coming in was nice, however when the food came, our server carrie, asked if we needed anything. my sister and i asked her for ranch and she went to get it and came back with one, i asked her again if she can bring me 3 more ranches and she caught an attitude and said "i can? " as if she was unsure, then she stated, "when i asked if you guys wanted sauces, you guys said no". as if her job is not to help us out right? i tried telling her i asked her she might've not heard but she walked away as i was talking to her. maybe she needs a better attitude:) or a different job. place looked nice and clean. read more

Probably the worst BWW location I've been to. The fries tasted old and stale. The wings were old and barely seasoned.

What a great night to dine at BWW and watch the opening of Monday Night Football 2019 and eat some delicious wings from BWW. My go to are the bone in style with salt and vinegar dry seasoning. I would leave a one star review if I could. I walked into this place and was promptly told not asked to take my water bottle back to me car, because outside "drinks"were not allowed. I cannot drink tap water because it makes me sick and I doubt they would give me bottled water for free. I was planning on ordering is soft drink there. I have never been refused service for my water bottle. I think that it's illegal as well. read more

I've been coming to this BWW for almost 3 years now and it really is a hit or miss. I'm not one to go out of my way to tell people how bad a place is but this specific location could get people sick. The drinks are always good and come out fast and most of the staff is generally nice. I always order either Honey BBQ or Asian Zing boneless wings with fries. Their cheese curds are very good too and those always come out hot. The last few times my food has come out lukewarm or cold. Not to mention that if I am with someone else, 1 meal will come out and it will be 20 minutes before the second meal comes out. I used to love to come here since there aren't many good wing places in Kearney yet, but I will never come back after my last experience. I am not sure if any of my other Wings were as raw as this one, but you can see the pink in the picture below. I felt sick to my stomach for the rest of the night after cutting into it. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! We often order online for pick up, usually a couple of times a month. The order is NEVER correct. We are usually missing items, or one of the items we ordered is wrong. Have spoken with the manager about this and NOTHING changes. All he said was to make sure I check the bag before I leave. Then they started taping the bags shut making it impossible to check the order without tearing the bag apart. This place has gone way down hill. Do not plan on ordering from here anymore. Too many other restaurants in town that would rather have my business. read more

Some of the worst food I've ever had! If you go I strongly recommend that you DON'T get the chicken wraps. The tortilla was cold the cheese tasted a little sour and if you get the crispy chicken in it. It's like 90% breading and 10% chicken I'd thought it was nice that I got some fries with it but they didn't taste as expected. They don't give you a lot and they weren't fresh. If it wasn't for the atmosphere it would be a 2. We went for lunch at 11am on Sunday. The place of course being brand new is very nice. Tons of TV's and you can get a tablet for yourself or your kids. I think this is the first time my wife and I talked like adults for a long time while going out to eat while our son played with the tablet. Started off really well I love that they have pepsi products. Server was very good but still needed to study menu. Captain came over to give us sample sauce so that was nice unfortunately I'm not a fan of any of their sauces. Either to sweet or too salty. Just went with regular hot. Was pretty disappointed that they didn't have more beer on tap especially local Nebraska beer. They only had Thunderhead(which is great!) but that was it. And this is where it went down hill. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food. Of course they were very busy and I understand that. I could have seen 30 to 40 but over that obviously something wrong with the kitchen. My kid would have been screaming if it would have been any other place, but because of the tablet it kept him busy and with all the tv's it kept my eye on the baseball games. FOOD: it is what it is. OK. My wings were good, my wife did make a comment about how she hates when she has to cut up salad when it comes to the table. Hube slices of cucumber, and tomato. forgot, we had fried cheese curds with spicy ranch. Good. But small portion. So for one appetizer, a kids meal, medium wings(had about 14 wings), 2 soda's, entree salad, and a side salad. $55. Of course its expensive to eat out but that was expensive. To go out and have the same thing and add 3 or 4 drinks your looking at $80 or more. We never did see the manager and I always love to have the manager come over and say hi at least. If I can give them negative stars I would. Every flipping time I go I never get to eat!! My family gets to eat but never me. I either cancel it or box it up just to throw it in the trash later after paying a $113 bill. And then the food is absolute crap! When you have them box it up or get to go food, they seriously skimp on the portions of everything. I have went here for a long time and I don't think I would be going back if I could I would give it a 0 star I was there with my father and we always order street tacos and when we got them they had shredded chicken that tasted like canned chicken and when we got are bone list wings it tasted like it was fake and the breading was thick and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way and with the street taco the cilantro had black on it and the carrots we had where not fresh at all they tasted like they had been sitting out for a week after all that we had to pay about 45 dollars for food that gave us food poisoning I wish I took pictures of the food. This location is home to the most incompent BWW workers in the world. Three attempts. Three errors. First mistake, given takeout wings without any dry rub applied, these things were bare. Strike two, takeout order that took at least 30 minutes longer than the time stated online. Last strike was again an error with takeout. Almost left without my full order and had to hunt someone down to get it. Each time there has been an issue, not one apology has been is given. The staff here could care less and it shows. First time to Buffalo Wild Wings on a road trip cross country. Food was good, service was even better. Britnee was very attentive and everything came out fast. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt it was a little too bright inside and the tv sound was very loud. Would have been a little more enjoyable with dimmer lights and lower volume. Very slow very poor service. The waiter said they are trying something new. Hot and fast or all come out together. I did't wan't food to get old waiting in the window so I agreed to hot and fast. We ordered Onions rings for an appetizer and my wife had a cheese burger and I had the Nashville hot chicken with extra hot sauce on the side. The cheeseburger came out first after 30 minutes. Then I noticed that the table next to us who was seated after we ordered had received there fried pickles appetizer. Still no onion rings. By the way the burger was super greasy and the fries were cold. My wife made me try them. She was completely finished for 10 minutes before they brought the chicken sandwich which had the extra sauce on it. Then the onion rings show up. I love bar food and thought I would treat myself to a good burger and check out the new restaurant in town. I got a cheeseburger with side salad. I noticed that the edges of burger had that "grey matter" on it. Ewww. You know that grey stuff from undercooked, underbrowned burgers, that has the consistency of pudding and even if you close your eyes, it still doesn't taste good? Still giving it the old college try, I scraped off what I could visibly see but knew there was a ton of it under the cheese that I couldn't get to. That's when I noticed the bun was mushy on the bottom. Ewwww again! Then I saw the red meat blood on the bun. That's where the mushiness was coming from. Double ewwww! So, if I send it back now, my salad goes with it because they came together in the basket. It was busy and it took awhile to get the food in the first place, so I took off the bottom bun and thought I'd make do. Seeing the burger in a better light, I was surprised at how thin it was - for a bar burger. I took a bite and I tasted some good flavor. I noticed there was pink meat after the bite was taken, So tried another bite around the edge and saw pinker and redder through out that thin little burger. Evidently they didn't have time to cook the burger. Focusing on the salad, I picked carefully, trying not to eat the thick pieces with brown on the edges. Oy. They couldn't even get a side salad right! This is their first week in business in this town, so I thought I could forgive some of the new restaurant faux paus, but in hindsight, I am kicking myself for not sending it back or asking for a refund.
