Definitely not a fan. Ordered a few things to share while we were here and none of it was very good. The food was actually kind of soggy. It was pretty disappointing. We hoped to go there and watch the big game and eat some good food, but it probably would have been more fun watching it at home. At least then we could have made something good to eat. I love this place! Not only can I watch a game at any seat in the place! The new booths in the main dinning area I really like. The southern chicken fried sandwich is soooo good . Coming from a place that really ups there game with the best happy hour in the area during the week and roll into your weekend with $5 pitchers and apps?! Are you kidding me? Second disappointing visit to this restaurant. Was able to get a table in the bar right away. Ordered food then sat and watched all the tables around us get their food. After 50minutes our server (who was very nice) brought out part of our order and said, "I thought I'd bring this out so it didn't sit any longer while we wait for the burger to finish up". Went for a some wings and a few beers. The service was great. The beers were great. The wings however...were the skinniest, saddest, most unappealing wings I've ever had at BW3...and I've made this restaurant chain my "go to" for more than 15 years. How can the wing quality be so different for store to store. I ate at BW3 in Coon Rapids last week and the wings were 3x the size. We always stop by this location when visiting Duluth. It's usually very good, but this visit was a disaster! We called in the order and verified it all with the person on the phone. We picked up the order and headed back to family for dinner. Found out the order was very wrong and was not checked at the store before we picked it up - per a manager I talked to. Wings were sauced not dry as ordered, no boneless in the order - had ordered them - sides of buffalo chips & onion rings were ok and good. All the chicken was wrong. I have eaten here since this bdubs has opened. Every time it has friendly staff and good wings. Their burgers are decent for what you pay and pretty original with their toppings compared to similar sports bar chains. Normally it would deserve 3 to 4 stars. Management however, is suspect. During their busiest UFC fight night, they take away the most prime seats in the house and replace them with recliners for a "giveaway". They do not put 'do not sit' signs on these chairs, and management is called when people sit on them. Once management pulls their heads out they will be one of my favorite restaurants. went in today and it was not like the other times i was in there. we ordered some appetizers and i know we came in during the servers change of shift, but couldn't they let the server that we originally had finish out her table? the thing is that the switch made us wait a lot longer for our food then we should have. we ended up finishing our mozzarella sticks and then waiting about 10 min for the other appetizers to come out. I have been here a lot and to other locations in the us and have never had a server just walk out on the table that they were serving. its just wrong. I hope the servers alternately end up splitting the tips for the tables when this happens. read more

Came for a quick snack on the outdoor patio, sat ourselves, our server Tiana was out in one minute, took our drink order & two minutes later , there they were! After, we ordered a few appetizers, she went inside and instantly our food was here! Also asked for a side of ranch and she was back in 30 seconds tops with it. We were a party of 3 adults. Easy order ... a salad, wings, and a sandwich. It took 40 minutes to get our food, and the chicken on my salad was cold ... garlic bread stone cold ... the sandwich (philly cheesesteak) and fries also stone cold. Had to send the cold food back which delayed us further. We had split the bill, each one paid cash, but our server brought the change back in large bills ... not conducive for leaving a proper tip! Came here To watch UFC fights, sat in the bar area, the waiter was very attentive to our table with how packed the place was (constantly refilling drinks for the table). They have a delicious buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. Enjoyable place to watch sporting events. Wings are good( nice to have such a wide variety of different sauces to choose from), but could have more sauce to them (sometimes come to the table a bit dry). Buffalo Wild Wings is usually mediocre at best and this location is more subpar then most. The wings are stringy, the portions are tiny and if you are lucky your food may even come out warm. Avoid this place and catch the game somewhere else. read more

The staff here is really young and for the most part very pleasant. But when everyone is a college student, youre bound to deal with some immaturity on the part of the staff. This is "intro to hospitality" freshman course for most of them. They dont take complaints serious, may make immature remarks, dont understand the importance of santitation. The food is very salty. The wings are okay, the sauces are super high on sodium, which sometimes ruins it. The best thing is their hottest sauce which is pretty hot. But its the ONLY hot one. The other hot ones arent hot. They dont have varying "levels" as advertised. They have alot of tv's of course. Appears very chaotic during high traffic times, such as any kind of playoffs. Like I said, the young staff isnt very capable. Carryout takes waaay longer than it should. Even though 95% of customer are there for one thing, they still have trouble keeping up. read more

I have never been treated this horrible in my life. I ordered through buffalos website for a delivery. The app said my food was delivered to me when in fact it wasn't. I called and a woman answered asked her what was going on with my order. She said it was ready to be picked up. I said excuse me but I was having it delivered. She again said yeah well it is ready to be picked up. I said again no no no. She cut me off and said I will get my manager hold on and put me on hold. Omg the manager answers doesn't say hello this is so and so he just went straight into raising his voice with me and saying this isn't his fault it is on door dash they are the one's that need to pick it up. He is going to call them because it is their fault not his. I tried to ask a question and he literally just kept saying it is not his fault it is door dash and if I would LET HIM OFF THE PHONE then he could take care of it. I had to yell jesus ch*** in order for him to just stop talking. I started to ask a question then he proceeded to tell me he will not be yelled at or sworn at( mind you he was yelling at me the whole time). I said I would just like a refund please and yes I said please. He said well he wasn't going to do that because it is door dashes fault. I reminded him that I paid through the website so yeah it was on him. I also used a few choice words because by this point I was pissed. He changed his tune for one second and said he would gladly give me a refund he said he didn't realize I went through the website. Which I told him multiple times. Finally I asked for his supervisors name and he told me. Then I asked him when he would be in so I could call and talk to him. He said no I am not telling you when he will be here. I asked again so that I wasn't just calling to maybe find out if he might be in. He still told me no. The food was very good. We had the fried pickles which were delicious (although not as good as the ones at the Minnesota state fair, but its impossible to make fried pickles as good as those) . The wings were excellent, juicy with lots of meat on the bone. I had the spicy garlic sauce which is supposed to be a medium sauce, although I found it to be a little on the hot side, my guest also had wings with a barbecue sauce which was delicious. The on tap beer was good and cold. The atmosphere was typical sports bar with large tvs showing whatever sports are on. I had to dock the review one star because the service was a little on the slow side, the food service was quick, our appetizers came but our waitress forgot to bring any cutlery or napkins. The one thing the restaurant needs to do is bring toothpicks at the end of the meal. I would definitely eat here again. read more

I tend to give 4 stars often, and the reason is either that everything was great but the food, or everything was great but the service. In this case, the service was excellent. We were seated promptly, the kids were given tablets to occupy them with, and drinks were kept full. We were also offered samples if different things that we hadn't tried. This part was exemplary. Very impressive. Overall, our experience was quite good. We just didn't feel that the food was anything special. It was average, exactly what you would get from your hometown bar and grill. By far the worst bww I've been to. In Duluth for a local mma event and we go to BWW to catch the ufc. I tell the host (Rachel) that we would like to be seated somewhere we can see the tv that the fights will be on, as they are playing multiple sports games on different TVs. I guess that was far too offensive of a request, because she transferred us to another server (Matt) who tried his best but still gave us terrible service and informed us that no one in our party will be served alcohol due to Rachel's impression of us. That was just fine since only one person in our party even drinks alcohol as we are all athletes (mma fighters) ourselves. However, it was a bit offensive and disrespectful. We order a bunch of wings and appetizers and water and they come all together rather than appetizers first. We ordered wings dressed in different sauces per each persons preference. They were served all together in one container rather than being separated, with no napkins! So people who didn't want spicy wings got a big surprise when reaching in to guess and grab. Half the wings looked fresh and the other half looked like they were made the day before. We had to refill out own glasses of water at the single coke cola machine and the only time out server Matt checked in on us was when we were trying to watch the ppv ufc event, instead of waiting between rounds or fights. I've been an avid bww goer for about 15 years and over 50 different bww locations and Duluth really stuck out as the worst from service to food. I called in an order for pick up that was supposed to be ready at 5:15 pm. It was very clear upon arriving that they never entered the order in the first place (although they didn't admit that)so we waited for over a half hour until the order was ready. I understand that people make mistakes but there was no visit from a manager to apologize or explain the situation and no sense of urgency in getting the meal out quickly considering their mistake.
