Food is alway good and wing sauces are always very flavorful! I've never had a bad experience with. Lots of flavor choices so whole family is happy read more

ZERO STARS & HEALTH CODE VILATIONS - NOT SAFE TO EAT OR DRINK HERE DUE TO BUGS. I encountered critical sanitation and safety failures that require immediate regulatory intervention. I observed a severe pest infestation, with visible insects present in my beverage, my meal, and across the bar area. After consuming a portion of the food before noticing the extent of the contamination, I subsequently became severely ill. When I discreetly brought these immediate health hazards to the attention of the bartender and the manager on duty, they refused to remedy the situation or issue a refund for the inedible items. Instead of addressing the contamination, the staff responded with verbal hostility, aggressive commentary, and threatened to call law enforcement to intimidate me into leaving. Because management refused to refund any transaction for contaminated food, and due to the resulting illness and verbal abuse, I am currently exploring my options for legal counsel. This establishment operates in blatant violation of fundamental food safety and sanitation standards. read more

My DoorDash order from this BWW's. I ordered 5 mango habanero chicken fingers (tossed in sauce). I received ZERO sauce either on or on the side. End result, dry ass chicken fingers no sauce, ketchup or mayo to help choked down these dry ass chicken fingers read more

The spicy chicken sandwich was identical to the chicken patty's we used to get in elementary school. Same size, same taste. We also ordered the bacon jalapeño burger and although it was tasty the portion was very small.... Two bites and you'll have it all eaten. The portion sizes are NOT worth the price. The quality of that chicken sandwich was laughable read more

the food is good but the staff needs more customer service skills when we only recieved one sauce for our 20 wings stafff looked at each other and said that's not our problem other than that the food is pretty decent read more

A little expensive. Great service from waiter Selth. He explained questions about the wing sauces, took our order with different types of sauces on each and allowed us to sample sauces before ordering them. Always kept our drinks refreshed and gave us sodas to go. Wings were ok sized, nothing spectacular. Tight parking in this shopping center. Besides the prices, I'd go there again just because of the service. read more

Food is good and quick service. Plenty of tv screens to watch anything you'd like. Bar service with Ariel is friendly and fun. We enjoy eating at BW3 more than once a month and earn Reward Points too. read more

I always have a good food experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location and our server Ariel always welcomes us with a smile. You don't usually think of a burger when headed for wings but I have to say that smash burger topped with bacon was one of the best I've had. The thick bacon, the moist and juicy patty's and the sauce makes this a great burger choice and it comes with fries but tots and side salad options are available. Nice clean dining room and restrooms but the people make all the difference here. Good Job!! read more

Waited outside with another couple for 35 minutes and not a single server ever came to my table or theirs. Went inside 3x to request server and still nothing. Who goes to a restaurant and never gets served because their service sucks?!! read more

Service was good but the food was awful. Boneless wings were all breading and over cooked and hard, fries tasted old and were cold. Burger tasted bland and was definitely a frozen patty. Won't be back. read more

Waited "15-20" minutes to be told that we'd have to wait other 15 to 20 to sit outside.... There was two tables outside. A total of three people and one table that wasn't cleaned. We waited 43 minutes before I gave up and wanted to go somewhere else. I'm just wondering why I have to wait longer to sit outside and why my original waiting time wasn't apart of me waiting for a table..... read more

Dora and Dom are EXCELLENT! They made our first experience an awesome one. The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and menu selections for everyone. Highly recommend. read more

The Traditional wings at Buffalo Wild Wings at Jensen Beach are the worst wings we ever had. They were very small and over cooked making them very dried out and crispy. We had 30 wing pieces for $47.99. Absolutely horrible! read more

Came to enjoy dinner after doing the whole trunk of treat with the kids. Sat down in what was a not so busy restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes until I asked the host to speak with a manager. The manager, Destiny came out from the BOH and was very understanding of my frustrations. Once our assigned server saw her manager at our table, she rushed over however, Destiny had already handled the issue and took our order. Managers like this need to be praised and she stepped up. Seems like the server needs more training because she seemed a bit overwhelmed with her two tables. read more

Service was great! We had an order to go! She was kind and efficient and even gave me some suggestions. It was slow so the food took maybe 15 minutes but from my car to the house which was another 15 the food was hard and kinda over cooked....pretty flavor still but I would have thought it would be more fresh since they weren't busy. Restaurant overall looked clean and inviting just wish the food quality was better read more

This is the worst ran restaurant in treasure coast!! We went inside - no hostess, we grabbed a high top table in the large area they have 4 people at the bar and 1 other table in the dining room!! We could see more employees then customers. As we sat waiting for someone to wait on us we noticed the other table had not been helped either so after 20min we left! No drink no food nothing the "manager Chris" we never saw should not be able to run a restaurant he has no idea wtf is going on in there! This restaurant was maybe at 5-10% capacity and can't handle it!! The worst experience for a BWW! And that says a lot of you have been in a BWW.... If I owned or ran this place I would be horrified that sad experience customers are getting but I see they are a 2star place and at 1pm they are pretty empty for lunch... had to come to miller's ale house read more

This place fell off hard. It's been a while since I've went to a Buffalo Wild Wings and i realized why I don't go. 10 wings with barely any meat and a massive amount of breading for $16! My wife had the all American cheese burger which tasted like a Wendy's burger for triple the price. My Pepsi was all seltzer and when i told them they gave me another cup with the same flat, seltzer dominant taste. Our waitress was very nice and that's the only reason for the two stars. In conclusion $40 plus for just 10 trash wings and a Wendy's burger. read more

Horrible service. The waitress forgot to place my order three different times. All members of my party received the food while I continued to wait. No apology. read more

We order a salad they don't have lettuce We order wings with ranch they don't have RANCH!......only about 12ppl here and took over 45 min to get our food We ask for a knife to cut a burger they don't have knife's We come here often but it has gotten bad read more

Tonight we came in for dinner after a local football game on a Friday night. The place was packed!! Very limited staff! Customers were having to come to the bar to get drinks and when food arrived at the table it was cold. Also me and my two guests received all of our meals at different times but we placed the order altogether. Seems like the establishment needs to work on finding some help and customer service. Not sure we will be back. read more

Absolutely horrible! This chain has fallen apart and the Jensen Beach location is not run well and they are employees are more interested in talking to each other then paying attention to their customers. Fifth time at this location and second time we left after being seated and then not attended to for 10 minutes ....and this time we waited an extra 5 min after we approached al someone and asked for a server and they said yes right away.....There were 4 tables with people inside.....service is the easiest part of the restaurant....at a minimum just show up, pay attention and customers will be happy . This location needs a change . read more

Our experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings has been and up and down venture. We had a favorite in another town and I guess we were spoiled. Good food good drinks great staff made us at one point a two times a week patron. Maybe more. We started with the Jensen Beach store about three years ago and were shocked with the poor staffing. The wings sucked (sorry). The place was a dumpster fire! What a beautiful building being used for NOTHING. Worst experience ever. But because of the fact that we liked the franchise we stuck it out. Each time swearing to each other that we'd never go back. But we kept going. It's finally gotten to a point where the food is good. Wings are done right. Staff is coherent. We met a server named Ben. Ben should be running the place. He's one of the best servers we've had in this area in a long time. He gets it. He gets the fact that the customer is the reason we and other go there. He's funny, he's super polite but best of all he's efficient! It used to be the Blazin sauce that kept us going. Now it's sitting in Bens section. Want a good experience at the Jensen Beach BWW? Sit in Bens section and watch him make everyone smile and enjoy the place. Managers take notice, this guy is the real deal. Someone will steal him from you and you'll loose the few regulars you have. Thanks Ben! Again. read more

Our server Junior was great, he got us everything we needed and visited our table regularly, food was good. The only complaint is the manager, Doris, she was not very friendly. She gave us attitude over something very small, which made our experience unenjoyable. read more

Where to begin... the beer was cold, the tea was fresh, the burgers were flipping delicious. Except my $4.95 side salad was a handful of lettuce, a sprinkle of shredded carrot, 2 slices of tomato and ranch I didn't ask for. I realize at the sports bar but since it is maybe you could get the TV's all on the same genre instead of infomercials. The table was sticky, the seat on one side covered with food. The wait person was inattentive. Also maybe your servers could learn to do better math... My bill was $33, I handed him a fifty and he asked me if I wanted change . After I left and recounted my change I realized he shorted me $5 so he still finagled a bigger tip. read more

Very slow service despite being one of four tables with people. Food is pretty average and, unfortunately, it's a Pepsi establishment.

ordered a simple 6 boneless takeout meal and they didnt even put the correct sauce on. also the chicken tasted terrible wish i ate somewhere else read more

The waitress Doris is amazing at her job. We've been going there for 4 years since we moved here and no one ever helped us like she did, she went above and beyond. She helped us get hooked up with their rewards program as well. She handles many tables at a time and keeps everyone happy, refills drinks and makes sure everyone has everything they need. Thank you Doris, I think if she's not a manager she should be, she knows how to keep everyone happy. THANK YOU DORIS!!! read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE! second time there u have to wait forever for ur food even when it's not busy. I was sitting at my table for 40 min before I could even get a beer . paid $10 for 6 boneless "nuggets " ordered bones less whines but they were the size of chicken nuggets and dry like frozen food from middle school. and tator tots were just like frozen food from the middle school cafeteria. shitty service shitty food just overall a disappoint and waist of money. read more

We witnessed a sitcom episode live for 3 hours for all you can eat wing night. Four of us went to enjoy some all you can eat wings. We got seated at 7:15. There was a manger in a purple shirt named Debra she wrote up our waitress within the first 10 minuets for only carding one of the guys. She could have waited after the shift and just talked to her but nope had to go at her and the girl had tears in her eyes. So that started things off a little rough. The manager has the worst customer service I had ever seen it was comical she took care of one table and was rude to everyone else. She must of known this table they were very nice people but she was not interested in helping her team. We had 13 tables in the area and only 4 tables that were seated. 1 of which was being taken care of by the manager. Let's get to the wings. We sat down put in our order for three all you can eat. I got chicken street tacos with onion rings. About 30 minuets later my husband got his wings. About another 15 our two friends got theirs. I still did not receive my tacos about 30 minuets later they said that the chicken was still frozen for my tacos and if i would like something else. I ordered the sampler but then about 15 minuets later my tacos arrived. Obviously we canceled the sampler. Let's get to the beer. Our friends ordered beer and both received the wrong beers. One of our friend received 3 of the wrong beers but did not complain due to the lack of response. They also brought him out a cider but he did send that back. Finally everyone had eaten their wings and they were ready to get seconds. They put their order in and it took 50 minuets. Mind you no fries were brought out and no ranch. We asked for silverware and got two forks and a knife. So my husband was using a knife all night to eat his wings and I never got a fork. Mind you during this the manger Debra got into it with a customer leaving from what I hear about the service. It was not busy so I don't know if we just got the wrong section or what was going on. During the entire meal my tacos were not edible. Like freezer burned chicken. I am pregnant and I felt unsafe eating the chicken. Our waitress was hardly around after 45 minuets she brought my sauce for now my cold onion rings. Debra the manger was so unprofessional I am not sure if she was just having a bad night but I have worked in this industry and let me tell you if any of my managers acted that way she would not be working for me. About a hour and a half in she asked if we were waiting for our checks but i had not even gotten my food. She did not care about the response cut us off and left. I was starving and was thinking about taking a wing from my husband but the table of people next to us did that and got absolutely berated and she added an extra 20$ to their bill. Mind you they were prob starving due to half their food not showing up. It was one thing after another we were very easy going with the waitress but the poor girl could not do her job and instead of helping the manger but the fear of god in her. Honestly I was scared of her. Finally about 3 hours later our bill got split up wrong. The manager compt my tacos since i did not touch them. But our friends bill had so much extra stuff if we did not double check they would have spent 40$ over what they were supposed to. Any way i could write a comedy novel of our night and would give 0/5 stars. Made for a great story!! read more

It's ok. It's a very big place so it's ideal for large groups after a sporting event or to watch an event. Loads of TVs with various sports. Lots of wings all styles. They have sauces and dry rubs, boneless and wing in as well as a menu with many other options. They have a full bar and they offer many specials. read more

If you want bad service this is the place to come to this location .my family and I just moved to this area and we love coming to eat at Buffalo wild wing , but this location is the worst ,bad customer service, I ask to be sat at a booth the girl at the front told me I couldn't sit at a booth because they were dirty, I ask her if she could clean one for me , she was mad that I asked her to do her job , she cleaned the table and threw all the crumbs on the seats , so I had to wipe down the seats for my family ,when it was time to order I order a drink and got half of a drink , I ask the manager if there was a reason why I was only getting half of a drink he's answer was that he would check at the bar to see if they were used the right measurement instead of fixing my drink or bring me a new one , he was to busy watching the football game . instead of taking care of his customers. The only person that apologizes for the bad service was my waiter he was very nice and a tentative you want a good waiter come see jarred, this is the first and last time that I will come here thanks for the great welcome to this area read more
