We placed a $60 pickup order through Uber eats and my boyfriend went in to get it. He came out upset & discouraged and said they gave away his order and he would just buy us more food - but I said no & I decided to go in and see what was going on. I stayed calm the entire time and just asked where the order was. The small girl with black hair "helped" me. She was unbelievably rude. She claimed someone had picked up our order (a driver) even though the order was not for delivery it was set for pick up. I even showed her the order on my boyfriends phone and she claimed someone else showed her the exact same order and they took it. I tried to explain it isn't for a driver to pick up, but she wouldn't hear it. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I nicely said yes and she said "okay do that then" and slammed the door of the fridge-type thing they keep the food in. The manager was slightly less rude but still put up a bit of a fight with attitude about the fact that THEY gave away our pickup order to a delivery driver. They remade the order and the food was okay. But I can see why this place has an average of 2 stars. Gave our food away and then acted like WE were in the wrong. All I had was a plate of mozzarella sticks, but the service I received was much better than previous reviews would suggest. That said, I went in at a time when the place was not busy--like 3 pm on a weekday. But, the server walked me through the menu (since I hadn't been to a BWW ever) and checked on me at least twice. As for the food, well, the mozzarella sticks tasted exactly the way they should, but I will admit they weren't as greasy as I had expected--which normally I'd be all for assuming less grease means healthier, but in this case I was trying to relive a childhood memory of fresh outta the fryer with crispy breading and cheese that oozed because it was still so hot. For better or worse, that wasn't the case here, and I'm not sure why--were they baked? Previously fried, drained and then baked or reheated? Bottom line: I think the service was great and my snack tasted just fine, but all chains in my book tend to hover around a 3 unless they really mess up. This place, so far, is a solid 3. I first had BWW on a business trip a decade ago and I was so excited when they finally came to WA. It didn't take them long to fall though. The prices are ridiculous and the quality has fallen hard. They don't have a cheap wing night any more and no, I don't count boneless wings because they aren't really wings. They're over-breaded McNuggets and they aren't very good. The good news is tha the Wing Dome still exists and they've upped their game. They have bottomless wings on Wednesday nights and they's got cool new flavors that BWW doesn't. Could I be swayed back? Sure. I like a lot of the flavors there. They've done away with a few that I really liked but the cost is prohibitive so I just don't eat here unless I have a gift card or expense account now. read more

What happened to this place? The wings used to be decent. Now they serve "traditional" wings, which aren't breaded like the old wings they used to serve, and comes with hardly any sauce. Lemon Pepper wings is the only thing I get here. BWW has perfected the lemon pepper wing. I have no reason to try anything else. Dry rub wings that are crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside! This location says that they close at 1, and we got there at 12:15 after a night with our family. They rushed us to order, took 30 minutes to get our food out, and then rushed us again to pay the check so they could "finish up their paperwork." At 1:10 we were told we needed to leave because it was 10 minutes past their closing time. I am the general manager at a chain restaurant like BWW, and I know that you are not allowed to do this. You have to serve food up until the time that you close, and you must let that customer stay up to 30 minutes past closing to finish everything. Let me start by saying I LOVE BWW, but this Everett BWW needs some work. I live in Everett and I hate my own BWW. I went the first week they opened and it was great. Everything since... man... Host staff - half of them need to get fired, because the other half are polite and stay off their facebook page long enough to smile. To-Go orders - no good. The food is great, but they don't check the orders, don't smile, and made me feel like a jerk for having the nerve to order something that disrupted their Snapchat moments. Door Dash - I downloaded Door Dash just to have BWW delivered. The App is great. But i feel bad that the Dasher has to deal with that BWW staff. I actually tip my dashers more when they go to that place. Today, my order took an hour to cook. My Dasher sent me a message apologizing on behalf of BWW as they sat there waiting. Last month I ordered some chicken wings for my family it was family game night and our sons birthday so we decided we would order him one of his favorite wings we received it and instead giving us salt and vinegar they decided to give us plain chicken wings. Thank God, BWW finally is in Everett! I've actually never been too crazy about this place but my friends always wanna go on Tuesdays/Thursday's because it's cheap and because it's close. It's always a hit or miss here on both the wings and the service. Sometimes the waiters/waitresses are on point with getting your order in a reasonable time, checking up on you, etc. other times, you really have to hunt down your server just to get some extra napkins or to pay. And even then when you finally flag em down, they're still kind of like frantic chickens running around with their head cut off. I can totally understand this situation if it was extremely busy but sometimes it's not and you can see your server just chillin in the area where the registers are. It's frustrating to say the least. Granted, I have had some awesome service but that's maybe less than 70% of the time. Then you have the wings. I think every other time I have an order that has barely any sauce on it and it's a bummer when you're just lookin for that "hit the spot" feelin and there's no freakin sauce! I was so excited to have BWW closer to where I live. When they first opened I went in and had great service, food was just as ordered, fresh and quick, the wait staff and managers were attentive. Now the service is horrible, you wait forever for the food and it is always wrong, the managers walk passed with a scowl and don't ask how you are, the wait staff is no where to be found, the music is far too loud....it just sucks! My sister & I phoned in a pick-up order: bac cheeseburger that came w fries (no drink) and a lrg order (approx 18 according to their website) of their wings, super simple, @ 2pm, Thurs, Valentine's Day. She told me $38 (sticker shock for real) and some change, 20 min and it took exactly 20 min later according to the receipt, so that was a . But when we got there and paid she ran my sister's card for $41 and change. I mentioned the diff total she told me it was because I added bacon to my burger but that makes no sense because, like I said, she told me the total after taking my order which I repeated twice, like double checking my work, she repeated it back to me and it all matched up so whatever but good on her for not just saying, "I don't know; it's what the computer says." I can't stand that. The computer is smart, yes but use your damned brain, ammirite? My sister left a $5 tip, resulting in a $46 and change lunch. For a burger & fries and chicken wings. And again, no drinks, even. Lol, okay. Got home, burger had onions and I called for a refund. A young gentleman answered and listened to my request. Of course I was nice!! I've been in the industry for 15 yrs, no biggie lol - but I know you catch more bees w honey, so. I could most def feel his eyes roll so I told him that I was not angry or anything, just looking for a refund, to which he patched me through to the manager, Heather. She immediately began a refund transaction and told me the total would be brought down to $31 and change, minus the tip that's $26. TWENTY SIX DOLLARS FOR MAYBE 18 CHICKEN WINGS. But that doesn't even make sense because that's a $15 difference and my burger was $10.99 + tax... whatever, anyway. Their drink (alcoholic and non) prices are very high and for the quality of their food so I feel safe assuming that BWW has enough money to afford real plates and a dishwasher w employees to run it. A relatively newer establishment in the Everett mall complex. This part of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain sits just outside the foot court with quick access/walking distance from the parking lot. The venue is very nicely lit with a bright and inviting entrance. Albeit it's a bit on the noisy side you can still have conversion in the restaurant. The wings are pretty tasty, which is to be expected (duh). However I caution on the side of pricing is a bit on the steep side, so expect a bit of a bill at the end.
