I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our recent visit on 03/14/2026. We were seated around 4:00 p.m., but by 6:00 p.m. we still had not received all of our food. Throughout our meal, our waitress failed to bring drinks in a timely manner or offer refills, despite our patience and multiple opportunities to do so. When we asked to speak with a manager about our experience, our waitress initially told us the manager was "busy" and did not have time to speak with us. It was another 40 minutes before the manager finally came to our table. Unfortunately, this delay only added to our frustration. This visit was meant to be a special celebration for my sister's birthday, but the poor service overshadowed what should have been a pleasant experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues with both waitstaff performance and management availability, so future guests do not have a similar experience. I happen to really love the bdubs wings. Some will point out that it's not as meaty as some of the other wings around town but I think they're more fun to eat! Pro tip - bdubs wings actually sit well in the fridge and are a good re-heated snack for the next few days! It's also a good sports watching spot in this part of town! If you want a good jovial ambiance with some fellow sports fans and don't want to watch the game completely alone, I've found this to be a quality experience with many patrons coming in just to watch a football game. This place is pretty good service for sit downs and I have never seen them too busy. The to-go order is a separate counter so I think that helps their dining room and bar area not get too busy. Another thing that is slept on here is the Caesar salads! Pairs nice with a saucy wing to cool it down. read more

We came in w/ our kids (one special needs) & specifically asked to be seated away from other diners. No one wants to hear kids while dining- we get it. We noticed over 1/2 the dining room was empty so what do they do? Packed us in the MIDDLE of everyone! Was that a passive aggressive move? Came in to watch March Madness games, told the lady that... they sat us in the corner with a terrible view of TV's. Only 2 of the 4 games were able to be seen. The food arrived, we were missing fries that were ordered and the traditional wings we got were the wrong flavor. We also order boneless wings, they put two flavors on the same plate without separating, you couldn't tell what they were. The boneless wings were also cold, as were the potato wedges we got. We asked to have a TV changed, they said ok, then never did it. The restaurant was poorly staffed and the management was standing out on the floor playing on their cell phone. Our dinner club has officially made it a rule that we are not allowed to pick this place again because of how bad of an overall experience we had. I can honestly say this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. On top of that, we watched at least four other tables get served their food before our table was even fully served--and no, it was not busy. We waited over an hour just for the rest of the food because everything was brought out separately, and three people never even received their meals. We were told multiple times that she would check on it, but nothing ever came of it. The restaurant smelled like trash and weed--such a lovely aroma for a dining experience. My order was incorrect and not appetizing. They also never brought out items we requested, and despite asking for a manager five times, he never came out because he was "in the kitchen as the chef." On a recent Tuesday my daughter and I were out and about and Hungry. We decided to dash into Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. It was busy but not overcrowded and we waited at the host podium for the person to finish up with a take out order. Note: I saw at least 10 floor staff ppl. We asked for a table for two and were told they had frozen the dining room seating but were free to sit in the bar. We opted to order and wait for some take out wings and thought we'd just head home. Needless to say I was surprised when in the next 5 to 10 minutes the same person who told us they was a "seating freeze" actually sat four tables including an 8 top, a 3 top, a 4 top, and a 2 top! Seriously!! I wish I could have removed the 20% tip I added to the take out order! Were the wings ok - sure... but I think I'll just go to Wing Stop next time... maybe they'll appreciate customers better. read more

Workers wear frowns on faces as well as, maybe just me, had a 30 minute wait (+17 minute preptime, mean they had 47 minutes to get ready.) The food was dry as well as not worth the wait at all and is served in small portions within fries. Since the pandemic I have used the app to order pick-up on several occasions. EVERY TIME the staff do me dirty. They forget fries. The wings are requested "wet" and that is not the case, sometimes a few of the wings don't even have sauce on an entire side. Of course I don't realize until I get home. Worst thing? Twice I complained to corporate via their website and both times no one got to me, even though they ripped me off by not giving me what I paid for. To be fair, BWW has always been sketch for takeout and delivery. Dry wings historically are a thing. I ordered carry out from this location for my most recent visit but I have been many times before with no issues. I went in a Thursday evening to pick up which was probably not the best choice. It was packed. The line just to pick up carry out was about 10 people deep. They had to very close to that 50% capacity. I did get in and out fairly quickly considering but I probably will just order delivery for the time being. If you're still uncomfortable being around crowds, I would recommend delivery or maybe not a Tuesday or Thursday when they have BOGO or any game days. They did recently change their boneless wing recipe to be less breading and more chicken. I liked them before but they're still good but perhaps more palatable to those folks who think boneless wings are just chicken nuggets. They also recently added cauliflower wings as well. I haven't tried them yet but it's on my list. Staff were wearing masks and signs were posted encouraging social distancing. read more

We went here for the Super Bowl and brought 6 people with us who were especially excited about the "raffle". The wings were very small. The raffle was done for the dine in area only (non bar). The dine in area probably had like 4 tables at most while the bar was at a good capacity. We asked a table about the raffle and they said they didn't know there was anything going on... basically to sum it up, it was a horrible experience, but the manager Rosie was incredible and made everything okay. read more

Nobody was at the front to sit us and two girls on their phone at the computer. So we sit ourselves, got looked at by the one server and she didn't help. Got told the greeter was working two jobs, while the manager is sitting in the office as well as another associate. Had one server on the floor with multiple tables that had not been cleaned. There were 4 people eating in the lobby. I don't think a serving job/customer service are what these people are meant to be doing. my boyfriend and i ordered this for our christmas eve meal. i got mild boneless wings and everything seasoned pretzel bites. he ordered the lemon pepper dry rub boneless wings and fried pickles. the fried pickles could have been fried a little longer because they were very light colored and the batter was soggy. we also got the chips and the dip trio. the rest of the meal was delicious. we ordered online and it was all ready to go when we arrived. the hostess was very nice and made sure we had enough silverware and napkins. the place looked a little empty but i understood with it being the holidays. they have plenty of seating and multiple televisions to be able to watch during your meal. i would definitely order again! read more

I usually don't complain bout these. But went here with my boyfriend and his buddy and it was awful! They did the all you can eat wings and fries waited 25 plus minutes for the food to come out. Then waited an additional 30 minutes for a refill on the food and drinks. Our waitress was extremely rude my food was also extremely cold. As BWW's go this is the best one I've been to. Service is on point, and the food comes out fresh and hot. What more could a girl ask for? You can't go wrong at B Dubs. Everything from the delicious fried pickles to the hand spun wings and like 20 sauces. I highly recommend the loaded nachos and my sister loves the quesadilla. This is a great place to sit down, chill, and watch a game. It's way better service and food than the Buffalo Wild Wing's on County Line Road. read more

I use to eat at this particular location a couple times a week. but over the last 4 or 5 years it has been consistently worse than any of the other local buffalo wild wings. Its really bad when I order BWW from doordash and Im tempted to cancel if I see this location is the one my food is being prepared at. Primary complaint is the general quality of the food. The wings are almost always over cooked. Almost every time Ive ordered for delivery Ive received wings that were cold and/or stale. Which I might expect since its delivered, except the other BWW's in the area like the one in Franklin and the one on County line and Emerson are always at least fresh. Some other problems I've experienced. Well we will start with terrible service. Not all of the waitresses and waiters are awful. Some of them are downright awesome. Unfortunately the bad ones ruin it for others. The last few times I went and sat down to eat, I was there at times when the restaurant was not terribly busy and still waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to take our order and another 30-45 for our food. On top of that we were lucky to ever get refills. Which wouldn't bother me at all on their busy Thursdays or Fridays (I use to deliver pizzas I understand how it works). but as i said neither occasion was it busy. The terrible service doesn't stop at the dine in experience either unfortunately. The last 2 or 3 times I've received delivery from this location I got no silverware or napkins(I even asked for them), the wing boxes had sauce all over them, and at least the last 2 times i ordered boneless and got traditional instead. the last time i ordered I got traditional instead of boneless AND the wrong sauces. and one of the boxes was like a swimming pool of mango habanero while the others had very little sauce... Anyways, maybe I could overlook a lot of this stuff if it was just 1 occasion or just because its BWW and I love their food. but unfortunately for them they have 2 sister stores within driving distance that are SO MUCH better. I personally go the the county line store exclusively now... I dont usually complain about restaurants or servers but this last delivery was so bad I felt the need to finally leave a review. Food was quick to come but service was slow to get refills. The waiter did not seem interested in helping at all and no one brought napkins with our wings- so we had to wait to eat because wings are messy and we aren't going without napkins. There is an odd smell in here and it isn't the wings. Not like most of the BWWs that I have been to. My dinner partner said his wings were not as crispy as he liked and decided to take them home to crisp them up in the oven.
