Go See ChaCha! We dine at this location at least a couple times a month for lunch, and most of the time we are blessed with Charlene as our waitress. She is, without question one the best waiters that we've had since we moved to this area. The food here is consistently OK, never terrible, never cold. The few times anything has come out wrong, Charlene recognized it immediately and had it fixed and brought back out promptly. read more

The best Buffalo Wild Wings food that I've ever had. I live in Ironton Ohio and have eaten at the Ironton Buffalo wild wings multiple times as well as the Huntington and Barboursville locations and it doesn't even come close. The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauce was plentiful. The service was also outstanding. I have absolutely zero complaints would visit again. read more

The service was terrible there was two in my party including myself they told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes for a table and we did but they let someone in ahead of us on the wait list and told us it would be another 45 minutes the other people or person on the wait list was supposed to be behind us in line, me and my friend never got seated btw so we didn't get to sit and eat or anything usually I wouldn't put something up like this but this place sucks. read more

The only reason it's 1 star is because I can't rate it lower. One Door Dash order got a salad and Buffalo chicken wrap. Awful. They didnt giive me any dressing for my salad and the chicken in the wrap was hard little nuggets of breading with minicsule amount of acual chicken. Okay, so we make mistakes. Next Door Dash order, 15 wings, Jamming Jalepeno and honey garlic. 3 had sauce, the rest were PLAIN. So plain. No seasoning whatsoever. No ranch that I ordered and no napkins. Cuz who needs napkins when you're staying in a hotel your wings are PLAIN. This was so bad, I don't even want to go to the BW3s at home anymore read more

We ate here on a Sat night. It wasn't any more busy than normal. It took awhile to place our order, but after ordering - it took over an hour to get our food. The table beside us came in after we ordered, got their food, ate, and left while we were still waiting. Once we finally got it - some was lukewarm, but most was cold (we're talking refrigerator cold on the wings). Nothing was hot. Did not get the sauces we ordered either. These fries were probably the worst! Attempting to pick up a single fry - resulted in one big blob (gross) We asked for a manager. She came and told us the cold food was not the server's fault (although we heard another waitress tell her that she really needed to go get our food), nor was it the kitchen's fault. Basically, it was no one's fault. We asked her if she would eat these fries - to which she said no, she would not. Then she told us - 'Thanks for the feedback though' and left! No apologies, no discounts, nothing! This was probably the part that made us the maddest. We asked for another manager. The general manager was supposed to be there, but the bar manager came over. She said she had just arrived (11 PM?). She comped our food, most of which wasn't worth eating anyway. But the first manager was completely worthless, rude and ineffective. read more

Today My hubby and I celebrated his 62nd birthday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gallipolis Ohio. We split a All-American Burger with grilled onions and a side of French fries and a order of traditional Hot Wings with Traditional Hot Buffalo. He got his ranch and I got my Blue cheese dipping sauced. He was happy they had his favorite beer Pabst Blue Ribbon in a Ice Cold can so he drank 3 and I settled for my half & half iced tea With lemon * lime slices. We also tried their new sauces Buffalo bacon and Hot BBQ with our fries, we both liked the Bacon Option better!! Great birthday lunch!!! read more

Last time we went someone got sick and vomited in front of the bathrooms, which is right at the front door. The employees, who normally stand around in a group with hardly a greeting and barely acknowledge any of the customers, they just threw a sign down and people were walking in and walking right into it. No one rushed to clean it up or anything, which probably should have been a health violation. It stayed there at least 10-15 minutes before we left. Cleanliness was not priority and neither is customer service. Unfortunately, it was our 2nd and last time visiting, as we weren't impressed the first time either. read more

They had lots of TV's so it's great for game day - but nothing was on mid-week. They had 1 or 2 local beers - but carried most of the nationals. Sat at the bar and got fairly attentive service from "Rockstar." I enjoyed the Desert Heat dry rub. My mushroom Swiss burger was ok, nacho chips instead of fries were good. Service was great. Short staffed on waitresses but plenty of others just standing around not doing much. Really not sure why. The eating area could have been cleaner and better kept considering it really wasn't that busy. Our group shared a nacho and order of boneless wings. Nacho chips were on the stale side and under dressed. Not much for toppings or flavor. The boneless wings were so over sauced we had to use napkins to wipe sauce off. Aside from the service wasn't really impressed with this specific store. read more

We were seated quickly and the waitress was nice. Took our order, fried pickles, wings, a burger and a chicken sandwich. Food was subpar at best. Traveling through and needed a late bite to eat. Server was friendly- there were two servers and they were working very hard. The problem i saw was there was no one keeping the table area clean-the carpet was not swept and dirty dishes were on several empty tables. This isn't, however isolated to this BWW only. We tend to see this at most of the ones we visit. The cheese curds were delicious! The boneless wings were good although not as fresh as they normally are. Overall, it was a good late night stop - BWW in general need to figure out how to keep the eating areas cleaner throughout the day. read more

Buffalo wild wings is just okay. There were a few mixups at the counter, and it was a bit understaffed, so I waited quite a while for my take-out order. My burger was definitely overcooked, and the guacamole was not good. However the queso dip was good. Plenty of parking. This place is fine. There are limited options in the area, so that is a factor as well. read more

I want to give this a much higher rating. The food was really good, but our service was horrendous. We had "chacha". She took our drink and appetizer order, came back and slammed the cups on the table, took our food order, then didn't come back until it was time to give us the bill. We never got our appetizer, but couldn't catch her to actually remind her. They were busy and I understand that, but just checking back in would have been nice. I would have ordered another cocktail and my grandmother needed a refill. We also very possibly would have ordered dessert because we hadn't eaten all day. When my grandmother said they forgot the cheese curds chacha responded "well are you full?" I'd say she lost this location at least $20-$30 just at our table with the cocktail, the appetizer, and dessert. The table beside us had the exact same problem and she had the same attitude with them so who knows how much money she has lost them tonight. She did the absolute bare minimum. It's sad because the food was good, I had interest in many of the appetizers as well as dessert, the whiskey sour was phenomenal, and the ambiance was nice. It wasn't too loud or too dirty and the bathrooms were clean. All around would have been an amazing experience had we been lucky enough to get a server who cared. read more

So it's been a long time since I was at a bw3. I remember the food being mediocre at best. The only reason we ended up here is that it was the only place with an open kitchen. The food really shocked me with how good it was. My husband got boneless wings with the lemon pepper dry rub, I got the chicken tenders with spicy garlic, and we got salt and vinegar potato wedges. Everything was tasty and I loved the batter on the tenders. Food was very slow to get served but the waitress was very nice. Was greeted by a half a dozen teenagers who forgot they were hosts for the first 30 seconds of my group entering, before one guy got the courage to say, "..so, three?" He then proceeded to sit us at a dirty table. The last 2 times we have ordered take out from here something has been wrong (like they forgot to put the chicken in my Buffalo Mac & Cheese, etc). Today we decided to dine in to see if it was a better experience, it was not. The restaurant was not crowded, and we were sat in a section with 2-3 other tables already seated. After waiting for 10 minutes for a server to come take our drink orders, with no avail, another table was sat next to us. Within a minute of being seated a server walked up to the other table and started talking to them like she knew them well without even acknowledging we had been sat. After waiting for another 5 minutes (15 total at this point) for someone to at least come take our drink order we left. read more

Sat at bar at 9:20 pm on a Tuesday night. No bartenders. To the left of me are used boats and empty used glasses, some with the orange still in it. Check from previous patrons signed at 9:05pm. To the right, more used boats and empty used glasses (check uploaded pictures). 9:30 pm. Random bartender flies behind the bar and asks me what I would like to drink without so much as glancing at me as she proceeds to the cash register at the other end of the bar. I YELL my drink order. 9:40 pm. She barks at another bartender who appeared out of no where to grab my drink for me. She does. In no particular sense of urgency. No questions asked about what I'd like for food until about 9:50...30 minutes after sitting down. And guess what? The empty used boats and glasses are still flanking both of my sides...signed receipts from the other patrons taken of course. Fuck cleaning up the bar, right? Everyone working in this place is currently running around with about a thousand receipts in their hands and they all look lost. My beer has been empty for the past 10 minutes. I honestly blame management. Not the bartenders and wait staff. Poor staffing by some manager who doesn't understand that a lot of hotels in the area are of No Vacancy Mon-Thurs because of travelers/workers during those times. Patrons of these hotels may enjoy a beer and a meal after hours on the road...there is VERY slim pickings for that in the immediate area. read more

We stopped here on are drive back spring break to watch the final four games and eat dinner after a long drive. We were shocked it was not packed on such a big night of basketball. Our server was very nice. They were however out of M43 beer that my husband wanted. Other then that our dinners were to be as expected from here, pretty good. I was impressed with the side salad, it was full of veggies including red peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes along with fresh shaved parmesan! The kids each had a nice treat as they were offered a tablet each to play. I had not been to a buffalo wild wings that offered that. read more

I've visited this restaurant while staying in a hotel across the street after a very long and weary drive here from North Carolina. Although the restaurant was about 10% full I opted to get my food to go to head back to the quiet security of my hotel room. With the restaurant so sparse with guests I was surprised that after a nearly 10 minute wait to place an order to go it took over 25 minutes to get an order of salad and wings to go. Although the wings as expected were decent - they were actually drenched in sauce and both boxes leaked in my to go bag - when I opened the Caesar salad it looked as though it has been soaking in dressing since this morning and was basically one large soggy lump in a box. Even though I requested no croutons with the salad due to a diet I am on there was a slice of garlic toast on top of the salad that was burnt to a crisp it had the texture somewhat similar to a very thin piece of concrete or perhaps a very thick piece of cardboard. Not very appetizing because I was in my room, I couldn't send it back. Experience was two star at best especially considering how few people were in the restaurant and how slow the service was and the overall quality of food and presentation following my departure. I'm not sure I'd return again. read more

Let's face it. You're staying at the Hampton Inn for business (like me) and you're scrolling through places to eat. Not much is here. Do you gamble by going to local joints with reviews from 2012, or the chain restaurants with a bit more recent input from yelpers? BWW is an act of desperation. I would never come here at home by choice. But the lack of food options in Galliopolis and Point Pleasant force me to. Get past the abrasive fluorescent lighting, which ruins the atmosphere. Lonely? Bar patrons won't chat with you as they are watching the TVs with their mouths half open. Food? Stock chicken tenders and wings tossed in a sauce you picked a moment before. But, it's safe. You know what to expect, the parking is free, ample, and well lit. Close to the hotel. Plenty of beers on tap to help drown away the sorrow of being away from your friends and family. Staff are sweet enough to make the "ding ding" food palatable. Where else would you go, that dingy Subway? read more

I use to work here a long time ago and since the GM Martha left, it has been going downhill BADDDD. Work environment: horrendous.Favoritism is played, tables get stolen, management is condescending, unfair, this place not even close to tolerable work environment. I do not work here anymore, but my husband and I have been customers often. EVERY SINGLE TIME, our order is 1."running behind" even though we order an hour ahead of time because they are usually behind, so we like to try to give them ample amount of time which never seems to help. 2 order is always missing something and never right. Tonight is the last straw for us, my hsiband has two boxes of wings LABELED mild and spicy garlic. You know whats in the box? BBQ. It took 30 and our meals came out, well mine did my wife's was made wrong so we sent it back. She waited another 15 minutes for her meal to come out in pieces her wings then her fries and sauces. Then just after that our appetizer finally shows up. During this time there was a guy seated next to us thst sat there 30 just waiting to order that just got up and left because no one ever even came to his table.
