I have both eaten in and had multiple take out orders from this Buffalo Wild Wings. It sits right next to the entrance to the Liberty Tree Mall, making it a good place to stop for lunch before/after a movie or during a shopping trip. The space itself is pretty good size, making it great for large groups gathering to watch the game. If you do dine in, I feel like the service is better. Conversely, the last three times I have ordered ahead online, when I arrived to pick up my wings, there has been no one at the hostess station. People begin to gather (families waiting to dine-in, delivery app drivers waiting to pick up orders, and those there to pick up their own orders) and there is no one at the front. The phone rings and rings off the hook. It's almost awkward to see everyone standing around asking what is going on, especially when you look inside the restaurant and see plenty of employees walking around. Once I'm home, my take out orders have always been correct, although the level of sauce on the wings varies from order to order. Overall, I would say this entire Buffalo Wild Wings is hit or miss. It's one of the only Buffalo Wild Wings on the North Shore, so it's up to you: do you take the chance or not? read more

I visited on Sunday, and the restaurant was quite busy. Although they mentioned a 10-15 minute wait, we were seated in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate a high chair, but we were fine with that. However, the service experience was less than ideal. Our server seemed rushed, and it was difficult to get her attention. We requested a Pepsi but were served a Starry, and we also discovered a hair in our food. Despite this, there was no attempt to rectify the situation. It seems that the management could benefit from providing their staff with better resources and support. We went to go get some dinner, there were a lot of people standing around waiting for tables so we decided to go and sit at the bar. There were no managers or anyone around to even speak to. We waited for two people to leave and we sat down, the bar was a mess the bartender was running around outside of the bar, when she finally came over and was about to hand us two menus I asked her for a wet cloth as the bar was dirty and she proceed to put the menus down anyways, and said yes I am trying to clean it , as she did that she was already aggravated and ignorant towards us , she went to grab a glass that was sitting on the bar, she tried to grab it so fast and aggressively she broke the glass and sit was flying towards us, she literally grab a big chunk of the glass and threw it along with everything else that was in her way, I then asked her again if she has a wet cloth so we could put the menus down as she was cleaning another spot next to us that no one was sitting at, she just got more irritated took other menus that she had in her hand and threw them up and on to the floor behind the bar, then proceeded to say things to me so as she was yelling at me and walking away I threw the menus back to her and was walking away, which she never even apologized that we had a glass breaking and flying all over us . as she proceeded to scream and yell another employee that was very nice came over and was trying to calm her down and made sure we got out safely as she the bartender was in an irate state of mind. She said I hit her with the menus , which yes they did hit her as a I was tossing them back over to the bar she walked right into them. And they barely touched her . People like that should not be working with the public as she was not one bit professional Or a friendly person that should be working with the public. My wife and I are the biggest Buffalo Wild Wings fans ever. We were here exactly one year ago and had such an incredible experience (watching both of our fantasy football teams advance to the finals together). Due to a little superstition, we both decided to return a year later when we both found ourselves in the semi finals in both our leagues again. I convinced my dad to join me and we also had some friends join as well. I cannot express how disappointed I was by how terrible the food has gotten in literally one years time. When our wings arrived, I was absolutely shocked at how small they were. They literally looked like kids sized chicken nuggets covered in a very small amount of sauce. They also didn't give us any ranch or blue cheese or celery. We ordered ten wings and literally consumed more breading than we did chicken. That's how tiny the wings were. I'm hoping this is a one off thing and not a trend but it does sound like extreme shrinkflation to me. A year ago, we literally received more than twice the amount of chicken from the same exact order (and the price has gone up too). I also am not even going to get into how every beer I ordered took 15 minutes when the place was empty and was only poured about 80% to the top. We got absolutely ripped off here and so will you if you think you're gonna get some good wings here. I've never been, but do yourselves a favor and try the Saugus BWs if you can swing it. That's what I'll be doing next year even though it's twice as far. Oh yeah, and also they served my poor 68 year old father the completely wrong meal and he was too polite to say anything until after we left. Yikes, why are there so many 1 star reviews? It's Thursday. I walk in around 7:30 and head to the bar. There are four other patrons at the bar. To summarize: Service was lacking to say the least. She didn't ask if other patrons would like to put food in. It was always the customers asking her to put food in. Big no no. Anyway, I order fried pickles and BOGO wings. The wings come out in about 20 minutes. No problem, I get it. It's BOGO Thursday. They're OK, nothing special. Strike 5000: She never asks how the food is. It's mandatory. Just ask how the stupid food is. Big no no. Not a single "is everything OK?" for 2+ hours. Like god damn, just check in. My fried pickles you ask? MIA, nowhere to be found. I just eat my wings. I check my bill, and the fried pickles weren't on there. No harm no foul, and I don't bother asking for them at that point if they aren't on the bill. 10 minutes later, Jackie prints out a new bill and doesn't say anything. Big no no. Fried pickles are on the new bill. The fried pickles appear after I'm 10 deep in the wings. Jackie asks if I still want them, and at this point, I'm over it. I say I'll take them. I don't want to make a fuss. Then she does my biggest pet peeve. One of the most unprofessional things you can do. She tosses the kitchen under the bus. I don't understand why people have zero accountability, especially in the food service industry. I'm not even asking for you to say "my bad, I forgot to put in the fried pickles", but why do you have to bring in the kitchen. Biggest no no. I have food leftover, and she doesn't offer a box. Big no no. I swear she doesn't do this out of spite. She really is just that bad. To summarize the service: Bad. Bartender refuses to ask patrons if they want to put in food. Half an hour goes by. Doesn't check in on how the food is. Biggest pet peeve: blames the kitchen. Acknowledges there's leftover food, but doesn't offer a to go box. We only ordered 2 (6 traditional wings) and a regular fries, why did it take almost 40+ minutes to get our food. Asked the waitress who served us food on the table for "plates and celery" she proceeded to ignore us and tell our waiter who didn't come back for 10 minutes. Had to ask TWICE. I decided to visit this establishment again, to see if they improved themselves since my last disappointing visit, some years ago. Sadly, NO! When you ask for a table in the area, which is open and available, and the server huffs at you, because she may have to clean and disinfect the table [during a pandemic, no less], then things are not getting better. In fact, the lady who sighed under her breath at me [yes, I heard it through her mask], she went to her manager, just to see if she could get out of doing the task. The manager gave the hostess her way, and the server told me that the table was not available. To which my party responded that we would go elsewhere to dine. With the future of eating out in jeopardy, one would think that cleaning off a table, whether someone wanted it or not, would be high on the priority list, especially during a pandemic and the fact that the hostess had nothing better to do than lean on a wall. You folks in Danvers could learn a thing or two from the folks in your Saugus location. I'll never step back in this place again! read more

I always go to BWW thinking it's going to be better than it actually is. The food wasn't bad, general chain restaurant quality, but the service last night left so much to be desired. I ordered some garlic parm boneless wings and one of the new chicken tender dog things they have thinking they would come out at the same time. My boneless wings came out as honey BBQ which isn't what I ordered but I figured it was just a mistake since I'd ordered the honey BBQ chicken tender dog. I like the honey BBQ so whatever, fine. I'd finished my wings and my tablemates had finished their meals as well, still no sign of my tender dog. Our waitress came by a few times to say it was made wrong and would be coming out soon but how long does it really take to put something like that together? We waited a good 15 minutes for it before our waitress asked if I still wanted it or she could take it off our bill -- I told her to take it off. She comes by with the bill and it was still there, not sure if she tried to pull a fast one or if she thought she had taken it off. Overall the food here is pretty bad. The hand battered tenders are ok, but today I tried boneless wings and they were TERRIBLE. I got Teriyaki and Sweet BBQ, and I had to spit them both out after only a few pieces. They had a ton of sauce on both flavors that tasted like chemicals and not fresh at all. I tried eating them with the Blue Cheese sauce and it tasted bland like there was nothing. A couple of the boneless wings barely had any sauce on them so at least I was able to eat them with ketchup. I had to ask her to clean them, not sure how she didn't notice they were filthy. The waiter, Pedro was kind and took our order promptly. Our food came out in shifts, so none of us ate at the same time, portions were small and it tasted ok. The price for what we ate was outrageous! Mac Donald's is cheaper and gives larger portions. I asked for dipping sauce when I ordered, it was not on my plate, I had to wait 5 minutes while our waiter spoke to another employee, with the sauce in his hand, while my food was getting cold for 5 minutes.
