I will start with the service because, our server Latrell, is the reason for a four. If the review was based on food alone, a three at best. Latrell was super. She began by telling us about all the specials, which none of our previous servers had done. She was friendly, energetic and a top-notch server. She was so personable and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the service provided. Now to the food "quality." The chicken portions were very small, dry and tough. We did not report it because the wings were free. We also had onion rings that were a tad under-cooked, but tasted good. The sweet tea was not as sweet as previous visits, but was tolerable. This location is so "hit or miss," usually "MISS"! The booth seats could use an upgrade because the seats are worn out. Very uncomfortable, The trivia point rewards is also a mess. I scored 117 and 87 and the app gave me zero points. I ordered ahead through the app at 4:40 PM on a Friday, with a promised pickup time of 5:10 PM. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet another customer informed us her order was already 20 minutes behind--not a good sign. We waited about five minutes in the pickup area without being acknowledged before a pleasant young lady finally asked if we had been helped (we had not). After several more minutes, she returned and told us they were just now working on our order--well past the quoted pickup time. During this time, multiple employees walked by without so much as a greeting or offer to help. Eventually, another employee informed us they were "working on the tater tots now." I asked if that meant the rest of our food had been sitting there getting cold, and her response was simply, "Yeah!" We drove the one minute back to our hotel, and unsurprisingly, the burger and boneless wings were ice cold, while the tater tots were hot. To make matters worse, the boneless wings were more like kid-sized chicken nuggets, not what you expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. This location desperately needs new ownership, better management, or a complete reset. Everything is overpriced, small portions and mediocre quality. Service is hit and miss. Tonight I had the Cobb salad. Maybe I missed it in the description but this is literally a completely cold salad. They must have pulled everything straight out of the fridge, even the chicken. I ask about the challenge- she scoffs and says it's not free ever, there's no milk and ice cream and they've never done that. My bud (previously mentioned) who did it NOT ONE WEEK PREVIOUS, explains he had completed it and received it. She calls him a liar essentially and offends the whole table. She disappears for 10min. Nearby a nice waitress, dressed like Wednesday Addams (Halloween) walks by and I ask her about the challenge. She confirms they give milk and ice cream and you choose between free or t-shirt. So, triggered again, we order our food. It comes, my bud completes it again, I did not. Others in our party order regular food in addition, much to the chagrin of our waitress- who must have had somewhere better to be. The additional food came out after about 25min, some cold. My additional wings looked they were watching their weight before slaughter, because they were tiny. We ate and paid. Received one table-touch. It was bad. I mean painfully bad. Others in my party also swore off this location. I have eaten at other locations, and it wasn't this bad. I can deal with skimpy portions, but if I have to fight to be sat, fight to be waited on, be talked to like I'm a child and then called a liar for just asking for clarification, and then get mediocre food? This was my first ever visit to any BWW and I was very, very impressed. We got a selection of wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and Parmesan Garlic sauce. We also split a Double Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, a Caesar salad, and a Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita. The salad was decent but came to us smeared on the side of the plate. The margarita was okay - not as special as we had hoped, the wings were good and all but the burger was fantastic!!! Truly, a great, tasty, juicy burger. Our server was good enough. Definitely one of the best BWW out there. Had an exceptionally good experience tonight, though! All the food came out promptly, the wings were sauced perfectly and cooked just right. The chicken was obviously fresh. But the highlight was definitely our waitress Kaitlyn. She was very attentive, incredibly friendly, thorough... I could keep going on. It's not often I end up reviewing because of a waiter or waitress, but I definitely knew this waitress deserved recognition for doing an absolutely fantastic job. This is the least busiest BWW I've ever been to. And I think I know why. Now I have over 7000 bww points. I like BWWs. I spend a lot of time and money at BWWs. But this one here is not good. The service is SLOW! They have staff but for some reason they have taken over 15 minutes the past three visits to greet me or bring my drink. There's probably 20 people total in here right now at 6 pm on Tuesday evening. I was wondering why my favorite place was so empty since I recently moved here. Now I know. The food is good when it comes. But if you're looking for good service don't come here. Or stop in, see how dead this place is compared to any other BWW you've been to. It's the only one for miles. Every time I come to this BWW location they have repeatedly taken OVER an hour to prepare my food. Also the times i have ordered take out, when I arrive they always tell me my food was "just put in" & "will be done in a minute." I have never gone to this BWW without waiting for my food for OVER AN HOUR!! Often when I come in, I never see a staff member in the dining area. I have ordered delivery in the past and the food was amazing, but the last few times my orders have been incorrect. The first time they gave me a dry all american burger with only meat (i also paid for bacon) and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Then i ordered again today and even called to make sure my order would be correct and asked for them to throw ketchup in the bag because they don't have an option in the app (they also never give you napkins). There was no ketchup and the burger was missing bacon once again. Then the two burgers I ordered weren't labeled correctly in the boxes. We have been going to this location since it has opened. We have never had a terrible experience. We have had a not so friendly waitress once or twice, overall our experience has been great. Our food is always delicious! In the area, the price is no different than the other restaurants. My husband always loves the beers on tap, so that is a plus for him. I like that they have other diet drink options. I know we are thankful for this place since it has opened! read more

My friends and I ordered a to go order tonight from Buffalo Wild Wings. We had a fairly large order, enough for 4 adults and 4 children. Upon arriving to the store to pick up, we stood for 10 minutes in the takeout line where no employee greeted us, or even said "we'll be there in one moment" there was no contact or anyone to even be seen for at least 10 minutes. When an employee finally came over and asked for the name we were told there was still a wait on it. After waiting for over 30 minutes our food comes out. I explained we were to have drinks and showed the receipt. The employee went to get us our drinks and she handed me half filled sodas with no ice what so ever. After driving home (I live 5 minutes away from restaurant) our food was ICE COLD, and our order was messed up along with the portions we ordered. As soon as we walked in we were not seated for over 15 minutes not because there were people ahead of us just because there was no one there to seat us. We were then seated and left at our table without water, silverware, or napkins. Another couple came up to our table and warned us to leave because of how awful the service was. My SO and myself just assumed this couple was unhappy but still decided to give it a chance. Little did we know what we were in for. When our server finally came to the table we had already looked up the menus on our phone which was no big deal and order our drinks apps and meals just so the waitress wouldn't have to come back a million times. I finally got my drink after 10 minutes but my SO never got his beer. The app came out and was fine (still no napkins or silverware) then our food came out over 40 minutes later cold.
