My two friends and I just visited this location and I have a few words to say. We sat down at the bar looking for a clean table and found one mildly dirty. Sat down and waited for 15 mins for a server to notice us. We placed our order, our server was nowhere to be found for some time. After about half an hour of waiting we started trying to get our server to notice us. 15 mins later our food arrived. Instantly you can tell the sauce has been on the wings for a while, I took a bite and it was room temperature, I looked to the left of my place and there is a bug in the food as well, that's when I decided to ask for a manager. The manager arrived and just said I can remake it. We asked for an eta and he said depends on what's going on in the kitchen. That's when we decided to leave. Went in tonight to the Everett location. The server Kenzie was horrible. They brought out one of the orders of food, didn't bring out the ranch asked with it. 15 minutes later we had to ask a different server where the other 3 orders were. Then she finally brought out the ranch. Then we finally got the rest of our food. All of the food was cold. The sauce was congealed and cracked. She never came back to check on us or get us refills. They weren't busy. At all. Finally a table near us who had eaten before we even got there had to ask another server to find her so they could get boxes and their check. We asked her for our check as she walked back by. 10-15 later she brings the boxes. And disappears again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First, I would like to say the food was good now I'll go onto why if I could give negative stars I would. My friend and myself went in ordered 20 Bonan wings, tater tots and two drinks first of all the tater tots did not come with the wings they came a good, eight minutes later it's been a while since I've them, but I'm pretty sure in a deep fryer. They don't take that long to ordered more wings and we said no and then there was a discussion that it was a double order now here we get to the good part we said just split the bill, when it came back, it was $40 a person they had double charged us. They charged us for those wings that as far as I know, they just took him away when it was a double order waitress over and I asked her do you think what we got was worth $80 and she goes oh my God I can't believe I didn't catch that. oh I can just go adjust it for you. No offer of any compensation at all other than oh my computer must glitched then the manager came over and she's like yeah our computer like that sometimes sorry again no offer of anything as compensation then she comes back and says that she's corrected everything and that she gave us the tater tots for free because they took long to come out. Not anything for us having to deal with this tater tots and then we looked at the adjusted receipts said three dollars for the tater tots so that didn't even happen and their soft drinks and iced tea or four dollars apiece and all the waitress kept saying OK have a good day. OK have a good day. I am just saying I will never go there again and I'm hoping you won't either. Maybe they'll take some of the money from their soda, profits and get computers that actually work, disgraceful bad customer service. Went to the Everett Washington location last night for the all u can eat boneless wings. ( kind of funny. They ask you not to eat so much that it puts them into bankruptcy) but it's impossible to do so? Let me explain! I sat at the bar, and at the time there were only 2 other people seated at the bar itself and about 15 people total in the bar area. When I sat down, there was not even a single employee behind the bar at all? I kind of looked around to see what was up, and just before I was ready to go somewhere else, I realized that the bar tender was also the waitress for the whole bar area. So, after being there about 15 minutes, she finally asked me if I'd like something to drink? That came fairly quickly and since I'd sat there waiting so long before that I already knew I wanted the all u can eat wings. With that said, she told me she needed to deliver a beer to a table and she would be right back. About 10 minutes later she comes to take my order. 15 minutes later I get my wings. After I ate them, it took about 20 more minutes for her to ask me if I wanted any more? This is after she could see that I was done, but she had to take care of the other tables first. This just continued for the whole time I was there. Very disappointing? The all u can eat wings is $20.00, but it took about 2 hrs total to get 16 wings? I gave up after that as I didn't have the time to wait for more. I just promised myself that I would never do that again. This is why they won't bankrupt themselves as they make sure you don't get enough service to get that many, and they limit you to how many they will bring u at a time? I would have been better off just ordering the 15 piece to start with for $20.49 and not had to wait for her to bring more? Save yourself the hassle and just don't go? What a joke! Service was horrible, didn't get what I went for, and to top it off, when I wanted to pay my bill and get out of there, she was nowhere to be found again? So, I noticed a QR code on the counter top that said that I could pay that way, so I did. It automatically added a 20% tip that I surely would NOT have left, as I didn't intend on leaving a tip at all this time? I did not even authorize a tip, it just did it automatically? We've taken a long break from Buffalo Wild Wings and tonight our kids requested it so we just went for it. They've made a huge turnaround that's very appreciated. The restaurant seems cleaner, especially the bathrooms. But the service in particular was wonderful. Alex was at the host station and he had a great energy and was so kind and upbeat. He opened the door for our family and got us seated right away with a smile. Our server Dinah was so fun and nice and accommodating. She was also so upbeat and on top of everything. Service was slow, and a little less than friendly. The host only gave us 1 menu for 2 people than scurried off. It took the server about 20 minutes to come check on us, so we had time to share the menu. The restaurant was pretty empty before we got there. There was some initial misunderstanding on how the free nachos with joining the rewards club worked, but it got sorted out. The menu appears to be much smaller than I remember from prepandemic (which I guess is the norm at many restaurants). The quality of the food was similar to prepandemic. We placed a $60 pickup order through Uber eats and my boyfriend went in to get it. He came out upset & discouraged and said they gave away his order and he would just buy us more food - but I said no & I decided to go in and see what was going on. I stayed calm the entire time and just asked where the order was. The small girl with black hair "helped" me. She was unbelievably rude. She claimed someone had picked up our order (a driver) even though the order was not for delivery it was set for pick up. I even showed her the order on my boyfriends phone and she claimed someone else showed her the exact same order and they took it. I tried to explain it isn't for a driver to pick up, but she wouldn't hear it. I first had BWW on a business trip a decade ago and I was so excited when they finally came to WA. It didn't take them long to fall though. The prices are ridiculous and the quality has fallen hard. They don't have a cheap wing night any more and no, I don't count boneless wings because they aren't really wings. They're over-breaded McNuggets and they aren't very good. The good news is tha the Wing Dome still exists and they've upped their game. They have bottomless wings on Wednesday nights and they's got cool new flavors that BWW doesn't. Could I be swayed back? Sure. I like a lot of the flavors there. They've done away with a few that I really liked but the cost is prohibitive so I just don't eat here unless I have a gift card or expense account now. read more
