Placed an order at 11:15, said it would be ready around 11:30. I walked in at 11:25, figured a few minutes wait would be easy. Wow, was I ever wrong. At first, they said it would be 10 more minutes(annoying but not a big deal), then it was 15, then 20. By the time I got the food, it was almost 40 minutes after arriving. In that time, several orders placed after me were served and sent on their way, along with several Doordash/Uber Eats. No communication from the staff on what was going on, no attempts to do anything from their end. Her name was Maleigha she was decently nice but our food took 45 minutes to get to the table and we were the only table in there for about 20 mins!! we ordered wings, burgers, and tacos. nothing that should have taken that long to prepare. we ordered refills on two of the all you can eat when we ordered the initial order, the server never brought out our refill. we had to ask another server to go find our sever to let her know that we wanted them boxed up. one of our orders of food (street tacos), came out several minutes after everyone else was already eating and when the server dropped it off she said nothing, let alone an apology. some simple communication by the server just letting us know what was going on, would have went a long way! I got the ultimate nachos that are definitely in need of a rename. It was a heap of tortilla chips with a DRIZZLE of sour cream and small amount of cheese and 4 pieces of peppers. I mixed up the chips hoping to get some actual toppings on the chips but it was bone dry. I then told the manager that they just weren't for me and had little to no toppings and she insisted (after I said multiple times that I wanted them comp'd and sent back) that she just bring me a side of sour cream. We had a takeout this evening at BWW's. 20 bone in wings, and several orders of wings. I requested barbecue sauce on the side as well. When we returned to our hotel ( next door) we were welcomed to the driest wings we have ever had, cold fries, and NO BARBECUE SAUCE!! I have been burned quite a a bit lately with placing orders at restaurants only to have the order screwed up somehow by the folks that take the order! Boneless wings for takeout on Tuesday 8/20 were tough and dry. Quite different from my MSP airport experience this spring.

The other day my boyfriend and i decided to take my son out for his 16th birthday went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Duluth by the mall. will NEVER eat there again! The experience was nothing but embarrassing and horrible. First we walk in and no staff member is around for like 15 minutes, we didn't know if someone was suppose to seat us or we were suppose to seat ourselves. Then when this girl comes to seat us asks us where we want to sit we say a booth and i say preferably next to a tv playing hockey and she scuffed and rolled her eyes. like don't ask where we want to sit and then be disrespectful about it, you don't work at Karen's Diner. We order 20 wings; parm garlic, orange chicken, and teriyaki. When the girl came out with our food she looked like and the vibe she gave off was she was judging us for not getting more; and they only gave us teriyaki and parm garlic. Like my bf and I weren't even hungry we just did it for my sons bday birthday bc that's what he wanted! Oh while we are waiting for food, i asked if they did anything special when it was someone's birthday; this dude says, "i can ask if the staff want to sign happy birthday to him." i say that would be awesome and he replied rudely, "that was a joke. i'd be embarrassed if i asked that" (i'm not sure how he meant it but i took it as he would be embarrassed if he were me asking about that.) i didn't know you were suppose to stay at the table to pay bc he brought the check set it down and then walked away when i had my card out when i asked for the bill. i walked up to the front and waited and felt (probably looked too) like an idiot. i go sit back at the table and the guy walks back over takes the check with this "princess" attitude brings it back says just sign this and walks away. not "have a good night" or "thank you for coming" or anything! AND the food was NOT worth the $32 paid! &&whomever wrote their own tip on the check bc i gave no tip and yesterday i got charged an additional $2 from them! wtf?! i pay for good service- your tip depends on you! so overall i do NOT recommend buffalo wild wings! i would give 0 stars if i could! read more

This is now the 2nd time in a row we were either missing items or they were just wrong. 1. No Parmesan Garlic - Really? 2. Order both celery and carrots - didn't receive either. 3. Should have received 8 sauces and only received 5. 4. One of the orders should have been traditional and received boneless. The parking lot has huge holes in the pavement and weeds everywhere, then the bathroom has 2 toilets that wouldn't flush and was just down right nasty. Finger prints and crumbs everywhere. I have worked at Buffalo Wild for over 2 years as an expo and I understand it can get busy and be hard to check stuff and that's why the clear lids are so nice to have so you don't have to open every single box to make sure the food is good quality. Bathroom is always filthy. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. I emailed the manager stating how disappointed I am with my last few orders. I get one response and then nothing. I have even requested a couple follow-ups. Still nothing. On my last visit I was not asked for my phone number at check out. I lost over $200 in points. Not 100% servers fault, I know. Took it straight home only to find out that my chicken was ice cold like it had been out for an hour. I have always eaten at BWW without any issues. But I had a semi-bad experience at this location. So start to it. First off, the service here is decent. The food here I would take caution after my wife and I experience our first time at this location we eat everything was wonderful until we came home. both of us had to use the restroom due to a stomach issue. I am not positive if it was the chicken not being cooked well. I had no doubt it had to be because that was all that we ordered. So next time you check in at BWW at this specific location. check your chicken first or you'll be friends with the toilet for a while. read more

Bun fell a part, ended up eating Cheese Curd Burger with knife and fork. The Burger was flavorful. Restaurant was 15-20% full when we arrived 3 other teams came AFTER us, one of them got their food before us. And they ordered well after us. Disappointing trip for all.
