love to catch a game with the guys while drinking some beers and eating some wings. Usually you get some kind of beer deal as well if you go during a sports game. In this specific location, the staff were friendly. They checked up on us often and even refilled our beers before our glasses were empty. My favorite thing to order at bww are their wings. I really enjoy their traditional wings, especially the spicy garlic and mango habanero ones. These are great flavors. The wings sometimes are small, but other times they are larger, so its a hit or miss what you will get. I also like their onion rings they serve here. Since this establishment ran out of iced tea, ordered the strawberry lemonade which came with bits of strawberries and found it tastefully refreshing. We ordered 6 pcs traditional wings with the honey BBQ sauce, 3 pcs of the hand breaded chicken tenders with the lemon pepper sauce., side salad with Ranch dressing and Mac and cheese. Our chicken meal came out warm. However, the wings were overcooked and dry. The Mac and cheese could have been a bit creamier. The salad was a salad, not outstanding, but adequate. i was on my lunch break on thursday, september 4, 2025 and had a horrible experience at your store in linden, nj. first off though diego my server was very nice and attentive but after that i had the worse lunch experience ever. the food came out cold/warm not hot - it seemed it was someone's left over. the fries were clumped to togather along with the chicken - i ordered the sampler assuming this would be inexpensive but it wasn't. my order ended up costing me $29.84 ! i left a $5.00 tip for diego because it wasn't his fault the food was so bad. the boneless chicken was hard and looked like a meatball - very bad. anyway, i didn't finish my lunch because it was so bad and i had to leave and go back to work. after that, later in the evening i felt sick to my stomach and was sick all night long. i went to work the next day but i was late because i was afraid i'd be sick at work. my stomach is still not the same since i had eaten there. i had been to this same restaurant before and it wasn't good then but i thought i'd give your restaurant another try. I always loved BBW for their wings. The mild is my favorite and another sauce they no longer have. However, last night I ordered a salad and I am super disappointed. They gave me 2 pieces of chicken strips. Are you serious? For almost $15? Any other restaurant I go to for salad gives you more than that. Even the pizza place gives you more chicken and charge $12. One of the measly pieces of chicken was rubbery so I couldn't eat it. It was either old or overcooked. That's what made me want to leave them a review. I will never again order a salad from them. This review is long overdue. You ask how my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was? Let's talk about the last few visits to this particular location. Focusing on this visit alone, I order the lemon pepper wings and the mild traditional buffalo flavored wings. The flavor on both were good, but, both set of wings were dry, because they were over-cooked; in addition to that, since my order was made online, I put in the note session "flat wings only", is that what I received? Absolutely not! The excuse that I received was "Due to COVID we have a shortage, so we can't accommodate, along with " Because it was an online order, we can't make the adjustment." Have you ever heard such a thing? Does that even make any sense? Did chickens lose their wings because of COVID? If you can't make adjustments, why put the box to allow customers to add comments? Clearly this women did not take a customer 101 training class. I've had so many problems at this BWW, from being doubled charged for my online order and taking up to 3 month to have my credit card refunded; to not getting my full order and never being compensated for it and not to mention, sub-standard food. Don't get me wrong, I've have some good experiences at this BWW, but they've been on my dine in orders; and I've had good experiences in my take out orders, but they've just been at the Wood bridge location; not here in Linden. Waited at the table for less than two minutes before being welcomed by our server, Katrina. I showed Katrina my mobile app to check in and she helped me redeem a reward.
