So we ate here to watch the game for the World Cup final, and someone mixed up the kiosk on our table with the one behind ours, the table behind us was there first and had a tab at about $112 while ours was about $54. The table behind us took advantage of the fact that they had to "pay" for our less than 1/2 check and our server tried to have us pay the $112 stating it's only "$18 more than what our check is" which is completely false. I asked to see the paper receipt and he finally agreed and gave us the one for the wrong table that was comped a bit but still $64 because of a $10 tip the other table paid. So I asked for the manager because we were not going to pay more than double our actual check or $10 more including a tip we didn't do ourselves. The manager didn't show and the server told us that they'll comp our whole meal. So first off the service was horrible took us 11 times to tell them to change the TVs because, let's be honest who wants to watch the Los Angeles angels when your in Texas, so then they finally changed it and got it wrong! After several times that our waitress stopped by asking if we needed anything, I told her just needed my entree. She informed us that the kitchen was running behind. Ordered takeout and honestly... it was not good. I ordered Parmesan garlic and Honey BBQ wings but the sauces didn't taste like they usually do. Both of these are non spicy sauces but both were so hot I was sweating. I believe they mixed up the sauce buckets or changed their sauces. I also only got 2 ranches when I ordered 4.... They unevenly split the order in two different flavors. One bucket was filled with 2/3 of the chicken and the other bucket had 1/3 of the chicken and barely any sauce. It was like they ran out of sauce and tried to get creative. Sad part is that we noticed. The other issue was that I wanted to buy their bottles of sauce. I bought 3 bottles of sauce so it should have come with a $1 discount. They gave me the wrong sauce and did not give me the discount. I would give 0 stars if I could because Disappointing is an understatement. I have been here a good number of times since this place re opened, and it has majorly declined in service. While the servers and bartenders are running around to try to take care of guest, and management is helping with the kitchen. The big manager amber kelly from our understanding is no where to be found. She leaves when the other managers get there during the rush leaving the staff high and dry. She knows that they are understaffed but doesn't care to help out around unless the owner comes in. We are also told that she never closes. As a director you should be a resource for your employees to go to, Not avoid. As a customer I hope your servers and kitchen staff get better upper management so these servers can actually do the job correctly. It breaks my heart as a mother to whiteness these kids and young adults get yelled at and berated while they are trying to give us the best service they can.
