    "Dry rub" on the side
    Brendan P.

It takes a lot to achieve a one star rating as with most restaurant experiences there is usually at least one aspect to cling to and award 2+ stars, but my recent trip to BWW was a rare 1 star disaster. My usual sports weekend friend group met here for the AFC/ NFC games again and ordered a barrage of wings. When they came out it was a bad start to our day. Baskets of gristle barely covered in sauce with minimal discernible meat on the bones. Wings aren't hard to make but these were a disaster. After grinding our way through the eating experience with the help of cold beer, we decided to chance one more order and tried a few flavors of boneless wings .. these were somehow worse, consisting of nothing but batter and for whatever reason, they were not willing to toss them in sauce or dry rub, a first in my decades long wing eating career. The waitstaff was aggressively abrasive when we asked why so we just accepted our fate. For the dry rub they literally provided us with a cup of lemon flavor sand that we were expected to put on bone dry wings (picture below). Needless to say we will never be back. There are too many other options around to be dealing with these bottom rung "wings." Good riddance.

Came here for the $20 unlimited boneless special and had an amazing server who was prompt, friendly and even let us take the leftovers home. Great experience here!

Does this look like gluten free chicken wings with a rub marinade for one?

Customer service is rude! I ordered delivery and was delivered the wrong order. The Uber delivery associate said the bag the they delivered was what Buffalo Wild Wings gave them. When I called BWW to tell them this they said the driver took the wrong order and it wasn't their fault. I said the bag had my name on it, how was the driver to know. I told BWW that it wasn't my fault either and they were rude with their response and ended up hanging up with attitude. Customer service is very important for a business to succeed. I guess BWW feels differently. It's scary that delivery drivers can take whatever they want without any supervision.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. During our visit, I witnessed the owner loudly reprimanding children and their parents for typical child behavior. Additionally, our order was not fulfilled; the steak and cheese egg rolls were unappetizing and resembled a processed paste, and the side salad was simply a mix of greens with ranch dressing, despite my request for balsamic vinaigrette. Furthermore, the owner's aggressive demeanor was alarming. He followed me outside, questioning where I worked and suggesting that I should endure the same treatment. This incident escalated to the point where he demanded $400 for wall damages that were nonexistent, as there was no visible marker on the walls -DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DRY ERASE MARKERS. or because the child wrote her name so small that even if it was permanent marker, you would never be able to see it, but they were doing something wrong and we did have a conversation with them. After they stopped crying because you screamed in their faces While I understand that children should not write on walls ( even though looks like you can and has markers on them), the response from the owner was excessive and disproportionate. I believe that a more professional approach, such as a polite reminder about the rules, would have sufficed. This experience is disappointing, especially since we had previously recommended your establishment to others and enjoyed our visits. For families seeking a positive environment, I suggest considering alternative venues, as our experience did not reflect the welcoming atmosphere promised. .

It was a mixed bag of responses from our group, seated past any lunch rush in a nearly empty dining room. A day after St. Patrick's day, I tried a special of Beef Stew. I found it was . . . meh at best, A little too salty for my taste, and it seemed to be getting down to the end of it. One potato wedge, 2 carrot slices, a few bobbles of stew beef and a lot of thick, over-salted stew. The accompanying wedge of soda bread had 2 hefty butter slices that couldn't save the dryness, but Irish soda bread is always a hit or miss prospect. On the other hand, a takeout Wedge Salad had everything I could dream of putting on a wedge of iceberg, accompanied by a healthy piece of delicious salmon that was cooked perfectly. A Reuben sandwich was full and seemed to please one of our party- the most difficult one to please - and the giant pile of french fries that cozied up to it looked like twice-cooked salty goodness. The third in our party had a simple Garden Salad that, like the Wedge, looked like it was a good salad. Coffee was good, and served alongside a little tray of a petite creamer, sugar and a single spoon was just a simple but sweet touch on a gloomy day. For me, the standout was the responsive waitstaff- servers were professional, informative about the menu and friendly without being overly pushy to order - the best combination. Overall, it was good and probably would be a lot better with more careful menu choices next time. And I'll definitely return for another Wedge Salad!

This place has a neighborhood bar and grill feel with a nice driving range (and pro shop) out back. In my opinion, it's a 5-star atmosphere with 4-star food and drinks. We visited on a Thursday night and the place was PACKED. The parking lot was completely full with cars overflowing onto the side of the main road outside. I can't imagine how crazy it is on the weekend. We got on the waiting list after finally finding parking, and it was about 45 minutes until we got a table. No complaints though since it was the perfect amount of time for my husband to hit the driving range, and there's a little outdoor bar where you can grab a drink while you wait. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and while there were people of all ages drinking, golfing, or enjoying a meal, it's all definitely very family-friendly with lots of kids running around. The food itself was actually better than we expected, though a bit overpriced. I get the sense people are really coming here for the golf and the vibes more than anything else. Since that's what we were expecting, we were pretty satisfied with the quality of the wings, fried haddock sandwich, and strawberry salad we split. I also tried the Cool As a Cucumber cocktail and was super happy with it. Not too sweet and nice and refreshing on a hot day sitting outside. With lots of golfers in my family, I have a feeling this won't be our last visit!

Then I was asked where are you sitting. All tables have numbers. The guy gives me a number. I have to wait for drinks before sitting down. Meanwhile people who ordered online are now at my table. This was frustrating to not only me but the employees who now have to change my location on a busy day. There was one food runner. 2 working the bar and I am unsure how many back in the food area but it just wasn't enough! The food was fine. No complaints over the cedar salad, the super breaded mozzarella sticks and the pretzel bites. But I will say... the cheese pictured with the pretzel bites was orange and I got quest Blanco. Too hectic, loud and high anxiety.

The pricing seems pretty reasonable. Before going inside, I checked out their online ordering platforms, Toast (in-store menu prices) and DoorDash (higher prices/a few deals). I almost ordered the Haven roll on DD (BOGO), but I decided instead to order on Toast. I ordered the Baked Poblano Peppers ($9 plus tax) and the Bolognese ($14 plus tax) served with garlic bread. The estimated order time on Toast was 15 minutes, but my order was ready & packed in 25 minutes since my items required more prep time. I actually enjoyed some of my hot food at an outside table despite the wind. The portions were generous. The 2 baked stuffed poblano peppers with stuffed with a sweet ricotta & sausage mix with spinach and smothered in a savory tomato sauce, sort of like lasagna, but with peppers instead of noodles. The Bolognese was packed heavy into a foil container with pappardelle noodles, slow cooked meat, carrots, celery, herbs, in a rich creamy tomato sauce. The hot baked garlic bread was buttery. I repacked my food when I enjoyed enough and enjoyed the rest of the food the next evening.
