Okay okay okay, I know three stars is quite a lot for a chain. But this rating is based solely on.....the nachos (you guessed correct obvi because I'm a nacho connoisseur). Nonetheless I'll start with the other crap I got. Wings. Moderate at best. Parm Garlic was a bad choice, was a salt paste really. The others were just meh. But we don't give a short about that. The nachos were solid. Harrrrd B. Had all the fixings, more than I knew I wanted or needed. Ratios were fantastic, jalllys were fresh. Get these nachos. Their manager is pretty nice too. read more

I didn't want to write a review, but it's crazy that I made an order. They always mess it up I hate complaining but this is unbelievable i keep getting dry wings I call and ask for extra wet and only the bone-in wings on one side got love and my boneless completely dry looks like food colored wings I have to put hot sauce on my wings why ? My mom ordered a day ago she didn't get her fries I ordered them like 2-3 weeks ago and I got dry food and someone else's food now the nice lady gave me a gift card and I'm so appreciative for that but I just want my food done the correct way i would say I'm a regular customer but I won't be ordering food anymore it's so simple I love their food but I can't and i ordered like 2 celery's only got one and it's half read more

So I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but today I guess they weren't happy to have an order an hour before closing, as my wings had NO sauce on them? Extremely disappointed getting this from a place I usually trust. I ordered 15 garlic parm and 5 mango habenaro so I could have something spicy, and I was unbelievably mad to open something I spent $60 just to see chicken nuggets. read more

Placed an order at 11:15, said it would be ready around 11:30. I walked in at 11:25, figured a few minutes wait would be easy. Wow, was I ever wrong. At first, they said it would be 10 more minutes(annoying but not a big deal), then it was 15, then 20. By the time I got the food, it was almost 40 minutes after arriving. In that time, several orders placed after me were served and sent on their way, along with several Doordash/Uber Eats. No communication from the staff on what was going on, no attempts to do anything from their end. Can confidently say we will not be coming back anytime soon if this is the service they want to provide. read more

We had a takeout this evening at BWW's. 20 bone in wings, and several orders of wings. I requested barbecue sauce on the side as well. When we returned to our hotel ( next door) we were welcomed to the driest wings we have ever had, cold fries, and NO BARBECUE SAUCE!! I have been burned quite a a bit lately with placing orders at restaurants only to have the order screwed up somehow by the folks that take the order! This BWW takeout here in Duluth was the worst I have ever experienced, considering the price we had to pay for our meal!! Never again will I ever purchase food from this location again!!! read more

We walked in the door and waited 10 minutes for anyone to seat us. In that time 2 employees walked by us and didn't even acknowledge us. If you want to be ignored I would recommend going to buffo wild wings. read more

Terrible service and communication by the server. Her name was Maleigha she was decently nice but our food took 45 minutes to get to the table and we were the only table in there for about 20 mins!! we ordered wings, burgers, and tacos. nothing that should have taken that long to prepare. we ordered refills on two of the all you can eat when we ordered the initial order, the server never brought out our refill. we had to ask another server to go find our sever to let her know that we wanted them boxed up. one of our orders of food (street tacos), came out several minutes after everyone else was already eating and when the server dropped it off she said nothing, let alone an apology. some simple communication by the server just letting us know what was going on, would have went a long way! Highly do not recommend this restaurant or server! read more

I got the ultimate nachos that are definitely in need of a rename. It was a heap of tortilla chips with a DRIZZLE of sour cream and small amount of cheese and 4 pieces of peppers. I mixed up the chips hoping to get some actual toppings on the chips but it was bone dry. I then told the manager that they just weren't for me and had little to no toppings and she insisted (after I said multiple times that I wanted them comp'd and sent back) that she just bring me a side of sour cream. I'm sorry but Im not paying 10.50 for tortilla chips and a side of sour cream. Overall she seemed to have some attitude & condescension, that I feel like wouldn't have been there if my partner and I were older. To put it in perspective for you I downloaded and created a yelp account because I was so irritated. read more

Applebees was so backed up busy, thought to check out this place, kinda thought hindsight it was not a good idea. Waitress said upfront that food comes out when done so it's hot for the customer! Well little did we know exactly what she meant , 4 people, 2 couples, 2 burgers, wings , a sampler platter! My burger had come pretty quickly, but the rest was later the platter 22 min later, I felt obligated to share my fry's because the timing was so much later ! There was a younger group in her or kitchen defense! But 22 min, ? This is now the 2nd time in a row we were either missing items or they were just wrong. 1. No Parmesan Garlic - Really? 2. Order both celery and carrots - didn't receive either. 3. Should have received 8 sauces and only received 5. 4. One of the orders should have been traditional and received boneless. The quality control is horrible and the quality of food has also gone way down. This used to be one of my favorites, but now not even sure I will even order again from them. read more

Boneless wings for takeout on Tuesday 8/20 were tough and dry. Quite different from my MSP airport experience this spring.

The other day my boyfriend and i decided to take my son out for his 16th birthday went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Duluth by the mall. will NEVER eat there again! The experience was nothing but embarrassing and horrible. First we walk in and no staff member is around for like 15 minutes, we didn't know if someone was suppose to seat us or we were suppose to seat ourselves. Then when this girl comes to seat us asks us where we want to sit we say a booth and i say preferably next to a tv playing hockey and she scuffed and rolled her eyes. like don't ask where we want to sit and then be disrespectful about it, you don't work at Karen's Diner. We order 20 wings; parm garlic, orange chicken, and teriyaki. When the girl came out with our food she looked like and the vibe she gave off was she was judging us for not getting more; and they only gave us teriyaki and parm garlic. Like my bf and I weren't even hungry we just did it for my sons bday birthday bc that's what he wanted! Oh while we are waiting for food, i asked if they did anything special when it was someone's birthday; this dude says, "i can ask if the staff want to sign happy birthday to him." i say that would be awesome and he replied rudely, "that was a joke. i'd be embarrassed if i asked that" (i'm not sure how he meant it but i took it as he would be embarrassed if he were me asking about that.) i didn't know you were suppose to stay at the table to pay bc he brought the check set it down and then walked away when i had my card out when i asked for the bill. i walked up to the front and waited and felt (probably looked too) like an idiot. i go sit back at the table and the guy walks back over takes the check with this "princess" attitude brings it back says just sign this and walks away. not "have a good night" or "thank you for coming" or anything! AND the food was NOT worth the $32 paid! &&whomever wrote their own tip on the check bc i gave no tip and yesterday i got charged an additional $2 from them! wtf?! i pay for good service- your tip depends on you! so overall i do NOT recommend buffalo wild wings! i would give 0 stars if i could! read more

Had 3 servers lie to me that Broncos game would "be on next". Ordered, waited, paid. No game. They had on women's soccer, local news, boxing, and Indy car racing. Never been to a Bdubs that didn't have every NFL game on at least 1 tv. Wasted half the game waiting - went to Old Chicago and they had every game. Never driving out to Hermantown again if they are too cheap to buy NFl package. No wonder place was empty on NFL game day. read more

Wow, I was is awe of how run down and dirty the establishment is. The parking lot has huge holes in the pavement and weeds everywhere, then the bathroom has 2 toilets that wouldn't flush and was just down right nasty. Finger prints and crumbs everywhere. My appetizer came out with my food but my daughter's food came out 15 minutes later when I was already done eating.....and no apology for the wait. My actual food was fine. Won't be returning. read more

Would have been zero stars if that was an option. How the hell does a place that has "wings" in its name out of traditional wings?? And onion rings? And wedges?? Soooo I can have breaded chicken or nothing.... "Boneless wings" are basically dry, overcooked nuggets. Not the saucy, slightly crispy yumminess that wings should be. Carrot sticks are tasteless baby carrots. Wouldn't go back...ever. read more

I ordered some wings takeout tonight and I remember why I haven't ordered in several months. The wings were dry and crusty. I remember several years ago we used to go a couple of times a week for the hot plump juicy fall off the bone wings. They were delicious but lately they're so very disappointing. i'm not sure if they're pre-cooked and reheated or what's going on. It'll be several months until I order again. read more

My families first time visiting. Our first impression was horrible, the front doors were filthy. We used the rest rooms and they were filthy. We had an excellent server but the coffee ordered was served in a glass cup and was cold when it reached the table. Multiple cups were ordered and cold every time. We won't go go back because if the customer areas are filthy the kitchen is probably worse. read more

I ordered medium boneless on bogo day and this was the driest shit I've ever seen. I have worked at Buffalo Wild for over 2 years as an expo and I understand it can get busy and be hard to check stuff and that's why the clear lids are so nice to have so you don't have to open every single box to make sure the food is good quality. There is no excuse for the lack of sauce on these boneless wings considering you can literally see through the box and I'm guessing the lack of sauce was ignored by the kitchen workers and the expo who is supposed to double check and whoever bagged this item also decided to ignore it instead of just having them tossed again or even just giving me a side of the sauce so I could toss it myself. read more

Worst wings I have ever had! Pigeon wings would have been bigger. I had the traditional terriyaki wings, they were tough and dried out, the fries were lukewarm and limp. The only decent thing was the ranch dressing. Not many customers and service was slow. Will never go here again read more

Bathroom is always filthy. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. I emailed the manager stating how disappointed I am with my last few orders. I get one response and then nothing. I have even requested a couple follow-ups. Still nothing. On my last visit I was not asked for my phone number at check out. I lost over $200 in points. Not 100% servers fault, I know. I asked for the points to be added over two weeks ago. Still no response. Someone puked in the bathroom and we waited over thirty minutes after informing someone. No one cleaned it. I am truly disappointed in the lack of 'Customer Care'. Apparently, they can charge you for an item and not have to give it to you. It's true. A new policy. Overall, bdubs corporate should be disappointed. read more

Went in last night and my wife b.c and I ordered wings at the bar. Waited 45 minutes and asked about our order. Waitress who took our order said she forgot all about it. food was cold, worker was new and didn't know what she was doing, and took very long to get our food, very bad service do not recommend.

Ate at Bar. Felt like bartender wasn't interested in waiting on us. I'm a former waitress so I like to have my order all ready with answers to questions I know she will ask. Still had to ask me those questions, even though I told her everything she needed to know and still got my order wrong. She would rather do dishes and talk to customers next to us than get us another drink. Had to ask for to go box twice, then she just threw it on the bar and told us to have a nice night :/ Woman's bathroom horrible. read more

Let Emily Larson come and enforce her mask mandate. There is no need for you to be mask nazi's at the door. I am not sure why I even go there. Your wing quality is so variable. Disappointed sums it up. Placed an order online for pick up. I got there on time to pick it up. Was told my order wasn't done yet. Waited 15 more minutes and got my order. Took it straight home only to find out that my chicken was ice cold like it had been out for an hour. My chips (potato slices) with cheese had been microwaved and some of the cheese was hard due to warming it up too long. Wrong dipping sauce too. I paid for over priced, cold and microwaved food. 14 years ago was my favorite restaurant, but no more is it an establishment i will EVER spend a dime on. Why you ask?...Well, first this embarrassing excuse of a B-Dubs has the absolute worst customer service ever and the main reason is their servers are extremely unprofessional, slow and lack a complete sense of what it means to "wait" on a table....My very last visit in this dump was nothing more than waiting for 10 mins at a table, no acknowledgement by the serving staff whatsoever and just a normal busy Thursday dinner rush there...I did the rational thing and walked out of there for the last time and I was once an every other week diner there...Oh yeah, I forgot to mention 3 tables were waited on me that were there after I arrived, some by 5-7 minutes!! So, save yourself your hard or not so hard earned money and DO NOT BOTHER with this dreadful restaurant mixed with the most embarrassing management I have ever seen in once 15 years of cooking in the business...I had 2 other very bad experiences here and those went to corporate, then I was given gift cards as a way to bring me back...Unfortunately, the final chapter for me and B-Dubs has been written....Strike 3, fairwell and goodbye and btw I found better wings in "Superior", why not seek them out? read more

I have always eaten at BWW without any issues. But I had a semi-bad experience at this location. So start to it. First off, the service here is decent. The food here I would take caution after my wife and I experience our first time at this location we eat everything was wonderful until we came home. both of us had to use the restroom due to a stomach issue. I am not positive if it was the chicken not being cooked well. I had no doubt it had to be because that was all that we ordered. So next time you check in at BWW at this specific location. check your chicken first or you'll be friends with the toilet for a while. read more
