I always have a good food experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location and our server Ariel always welcomes us with a smile. You don't usually think of a burger when headed for wings but I have to say that smash burger topped with bacon was one of the best I've had. The thick bacon, the moist and juicy patty's and the sauce makes this a great burger choice and it comes with fries but tots and side salad options are available. Customers were having to come to the bar to get drinks and when food arrived at the table it was cold. This chain has fallen apart and the Jensen Beach location is not run well and they are employees are more interested in talking to each other then paying attention to their customers. Fifth time at this location and second time we left after being seated and then not attended to for 10 minutes ....and this time we waited an extra 5 min after we approached al someone and asked for a server and they said yes right away.....There were 4 tables with people inside.....service is the easiest part of the restaurant....at a minimum just show up, pay attention and customers will be happy . Came to enjoy dinner after doing the whole trunk of treat with the kids. Sat down in what was a not so busy restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes until I asked the host to speak with a manager. The manager, Destiny came out from the BOH and was very understanding of my frustrations. Once our assigned server saw her manager at our table, she rushed over however, Destiny had already handled the issue and took our order. Managers like this need to be praised and she stepped up. Seems like the server needs more training because she seemed a bit overwhelmed with her two tables. read more

This place fell off hard. It's been a while since I've went to a Buffalo Wild Wings and i realized why I don't go. 10 wings with barely any meat and a massive amount of breading for $16! My wife had the all American cheese burger which tasted like a Wendy's burger for triple the price. My Pepsi was all seltzer and when i told them they gave me another cup with the same flat, seltzer dominant taste. Our waitress was very nice and that's the only reason for the two stars. This is the worst ran restaurant in treasure coast!! We went inside - no hostess, we grabbed a high top table in the large area they have 4 people at the bar and 1 other table in the dining room!! We could see more employees then customers. As we sat waiting for someone to wait on us we noticed the other table had not been helped either so after 20min we left! No drink no food nothing the "manager Chris" we never saw should not be able to run a restaurant he has no idea wtf is going on in there! Our experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings has been and up and down venture. We had a favorite in another town and I guess we were spoiled. Good food good drinks great staff made us at one point a two times a week patron. Maybe more. We started with the Jensen Beach store about three years ago and were shocked with the poor staffing. The wings sucked (sorry). The place was a dumpster fire! What a beautiful building being used for NOTHING. Worst experience ever. But because of the fact that we liked the franchise we stuck it out. Each time swearing to each other that we'd never go back. But we kept going. It's finally gotten to a point where the food is good. Wings are done right. Staff is coherent. We met a server named Ben. Ben should be running the place. He's one of the best servers we've had in this area in a long time. He gets it. He gets the fact that the customer is the reason we and other go there. He's funny, he's super polite but best of all he's efficient! It used to be the Blazin sauce that kept us going. Now it's sitting in Bens section. Want a good experience at the Jensen Beach BWW? Sit in Bens section and watch him make everyone smile and enjoy the place. Managers take notice, this guy is the real deal. Someone will steal him from you and you'll loose the few regulars you have. The waitress Doris is amazing at her job. We've been going there for 4 years since we moved here and no one ever helped us like she did, she went above and beyond. She helped us get hooked up with their rewards program as well. She handles many tables at a time and keeps everyone happy, refills drinks and makes sure everyone has everything they need. Where to begin... the beer was cold, the tea was fresh, the burgers were flipping delicious. Except my $4.95 side salad was a handful of lettuce, a sprinkle of shredded carrot, 2 slices of tomato and ranch I didn't ask for. I realize at the sports bar but since it is maybe you could get the TV's all on the same genre instead of infomercials. The table was sticky, the seat on one side covered with food. The wait person was inattentive. Also maybe your servers could learn to do better math... My bill was $33, I handed him a fifty and he asked me if I wanted change . We witnessed a sitcom episode live for 3 hours for all you can eat wing night. Four of us went to enjoy some all you can eat wings. We got seated at 7:15. There was a manger in a purple shirt named Debra she wrote up our waitress within the first 10 minuets for only carding one of the guys. She could have waited after the shift and just talked to her but nope had to go at her and the girl had tears in her eyes. So that started things off a little rough. The manager has the worst customer service I had ever seen it was comical she took care of one table and was rude to everyone else. She must of known this table they were very nice people but she was not interested in helping her team. We had 13 tables in the area and only 4 tables that were seated. 1 of which was being taken care of by the manager. Let's get to the wings. We sat down put in our order for three all you can eat. I got chicken street tacos with onion rings. About 30 minuets later my husband got his wings. About another 15 our two friends got theirs. I still did not receive my tacos about 30 minuets later they said that the chicken was still frozen for my tacos and if i would like something else. I ordered the sampler but then about 15 minuets later my tacos arrived. Obviously we canceled the sampler. Let's get to the beer. Our friends ordered beer and both received the wrong beers. One of our friend received 3 of the wrong beers but did not complain due to the lack of response. They also brought him out a cider but he did send that back. Finally everyone had eaten their wings and they were ready to get seconds. They put their order in and it took 50 minuets. Mind you no fries were brought out and no ranch. We asked for silverware and got two forks and a knife. So my husband was using a knife all night to eat his wings and I never got a fork. Mind you during this the manger Debra got into it with a customer leaving from what I hear about the service. It was not busy so I don't know if we just got the wrong section or what was going on. During the entire meal my tacos were not edible. Like freezer burned chicken. I am pregnant and I felt unsafe eating the chicken. Our waitress was hardly around after 45 minuets she brought my sauce for now my cold onion rings. Debra the manger was so unprofessional I am not sure if she was just having a bad night but I have worked in this industry and let me tell you if any of my managers acted that way she would not be working for me. About a hour and a half in she asked if we were waiting for our checks but i had not even gotten my food. She did not care about the response cut us off and left. I was starving and was thinking about taking a wing from my husband but the table of people next to us did that and got absolutely berated and she added an extra 20$ to their bill. Mind you they were prob starving due to half their food not showing up. It was one thing after another we were very easy going with the waitress but the poor girl could not do her job and instead of helping the manger but the fear of god in her. Honestly I was scared of her. Finally about 3 hours later our bill got split up wrong. The manager compt my tacos since i did not touch them. But our friends bill had so much extra stuff if we did not double check they would have spent 40$ over what they were supposed to. Any way i could write a comedy novel of our night and would give 0/5 stars. Made for a great story!! read more

It's ok. It's a very big place so it's ideal for large groups after a sporting event or to watch an event. Loads of TVs with various sports. Lots of wings all styles. They are good about accommodating your requests (we like all flats and they were happy to do it this way). They have sauces and dry rubs, boneless and wing in as well as a menu with many other options. They have a full bar and they offer many specials. read more

I dropped by for a take out order of 10 wings the other day. Boy, I will never do that again. I ordered 10 wings for a friend and boy was I surprised to get the bill considering the order I received. The wings were minute and had little meat on the bone. The sandwich baggie of celery & carrots that came with the wings were pitiful too. When I brought the food over to my friend's house for lunch , it looked like 2 kid's meals only $22 kid's meals. I could have gotten 2 real lunches for that price. read more
