We ate here on a Sat night. It wasn't any more busy than normal. It took awhile to place our order, but after ordering - it took over an hour to get our food. The table beside us came in after we ordered, got their food, ate, and left while we were still waiting. Once we finally got it - some was lukewarm, but most was cold (we're talking refrigerator cold on the wings). Nothing was hot. Did not get the sauces we ordered either. These fries were probably the worst! Attempting to pick up a single fry - resulted in one big blob (gross) We asked for a manager. She came and told us the cold food was not the server's fault (although we heard another waitress tell her that she really needed to go get our food), nor was it the kitchen's fault. Basically, it was no one's fault. We asked her if she would eat these fries - to which she said no, she would not. Then she told us - 'Thanks for the feedback though' and left! Last time we went someone got sick and vomited in front of the bathrooms, which is right at the front door. The employees, who normally stand around in a group with hardly a greeting and barely acknowledge any of the customers, they just threw a sign down and people were walking in and walking right into it. No one rushed to clean it up or anything, which probably should have been a health violation. It stayed there at least 10-15 minutes before we left. Traveling through and needed a late bite to eat. Server was friendly- there were two servers and they were working very hard. The problem i saw was there was no one keeping the table area clean-the carpet was not swept and dirty dishes were on several empty tables. This isn't, however isolated to this BWW only. We tend to see this at most of the ones we visit. The cheese curds were delicious! The boneless wings were good although not as fresh as they normally are. I want to give this a much higher rating. The food was really good, but our service was horrendous. We had "chacha". She took our drink and appetizer order, came back and slammed the cups on the table, took our food order, then didn't come back until it was time to give us the bill. We never got our appetizer, but couldn't catch her to actually remind her. They were busy and I understand that, but just checking back in would have been nice. I would have ordered another cocktail and my grandmother needed a refill. We also very possibly would have ordered dessert because we hadn't eaten all day. When my grandmother said they forgot the cheese curds chacha responded "well are you full?" I'd say she lost this location at least $20-$30 just at our table with the cocktail, the appetizer, and dessert. The table beside us had the exact same problem and she had the same attitude with them so who knows how much money she has lost them tonight. She did the absolute bare minimum. It's sad because the food was good, I had interest in many of the appetizers as well as dessert, the whiskey sour was phenomenal, and the ambiance was nice. There usually isn't much for me to choose from being vegetarian, but last time I went they had cauliflower wings, I was impressed! I never sit in the dining area, I've always sat on the bar side. No questions asked about what I'd like for food until about 9:50...30 minutes after sitting down. And guess what? The empty used boats and glasses are still flanking both of my sides...signed receipts from the other patrons taken of course. Fuck cleaning up the bar, right? Everyone working in this place is currently running around with about a thousand receipts in their hands and they all look lost. My beer has been empty for the past 10 minutes. I honestly blame management. Not the bartenders and wait staff. Poor staffing by some manager who doesn't understand that a lot of hotels in the area are of No Vacancy Mon-Thurs because of travelers/workers during those times. Patrons of these hotels may enjoy a beer and a meal after hours on the road...there is VERY slim pickings for that in the immediate area. read more

We stopped here on are drive back spring break to watch the final four games and eat dinner after a long drive. We were shocked it was not packed on such a big night of basketball. Our server was very nice. They were however out of M43 beer that my husband wanted. Other then that our dinners were to be as expected from here, pretty good. I was impressed with the side salad, it was full of veggies including red peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes along with fresh shaved parmesan! I've visited this restaurant while staying in a hotel across the street after a very long and weary drive here from North Carolina. Although the restaurant was about 10% full I opted to get my food to go to head back to the quiet security of my hotel room. With the restaurant so sparse with guests I was surprised that after a nearly 10 minute wait to place an order to go it took over 25 minutes to get an order of salad and wings to go. Although the wings as expected were decent - they were actually drenched in sauce and both boxes leaked in my to go bag - when I opened the Caesar salad it looked as though it has been soaking in dressing since this morning and was basically one large soggy lump in a box. Even though I requested no croutons with the salad due to a diet I am on there was a slice of garlic toast on top of the salad that was burnt to a crisp it had the texture somewhat similar to a very thin piece of concrete or perhaps a very thick piece of cardboard. Not very appetizing because I was in my room, I couldn't send it back. Experience was two star at best especially considering how few people were in the restaurant and how slow the service was and the overall quality of food and presentation following my departure. You know what to expect, the parking is free, ample, and well lit. Close to the hotel. Plenty of beers on tap to help drown away the sorrow of being away from your friends and family. Have been going there for yrs. The last few time my wife and I have been there it just gets worse. Today we went hoping it would get better for the last time( no luck!) We got sat and the waitress came over and took our order and we got are drinks pretty quick that was the highlight of the meal. We ordered our appetizer and are meals. It took 30 and our meals came out, well mine did my wife's was made wrong so we sent it back. She waited another 15 minutes for her meal to come out in pieces her wings then her fries and sauces. Then just after that our appetizer finally shows up. During this time there was a guy seated next to us thst sat there 30 just waiting to order that just got up and left because no one ever even came to his table. We asked to speak to the manager to tell him about the experience and he seemed to care less that there losing money and customers.
