We went on Veterans Day for my Vet to get his 10 piece boneless wings and fries free which was so nice of them to do that. Well the wings were good.. fries were cold.. we then ordered a cheeseburger for him and a grilled chicken wrap for me. His burger was good but my wrap left a lot to be desired! There was not much chicken in it but more iceberg lettuce and hard tomato than anything else. Our server was nice but service was awfully slow! All in all we agreed we probably would not go back but want to say thank you for honoring our Veterans on this Veterans Day. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings has exceeded my expectations. We went for the AYCE boneless wings and our server was fantastic. It wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night and we opted to sit outside. Even though we were the only table outside, the staff checked on us often. There are televisions throughout and the restaurant is clean. The first order came with 10 boneless wings with the option of up to 2 sauces and every subsequent refill is 6 wings with 1 sauce. We were able to order the next refill before we finished our current plate. This is a much better experience than what I've seen online for other locations making this deal worth it! read more

Much smaller everything, including taste and enjoyment. However, I was pleasantly surprised this visit. At Hanover, MA location today and even though it's empty the service and food was very good! It takes a lot to achieve a one star rating as with most restaurant experiences there is usually at least one aspect to cling to and award 2+ stars, but my recent trip to BWW was a rare 1 star disaster. My usual sports weekend friend group met here for the AFC/ NFC games again and ordered a barrage of wings. When they came out it was a bad start to our day. Baskets of gristle barely covered in sauce with minimal discernible meat on the bones. Wings aren't hard to make but these were a disaster. After grinding our way through the eating experience with the help of cold beer, we decided to chance one more order and tried a few flavors of boneless wings .. these were somehow worse, consisting of nothing but batter and for whatever reason, they were not willing to toss them in sauce or dry rub, a first in my decades long wing eating career. The waitstaff was aggressively abrasive when we asked why so we just accepted our fate. For the dry rub they literally provided us with a cup of lemon flavor sand that we were expected to put on bone dry wings (picture below). Needless to say we will never be back. There are too many other options around to be dealing with these bottom rung "wings." Good riddance. read more

Not a lot of sauce on wings, limited beer options, and the bathrooms were in rough shape. Decided to give it another shot and Stopped in again a day or so ago and I was pleased with the improvements. Customer service is rude! I ordered delivery and was delivered the wrong order. The Uber delivery associate said the bag the they delivered was what Buffalo Wild Wings gave them. When I called BWW to tell them this they said the driver took the wrong order and it wasn't their fault. I said the bag had my name on it, how was the driver to know. I told BWW that it wasn't my fault either and they were rude with their response and ended up hanging up with attitude. Customer service is very important for a business to succeed. The Caribbean Jerk is pretty much the reason I got through my divorce proceedings. However, this place should now be called "Buffalo Wild Things" because several wild things transpired that have left me nearly speechless. I sat alone on Sunday night, silently eating my small order of boneless tenders. I was watching the race cars turn left for an hour and a half in peace before the oddballs showed up. There was 9 of them. I counted. Each of them louder, more rowdy than the other. Together they created what can only be described as a horrendous dining experience for me. They all laughed so loudly and looked like they were having fun. Just eat your food, people. There's no reason to be loud in a sports bar. Then one of them poured ketchup in the other ones water, and he drank it! Disgusting! Revolting slobs the whole lot of them... 10/18/25 6:30 pm , My Friend, Daughter, and I attempt to get food and a drink. We have gone to this exact place before and have never had any issue like this. I dont know if its new management or new servers but What. A. Joke. Whoever the Dark Skin girl whos seating people cant do the simplest thing like grab a high chair for a 1 year old. I took me asking for a SECOND time(10mins in) for them to bring one from the back so my daughter can sit... then comes the server/waitress with her pink backpack on. Just walking around almost aimlessly, we make eye contact at least twice but we assume shes on break so don't worry to much, after calling over a young lady we explain the situation and she says thats not acceptable and says she will go find someone, 5 mins later the same girl with the pink straps who has just been walking around comes over and apologizes cause "no one told her" i tell her this is unacceptable and before i can even finish shes starts walking away. We pack up and leave since we have been sitting for 30 mins plus without even a water! I don't know if it was miscommunication with the front/ or to the server but what a waste of time and effort. Came to watch the UFC fight they have been promoting and its only on a few TVs with low volume. Tried asking the bartender to change some of the TVs but she said to go find a manager because she didn't have time. No manager in sight and no wait staff either to put in an order for food or drink for over 20 mins. Very disappointing to go to a place that advertises the UFC fights but doesn't actually produce. Best experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings! We came in on a Sunday night to watch the games. We were immediately seated, asked if we preferred high tops or booths. Our server took care of us immediately and checked in on us regularly. Wings and rest of food was awesome and didn't take long to come out. Super awkward, Mike kept us apprised of the delay while we made jokes about the kitchen splitting a tables order. I noticed the waitress Kylie who attended to people who were sat both before and after my party and it seems that she'd prefer not to attend to the small party of 3. We made eye contact multiple times with not attempt at getting us served or updating us telling us who we can ask for help. Writing a review for a chain because this experience was so good. I ordered delivery scheduled for later in the day and when the Doordash came, it was missing a 20 piece order. I called the restaurant without really any expectation of it being resolved other than maybe a credit which would have been fine but was incredibly surprised by the manager's reaction. She offered a few options, including making the 20 piece again and adding something else free of charge and then reimbursing me for that part of the full order. I had to go grab it which was ok because our guests hadn't arrived yet. I didn't catch her name but it was an example of really great customer service and wanted to make sure whoever she is, gets a high five from the top. This was at 4:30p on 3/4/23 in Hanover. Came here about a year ago (late review ik), and had a horrendous experience. Nobody was there when we got there and it took 15 ish minutes to get a seat. Me and my friend (both heavily tattooed and obviously of drinking age) were asked for our IDs which was a first but we gave them anyway. We watched the manager on duty spend the next half an hour with a flashlight and other stuff examine our IDs which we found very odd. He then tried to say my friend had a fake ID and asked for an MA one (they were visiting from CA). It in fact was the CA id they got from the rmv but because it wasnt an MA one he accused us of having fake ones? One of the employees was also having a mental breakdown and this guy continued to yell at her for it? I was a little girl when I was first seated at Buffalo Wild Wings, and now as I am in my car after finishing my meal, writing this review, I am a grandmother of many beautiful children and have been married for over 60 years. When I asked for a table, Reagan was president, Elon Musk was nothing but a sperm cell, and Wilt Chamberlain had just played his 100-point game. It certainly takes some time to get a table, let alone get your food! The service was exceptional either way, and our server was a man named Skye I believe. He was polite, friendly, and a comedic relief! He gets 5 stars. He took our orders, and was doing great despite the poor wait times as well as the busyness of the restaurant. Our food came out after the COVID-19 Pandemic ended, and we ate! I got the Mango Habanero wings, which were tasty! We left a nice tip of $4 for Skye, and finished watching the March Madness basketball game! I enjoyed the energy of the other customers, as well as the lighting of the establishment! 5 stars for Skye, 1 star for the wait times, so we are going to give 3 stars! read more

Went in on a VERY busy evening with several sporting events going on. There are a lot of college kids working. They did a great job! I mean it was crazy busy. There were several rude customers I saw while I was waiting for a table. Those kids handled them better than adults I've seen. Kelsey is the girl at the counter, the hostess I guess. She seats people and does the take out orders. She couldn't be older than 17-18. I watched people verbally abuse her, yell at her and demand things of her that are obviously out of her control. One woman asked for a refund and was mad that the hostess couldn't give it to her on the spot. It takes a couple of days to process is what she was trying to explain. The woman wouldn't listen. She was so rude to that hostess and kept repeating herself even though the girl had already expained it 10 times. The hostess stayed calm and respectful. I never could have done that. She was talking to a brick wall. Anyway the food was good the service was even better despite the craziness. There's a TV in every corner and they will happily change the channel to whatever even you want to watch. I just hope if the manager noticed what was happening to the hostess, they would have told that woman to leave. That Karen shouldn't be out in public. Kelsey if you read this you did an awesome job! As usual....another botched order from this location. Here's the highlights....1) the salad was so unacceptable and disgusting that it was awesome....how did somebody actually put that in a box and serve it. Supposed to be side salad with blue cheese. We got oil covered lettuce with a tomato. 2) sauces ordered extra wet....all had dry spots, especially the original buffalo. 3) extra blue cheese ordered. Not a single blue cheese in the bag, either what was supposed to come with it or the extra. We haven't been back in a long time since the last 3 in store experiences were terrible. First day of football season and figured we would give it a try....mistake. Back to Braintree or Brockton. As a former shareholder, 20 year customer and visitor of probably 75 stores, my message to you is Fix your leadership at this store and learn how to hire and supervise. I have never seen a manager walking through floor year or checking in as I have at most other stores. All Bdubs are not like this place. It's starts with leadership and is followed by good hiring and sound training. Consistently falling down on all three at this store. Sorry to write this, but it is the truth. Update - 9/14 - I got a nice call from Colin of the management team. Sounds like they have been short on managers but are ramping up.
