It's really good sports bar style food. I highly recommend that you build your own burger, and top it with pulled pork and bacon. Because, sports bar. The service can be really slow when they're busy. It seems more an issue of the kitchen getting backed up than the servers being slow. They're some of the friendliest staff around, so I don't mind waiting when they're busy. read more

This is my go to spot for chicken we always order the large wings so we could split up the different flavor to satisfy everyone in my family

This is not a bad place to get wings during a lunch break. The food is OK and the service isn't bad. I would say it is for the most part just mediocre sometimes the food is cold and the staff might be too busy talking to their friends to wait on you so it is kinda hit or miss. read more

Came here during the Covid but they were completely understaffed.. 20 minutes to get some wings?!? If you want to be open for business during Covid have enough staff so we won't regret doing business with you. read more

stay far away from this place disgusting and unprofessional !!! waitresses are nice but the cooks are disrespectful towards them and will refuse to make your food correctly read more

15 minutes of waiting with no response from wait staff after being seated we decided to walk out. Store was not short staffed and was barely busy. This location is by far the worst BWW I've ever been to not to mention the smell from bathrooms as you walk in. read more

They told us it was going to be a 10 minute wait. They skipped over us and we never got sat after waiting 30 minutes, even asked them about it. read more

I'm sad to report we had a bad experience today. There were three parties waiting to be seated. A young woman and her friend entered, greeted the maitre'd with a hug, received her flashing recall circle, and disappeared briefly. She returned a few moments later and was seated. All three parties complained to the manager on duty. I later learned the maitre'd told his supervisor that he'd simply made a mistake in the seating order. This was clearly untrue, and his supervisor should have known better. The wings were slow arriving, but I'm sure that's not our server's fault, she was clearly doing her best. They forgot part of my wife's order, but it was brought later when we asked for it. For wings, two beers, a glass of water, a veggie boat, some salad dressing, and a salad, our check before tip was $40, with tip it was $46. When I asked for the Regional Manager's contact information it was not provided. I've read the other reviews. No, I didn't expect a low cholesterol menu when I arrived, it's a sports grill and bar. No, I didn't expect a serene atmosphere, instantaneous service, or top shelf cuisine. It's a sports grill and bar. But our service based on seating was infuriating, the young man was still at his station when we left so apparently it was not addressed, and it was not a good value. I think we'll do our own wings on the grill at home. We have cold beer and a big flat screen television. read more

They made a small mistake 19/20 wings. Called in and manager fixed issue right away. Great customer service when I walked and very polite bartenders. Wings were to our liking with plenty of sauce. read more

Had dinner here tonight. Gabby was an exceptional server and had everything we needed to us in a timely manner. Extra crispy, al flat, lemon pepper is the way to go! She also helped us reset our password on the app so e were able to redeem our appetizer. My son loved his high-five from Cody as we walked to and from the bathroom 2 times! Will comeback read more

During this COVID experience, my 2nd time coming here was not the best. I ordered a small buffalo traditional w medium sauce and mac&cheese. waited for about 20 minutes for the order, later when i get home find out... there's no BLOODY sauce on my wings!! i called immediately after, then asked for a manager. after that i was offered $5 off... of an $18 meal. terrible compensation. read more

Updating this review as I will never set foot in this restaurant again. We just watched 4 tables that sat down after us be greeted and served drinks. A server finally passed us and said be right with you... 20 minutes into sitting at our table I might add. A 4 top sat down at the table beside us and she proceeded to greet them within 3 minutes and bring them menus. That's when we left. Absolutely horrible customer service and inexcusable, when you take into account that there were plenty of servers all over the restaurant. I don't really expect much from a place like this but to be blatantly ignored like that completely uncalled for and just plain bad customer service. read more

The food is regular bar fare. Very loud atmosphere with the 17 million tvs going all at once. Service was AMAZING! Rachel was our server, and we didnt have to ask for refills! I think she was trying to get me drunk! Lol! Service was OUTSTANDING! We noticed another server that had a table with horrible people, they tipped like 3$ and some change. We tipped Haley a few extra because folks like that shouldn't eat out. Greqt experience. Got a little drunk and had a good time! read more

First the good. The fried stuff I has was pretty good. Their fried pickles were good. They had a nice crispy coating on them. Sure they probably arrived at the restaurant that way but they were good. The fried cheese curd was yummy too but you would be hard pressed to mess that up. The wings are not bad at all. I really liked the boneless wings they were crispy and tasty. The Blazen hot sauce did bring the heat. They have a good selection of sauces to pick from. Now the bad I decided to try a burger on my latest trip. It was absolutely inedible. It was basically a frozen pink slime burger fried until it has a slight crust and grey all the way through. I realize it is a sports bar but do you have to pump up the volume artificially? It is really hard to hear with all the noise. If it was just "the game" being blasted at 11 that would be one thing but when you are blasting five or ten different games at full volume that make for just a racket. Atmosphere 2 - It is just way to noisy all the time. The volume was so high on my last trip that it was hard to communicate with the server. Other than the noise level it is a decent sports bar. Plenty of TVs with what ever sports are going. Service 2 - The service varies from good to pretty darn bad. I told my server that my $11 hamburger was terrible. I said I had better hamburgers during a hospital stay. She said sorry about that other than the wings the food here is really bad. No well let me take that off your bill just the food here sucks. Cost/Value 2 - The wing prices are not too terrible but the other items are kind of expensive. Food 4 - The fried stuff is good, wings, cheese curd, pickles are all yummy. The patties used for the burgers the worst. read more

An after gym favorite for me. The wings are great and they seem to have nightly beer specials. The service has varied from "really good" to "where the hell are they?!?!" There are tv's in every direction so odds are you'll find a game to watch. If sports aren't your thing, they have some pretty cool trivia game things as well read more

Our sever, Erin was absolutely awful. She's not attentive and is rude. Will not be back

Like this b-dubs! Except for the crappy stools around the bar tables! Good wings and a lot of good sauces. From blazin hott to really weak sweet bbq. They also have really good beer specials, monthly and daily! read more

Ok, so I'm not so much into "chain" restaurants. This establishment shows both the good and the bad of a chain. Also reflects some characteristics of a good chain. Overall - standard bla bla sports bar. Atmosphere - chain sports bar. PROs - they did have a NC beer on tap and at least three more in the bottle. GO NC! Waitstaff was nice and service (at least at the bar) was pretty good. CONs - NOTHING on the menu was made there. Fries? Frozen. Onion rings? Frozen. When I asked the server what was made there all she could come up with was that the chips for the chips and salsa were made there. Ordered them. Chips. Pretty good. Salsa? Ketchup with some spices. Sorry dudes. You confirm why I don't usually frequent chains. Your only saving grace is that you have outdoor seating. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Standard sports bar. Try a local one downtown Raleigh instead. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

ok,ok, I know you don't go to a Buffalo Wild Wings for good service, or even good food, but this sucked butt. our waiter (skyler) focused all his attention on another table. we had ordered an appetizer and the chips were stale. it took at least 45mins to get my drink refilled. I must say though, Skyler wasn't a bootyhole to everyone, the other customers that came in at the same time as us got EXCELLENT service. they had already eaten when we received the appetizer, so, if you go here, just be sure to not have anyone more important there at the same time. frick you skyler. and thats on, periodt read more

Hit or miss!!!! Sometimes the wings are good sometimes they are dried out. My husband normally picks up a to go order for us. This time I went in. A big turnoff is the fact that you can actually smell the bathroom as soon as you step in. Not sure will I will order anymore food from this place. The place did not look clean at all. read more

Food is average and the beer is over priced... But the customer service we received from Moses made it all worth it!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings is your typical sports bar: numerous television screens in every direction featuring everything from football to wrestling, lots of beer and an extensive menu of fried food. Sportscasters blare loudly from all directions and if you're feeling slightly competitive, you can participate in onscreen live trivia with other patrons in the restaurant. My husband and his buddies frequent BWW about every few weeks to see the UFC Fights. They enjoy beer specials and get great service from a couple of really super staff members... Kevin and Desiree are some notable names. So, if he were writing this review, he'd give five stars for that. I'm not really into those fights and am really more about the food... which, sorry to say, is just not that great. The wings for which they are so famous, have a chewy lose skin of which I'm just not a fan (I like 'em crispy!) The fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks are mushy. The jalapeno bits have a grainy cheese stuffed in them. The soft pretzels are alright, pretty doughy and nothing to write home about. I have yet to try the pizzas and so I suppose there is still hope! I will say that the beer specials are really great. They do make a good dirty martini, which can be hard to find. If you like the TV's blaring every sports channel imaginable and don't mind mediocre bar food, than this is the place for you. The staff will greet you with friendly, bright smiles at the door and you'll be well taken care of... read more

Came here couple weeks ago, on a Friday evening. I just moved to NC last month. I am a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I used to have the wings every other week when I was in TN. But this one kinda disappointed me. The sauce is same everywhere. But the service here was much worse than TN. I even cannot find a smile on the waiter's face. And the wings were way smaller! I doubt whether I would come back again. read more

Absolutely horrendous wait time 2nd time in a row. We thought we would give this location another chance and after waiting nearly one hour for our wings, we cancelled the order. The management needs some serious help or replacement. read more

People over 50 should proceed into this place having nitro bottles securely placed in their pockets - the place is coronary artery disease disaster. Actually if I belong to any health risk group, I would have preferred somewhere tastier to plug up my vessels. In general place is just ok. I am letting go of the fact that I had to find non-sticky booth and that their hummus can make Middle east go into war based on the cultural insult alone. Deep fried pickles seemed to be the highlight of our meals, crunchy and savory, along with some different breed of ranch dressing that was complimenting them well. My salad (again have I lost my mind to order Mediterranean salad in American sports bar?) was a mockery of all similar salads out there. My husbands chicken sandwich was very average as well. Anyway if you decide to go there more than once, please contact me for the follow up visit and the blood work. Trust my word, you'll need it, read more

great wings. service was quite slow though after ordering...but nothing to ruin my visit. read more

Maybe its because I dont eat chicken, but this isnt my favorite place. However, I cant judge their wings, which is what they're known for. I ordered a burger, and I've had better. Onion rings were decent. It would probably be a good place to watch a game. read more

The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because the food came out quickly. The food actually came out faster than it took my server to take my order. Honestly, it took my server about 12 minutes to even acknowledge me. Other severs were busy and even helpful to me. My server (Desiree) I guest that's her name since that is what was on my receipt only took my order and brought me my bill. Will not be coming back to this location, which is probably what she wants anyway. read more

I called to confirm a game would be on and was told that it would be on . I asked her to confirm with the manager that the game WOULD be on. Put me on hold for 5 minutes and confirm with me it would be on. I asked her to please be sure and I will order an Uber and head up there now. she said yes. I am sitting here now, the manager told me they don't have that NFL zone. I explained his establishment did according to my phone call with his employee. The manager wanted to give me an education about tv zones instead of: Maybe a sorry anything I can get you? Or hank you for coming anyway? I will speak to the phone lady to see where she got her information? Jerk. read more

Not entirely sure why this place has such terrible reviews. My husband and I have been here twice and both times were good. Our servers were always good and food came out in a timely manner. Our orders always came out correctly and everything was hot and fresh. read more

Great daily lunch specials as well as drink specials. This is a great spot for a UFC fight night. I go with a small but consistent group of guys and always sit in the bar. We have a standing request for Kevin to be out server, but, all the bar servers are great. We stay for 3-4 hours and eat throughout the whole visit. I really enjoy the soft pretzels. They are abundant and filling. The queso dip for them is consistently good. The wings are excellent. I am closing in on having every flavor. My favorite is the spicy garlic. The burgers are good too. This is truly a great spot for any sporting event. read more

we came in sat down ordered. the lady that was serving us asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese with our carrots and celery we said yes. she brings out food to us and we get no carrots or celery. we then have to ask for them because she didn't give them to us. and our order took forever to come out and idk why. she seemed very annoyed with us when we did nothing wrong. when then when she gave us the receipts she set it straight in the wet celery. she didn't talk to us like the whole time she was serving ya until the end. i honestly think she did a bad job today. i hope she knows who she is. thank you have a good rest of ur day. read more

Food is typical for this chain, I usually go for atmosphere. Being from NY where this chain began, I left forever disappointed and will Not return. Staff and managers are not just poor but insincere. Carolina ale house is better for food and service. Other side with Buffalo Bros was equal in service and lesser quality with the food. All charge relatively the same.
