This place has issues. Sometimes we get good service and the food is on point. However, on October 28, 2018 a mess up was the straw that broke the camel's back. My family and I went for lunch and put our names on the list to be seated and waited 30 minutes and never got seated and other walk ins were being seated that is when we brought it up after another couple said something too. For years I have noticed that this place has been going downhill. We went this morning and the smell of vomit hit us immediately as we walked through the door. Hostess then placed menus at the end of the table instead of at individual seats. When we pulled the seats out to sit down the covers were mostly pealed off. Next, as we open the the menus they are very sticky and it was obvious that haven't been cleaned in a long time. We had been ordering to go food from this location for a long time. However the past few visits have been horrible! The chicken wings have not been cooked to order! The sides are not prepared as requested and the carrots and celery look dry and OLD! I recently called in my concerns and spoke to a JD Barnard the FOH manager and discussed my concerns! He seemed receptive and offered his apologies! He even offered to make amends and send out a gift card so we would return! Great we thought! However when I opened the mail 5 free snack cards fell out with a form letter apologizing for the poor service! That's nice 5 free snacks that can be used one at a time compared to the cash we laid out for dinner! Nice, really top notch customer service! I then called and spoke to James Howard another manger he offered a $60.00 gift card and seemed to laugh off my frustration so I then asked for the DM's phone number as no one likes to be laughed off! Honey barbecue traditional wings are great! In my opinion, traditional wings taste better than boneless wings. But the food is too slow.

Took a long time to receive our food. Appetizer came out two minutes before our meal and the waitress forgot our fries. Our server Katie was not very friendly and seemed to move in slow motion as did the rest of the staff. I've never had a problem with service at Buffalo Wild Wings, but this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. My fiancé and I walked in and we waited for awhile to get serviced. The hostess came up after a few minutes and told us to seat ourselves. We ended up leaving because there were several waitresses aware we had been seated, even looked right at us, yet no one came to service us. How does it look for an establishment to have potential customers walk out so dissatisfied? I would have understood if it was actually busy in there at the time, but you have waitresses and waiters leisurely standing around talking amongst each other, clearly incapable of doing a decent job. It's a very bad reflection of the company. I suggest hiring people who actually understand what good customer service is. read more

The only reason I am giving it one star is because there's nothing less I can give.. Visited on Saturday 9/21 while out with my better half running errands. We needed to go to White Oak and we both wanted wings. Have never been to Buffalo Wild Wings so thought I'd give it a try. What a mistake. Sat at the bar which was not very busy. We were greeted by an unfriendly young lady. I would use her name except she didn't bother to introduce herself. Younger girl! Had her dark hair up. I ordered a beer and my better half a cosmopolitan. She asked the young lady for a 'twist' with it. Clearly she had no idea what that meant. When the drink finally came out it was mostly lime juice. I asked for a water with my beer and never got it. Then we tried to figure out the menu and I had some questions as to how to order the wings etc. Nothing but attitude from the bar tender and couldn't be plainer as to what she was thinking 'Can't you figure it out' (??) She never not once checked on my better half's drink after she brought it and continued to act as though she was doing US a favor by doing her job. My better half comes from the food and spirts industry so she knows the standard. She was making another customer a drink and I saw her open a menu book and begin trying to figure out how to make it. Obviously she had no idea how to do anything besides pour a beer. By this point my better half had enough and went to look for a manager. The poor mgr was very embarrassed. She comped the drinks and our food hadn't arrived.. thankfully. Don't waste your time or your money here. Look we appreciate when someone is having a bad day but this lack of respect and service was well below sub par. We left and went across the street to Buffalo Brothers where EVERYTHING was right and as it should be. Funny, while sitting at the bar we spoke to some other patrons who were there and shared our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.. they had very similar experiences there. Been to this location several times, and always a disappointment. I have been to the one in Holly Springs and much, much better food and service. On our visit today, my husband and I both ordered the veggie boat with our meal. The carrots were so dried out we couldn't even eat them and the celery was rotten. Not what you expect at a wings joint! On top of it, my husband ordered two veggie boats, one which the waitress never brought out. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink to get to me (and this was after I had to remind her that she forgot it). The chicken in everyone in our parties meal was so dried out, no flavor at all. So if you're in the mood for some mediocre bar food this is the place for you! Let's go ahead and get one thing out of the way- my review is completely biased. I don't eat buffaloes or wings. So I'm reviewing a place that is known for wings, even in its namesake, and I didn't eat them. Now let's move on to what I can review. I ordered the ultimate nachos with no chili. Apparently no chili also means no jalapeños and no salsa. I got chips with a drizzle of queso, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Bleh. The waitress asked what I wanted to drink and I remarked some alcohol would be good. I'm all about gender equality and all but she named off the beer specials only. Needless to say I'm not the knocking-back-sime-brewskis type. So I opted for some cheaper non alcoholic beverage. So much for a cocktail. I also was able to discover there is a positive correlation between short patience and increased wait time. The longer we were there the longer we had to wait between check ins from the waitress. I met my husband after work so I was happy enough to leave him behind to deal with the check. Two stars because it has potential to be a cool hangout spot for a game. Came in today after my son's ball game for lunch. We were seated very quickly, even though it was busy. The food was okay. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger, which he didn't eat because he said it tasted like frozen patties. He also got the new garlic cheese fries, which he said was "soggy". I had the boneless wings and chips which were fine. My son ordered the kids' meal, and he ate all of it. This is where my problem came in. It says that a drink is included with the meal and when the ticket came, there was $2.79 charge; but when I questioned the server about it, he stated that he could take $2 off because he brought my son the big cup. My husband was so frustrated he said not to worry about it. If you bring my child a large cup with a kids' meal, I shouldn't have to pay for it. It could've been better customer service! read more

Wings. Beer. Sports. You fail miserably at the beer part. Your servers don't even know what beers you have on tap and you have ZERO local beers on tap. I'm sure Miller-Coors and Anheuser Busch pay a pretty penny to keep their beers on tap, but with SO many high quality microbrewed beers in the area, there is no reason not to dedicate a few taps to the local guys. Take a page from Indiana Buffalo Wild Wings and have a few NC beer taps sectioned off. I literally only go here because it's central location for a few buddies and me. read more

Giving it one star because the food is ok. Our wings looked as if the sauce had been thrown on as a last thought but ok nonetheless. The bathroom was appalling. The service was very subpar. We watched two different groups order after us, eat, AND leave before we got our food. There was another "waitress" who was walking around our section muttering crazy things under her breath and complaining about customers loud enough for people to hear. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I am a waitress and I try not to be picky because I know it can be hard but I waited 10 minutes to be greeted by a server named moses that would not let me even say two words before answering for me. When I got my boneless wings there was barely any sauce on my wings. I nicely asked for them to be tossed again and he explained how much work it's going to be for him and replied "next time ask for the wings to be extra wet." Didn't apologize or anything. He gave the wings and left. I didn't hear from him again until I was done eating my hard cold wings. I've ordered to go orders from here twice in the last month. Both times I've had to wait over 30 minutes once arriving to pick up my food after waiting the time they said it would be ready. Both times I was told on the phone that it would be 15 minutes which was erroneous. The first time my wings were cold and had the sauce in a container on the side as well as part of my order was missing. After getting home I called and after talking with the manager for fifteen minutes I was finally given a refund after initial being told to just heat them up in the oven. If I really wanted to cook I wouldn't have ordered out. The second time ordering to go the to go staff argued with me on when I placed my ordered when I asked what was taking so long. I ordered at 6:52, was told 15 minutes on the phone and did not have my order until 7:40. I would say it is better to come in and eat but the staff is so rude it's not even worth it. Horrible experience just horrible. The first server I got was rude. She didn't even bother to say hello or introduce herself. Both my spouse and I are in the military, it is very standard for us to get water and then a beer after we have a few sips of water. However, when we stated we would like waters to start off with the server couldn't remember that by the time she walked to the back. So, after a few minutes she came back by and asked what we wanted to drink again. About a minute later she asked if we wanted to order and I said we'd need just a minute. Then that server disappeared for about 20 minutes. She passed by us and asked if we needed more time and expected us to say yes, I suppose, because she already started to walk away before we answered. I called after her saying we were ready. She then informed me that she had given my table to another server and I'd have to wait for her to come by. She came by, I asked for our appetizer and entrées. Then I pretty much never saw her again. Oh, except for the 2 times she slid my app and entrees on the table. When I say slid, I mean literally as she was walking by didn't even miss a beat slid. I wont even talk about how are food was burnt but yet cold, but my server wpuldve never known that because she never stopped back by. I will most likely never return. If I do return, I'll be sitting at the bar. Speaking of which, I never even got to order a beer. Literally the only saving grace was the manager. went august 11,2013. was seated in bar area on the long padded bench at the rear. our waitress was good, it was between 5 & 6 ,not much going on. the waitress for the table next to ours walked by, i said "hi how are you today" she walkeed on without speaking. one of the guys with us mentioned it to our waitress & she mentioned it to her. she walked by "i'm soo sorry" keep walking. rude and hi minded to be working face to face with the public. later one of the guys said " hey how are you today" as she walked by again. she keep walking not acknowledging him also, when she got to the end of the padded bench she turned ,looked at me and said snappy "i heard you the first time." this is not my idea of a place to spend your money when the employies act this way . she was a young blonde, wasn't all that to start with and shes a waitress ,your paid to be nice. not impressed at ALL Johnny Baker read more
