Wild wings, Caribbean jerk wings and fries from the pick 6 deal.

My wife and I came here for lunch today because we saw the pick 6 deal online and it sounded good. I've always loved the food at bdubz, I've just preferred takeout from this place historically. Because: When we were seated we were only given one menu between myself and my wife. Server was slow to get to the table. We only ordered 20 total wings, fries, and tots and the order still took 40+ minutes to get to the table. We were one of two visible parties in the restaurant at the time and we saw a food runner handling the other table. Our drinks were never refilled, and the server stopped by the table adjacent to us multiple times, but did not speak to us after taking our order. We were not give silverware, and when we asked, we only received plastic forks and knives. The only minor positive I could say is that I enjoyed the music being played. We will continue to order for delivery or pickup...

I know people don't typically post positive reviews for chains and this place deserves it so late me take a crack at it: So I was craving wings today and I decided to go to B-dubs for their BOGO Tuesday promo (for rewards members only). I made sure to activate my offer through the app (which I know a lot of people don't realize is the trick there). When I got to the restaurant is was empty (is was 2:30 pm). I saw a person at the bar so I sat there. The bartender Anita was wonderful!!! She fully explained the ordering process and went out of her way to make my dining experience exceptional! Give that girl a raise! I almost missed the discount and she helped me order it right to get the full BOGO I was hoping for. It was noisy but I didn't mind as they always blast music at bars; it is expected. I finished most of my wings and took the rest home. They were delicious!! The food came FIVE MINUTES after she put them in and they were nicely sauced, hot, and tender ! I love coming to this location during lunchtime because I always have a great experience. I will continue coming back here :-)

We went to watch football with Thursday deals. Price was good with the deals - chicken was OK / just what you would expect at B dubs. Would say too much bread/flour vs. the chicken. We got to try various flavors: Asian Zing, bourbon baled bbq, hot bbq, orange chicken, Caribbean jerk. We also ordered drinks: beer was about $4 which wasn't bad. Overall would give 3.5 stars for price/value & ambiance (great place to watch sports) but 3 stars for food. Nothing to comment about for service - not great / not bad.

I had a reward for 6 free traditional wings to go. I ordered the sweet bbq. They were good. It wasn't busy. They have bar area. It's a place where you can hang out and watch sports. I didn't like the customer service too much. It seemed like I was sitting and waiting for a while.

Dirty table

The first thing that can improved here is the waiters, they just sit around doing nothing while there are dirty tables (P.S there is a worker while I was midway through a order said that I couldn't make an order anymore.) Waited 1 hr 10 min and after an was informed they couldn't serve us anymore and was offered to take out which also took another 30-40 min just for them to mess up our order and make us wait more time.

The food wasn't that great, draft beer didn't taste fresh and the bartender couldn't care less about me being there.

We were seated immediately upon arrival and greeted by Adam. Adam had a great personality larger than life!! Great recommendations, fantastic flow of food, and perfect for our party of 13. Collectively, we ordered the following. - Firecracker Grilled Wings - Amazing - Brewpub Pretzel - Very tender, tasty, and huge. Magnificent mustard came w pretzel. - Crab Dip - Plentiful, above average. - Frisco Chicken Sandwich - DE-licious !! - Brickoven Pies (Cheese) - A table hit!! - Bayou Burrito - A lot of flavor, great size. - Cheesesteak Eggrolls - The table couldn't get enough of this yumminess!! - Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta - Perfecto!! - Louisiana Red Jambalaya - Whoa! Large portion, flavorful, and very good. - Frisco Burger - Perfecto !! Very good. - Loaded Caesar (Small) - Fresh - Skillet Cookie- So rich, shareable. - Campfire Brownie - Rich in flavor, tasty. - Grand Marnier (Shot) - ** read below ** - Long Island Iced Tea - VERY smooth! Each and everything was great, except a double shot ordered at the table. It was smaller than a single shot. We didn't want to make a scene, so we dealt w it. But never again. Overall, it was a great visit! I look forward to returning to catch sporting events on 1 of the many TV's as well as Happy Hour.

I decided upon their Escape Pina Colada Sour after Juan gave me a sample when he noticed my hesitancy and I agreed I could down a glass since it didn't taste like an actual beer after sipping lol I asked for a menu after some time had passed and after I tried scanning the QR code on the bar multiple times (don't do that. It's for the actual woodworker/carpenter lol) I saw their Tuesday special online but it wasn't mentioned on the menu so I asked and was informed it was only for the restaurant side (Frisco). I was confused because when I walked in on the Frisco side I asked the bartender about the brewery side since I knew I'd have to sample something before committing and was informed to go through the restroom door to reach it on the other side. I made sure to ask if I could also order food from over there as well and was informed I could. No worries though, Juan took care of me and was able to place the order for me. I was about to be bad and order fries but he recommended their parmesan risotto instead and I thought, of course! Then, I remembered they offered seasonal veggies and asked about it and to my happy surprise was informed they had bok choy or brussels sprouts! Either would be yummy so I quickly agreed. This is definitely a local's spot. Many people came in and were known my first names so I felt comforted by that. They're was also a manager on the phone figuring out a mishap with their POS system as well which made me feel like they were on their stuff. Highly appreciated plus he quickly picked up my keys when I dropped them also so I didn't have to get down from my seat. Speaking to a girlies heart The light was low so my pics show that and when I attempted to correct it, it just wasn't it lol. I enjoyed the bok choy and couldn't make out the flavors but they didn't take away from the slight pepperiness of it and the stalk still had it's crunch. But my crab cake was tasty. I don't know if i can get on board with the inside but being crazy hot. The one I had the day prior wasn't hot inside either and I don't want it deep fried . . . . . Hmmmmm, small I start a crab cake tour I've been awaiting this journey . . . . I shall! So this is officially stop No. 2 Crab cake was seasoned well. Not too much seasoning and not bland. The outside was covered with jumbo lump clusters and the color on the broil was perfect. Fresh parsley throughout and cocktail sauce was given but I wasn't going to take away from their version. Was it MD crab? I'm not sure but I feel like if it was, it would have been advertised as such. Still good and I'd order again. I can see myself coming back after work to take advantage of their HH many times in the future.

There is the caveat that I ordered carry-out instead of dining in this time and it was a much more seamless process. I placed my order on their website (which is powered by Toast) and it was ready perfectly in time with my designated pickup time. My order came out ready and hot and all the pizzas and garlic bread came out great. In retrospect, I don't know that I would've ordered the garlic bread because I was expecting more of a garlic breadstick situation instead of a sauceless cheese pizza, but that's more of my own fault for not looking at any pictures first. All in all, it was a much more positive experience and I appreciate the management for working so hard to fix any road bumps in service.

On a recent, cold December evening, a friend and I decided to take a break to grab a quick bite to…read moreeat and agreed on Pub Dog in Columbia. We seated ourselves and the server came over promptly to take our drink orders while we perused the menu. The offerings are simple - a few appetizers, salads, and a wide variety of personal sized pizzas with numerous topping combinations. Our drinks arrived quickly we placed our order. My friend tried one of their craft beer offerings, Black Dog, listed as an Irish Stout, and mentioned it was good, but probably not memorable, lacking a depth and smoothness when compared to the classic Guiness, but drinkable and for a local product it was better than most craft brewery attempts at stout varieties.   We chose to split a Caesar's salad and chose the Spinach Pizza and Dog Pound Pizza for our main course. As we waited, numerous other staff came by to check on us verging on the edge of being annoying. While friendly in their approach, it seemed like a bit of overkill considering we had our drinks and were waiting for our pizzas. The place was less than half full, so they were probably just trying to be attentive and friendly. The salad and Dog Pound Pizza arrived soon after but there was no sign of my Spinach Pizza. If you'd like the salad before the pizza, I'd suggest you let them know in advance. After a few minutes we mentioned it to one of the servers checking on us, they went to check and returned saying it would be another 5 minutes or so - I think they forgot when they put the order into the kitchen.   The salad portion was quite large and was quite good for a Caesar salad and frankly, better than a lot of fancier establishments, plus there was enough for leftovers. We were a little disappointed with the pizzas themselves. The toppings were plentiful, maybe to a fault, and tasty but there was something lacking. For a specialty pizza place I would have expected a better crust - for both pizzas it was a bit soggy and difficult to lift off the plate for a proper bite. We ended up eating with a fork. Heartier appetites would finish the individually sized pizzas, but we had enough to take home for lunch the next day.   The atmosphere is sports bar like; the service prompt, courteous, and maybe a bit over-attentive; the portions and toppings generous; the price is extremely fair - a decent choice if you're in the neighborhood, but not quite a foodie destination establishment unless perhaps you're a beer enthusiast.

Brunch at Elliott's Craft Kitchen: A Promising Start With a Few Missed Beats…read more.. I recently visited Elliott's Craft Kitchen a fairly new spot that my group of four decided to try out for brunch. We were hoping for a fresh experience, but our visit turned out to be a mixed bag. Ambiance and First Impressions... When we arrived, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, which was a bit of a head-scratcher for brunch time. Even though we could hear staff chatting in the back, it took a good five to eight minutes before anyone came out to seat us. Once we were seated, we noticed the lighting was so dim that we actually had to whip out our phones just to read the menu. Not exactly the cozy brunch vibe we were hoping for. The Food: Hits and Misses... On to the food. We started with the cream of crab soup, which was just okay--nothing to write home about. The Brussels sprouts were a bit of a letdown. They were tiny and mostly just fried leaves rather than the hearty sprouts we expected. So if you're imagining those classic roasted Brussels sprouts, this wasn't it. The chicken and waffles were decent in flavor, although the presentation could have used some polish. The pita bread for the crab dip could have been toasted or something more firm and doesn't taste like it was immediately pulled from a bag. Surprisingly, the star of the meal ended up being something as simple as the French fries. They were really tasty and stood out more than some of the fancier dishes. Service and the Final Stretch... Our server was kind and polite, which we appreciated. But the big hiccup came at the end. Their payment system went down, and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to settle the bill. After sitting for about 15 minutes we informed our server that we would like to wait in the lounge area to get more comfortable as I understand.... things happen. Although while we waited for about 20 minutes there were no offers of water or anything to make the wait less awkward (not to mention asking for payment without even presenting a bill). It felt like they were more focused on turning the table than making sure we were okay during the delay. Although maybe it was an awkward start to the morning. I will say our server did her best to work things out with the technology she was given. So, I still provided her a fair tip, not her fault. Value for Money... In terms of pricing, it felt pretty average overall, but there were a few eyebrow-raisers. For instance, the avocado toasted croissant--topped with over-easy eggs, baby spinach, and Grana Padano--was $19, which felt a bit steep for what it was. In comparison, a pork schnitzel dish was around $21. So, while the pricing wasn't outrageous, some items definitely made me pause and question the value. Overall Thoughts... In the end, my experience at Elliott's Craft Kitchen was a bit of a letdown. So I'm surprised by some of the reviews (maybe because it was not dinner). While there were a few highlights (like the fries and a well-made Old Fashioned), the service hiccups and the underwhelming dishes mean I'd probably think twice before going back. Definitely not for brunch but I would really consider Dinner after some more reviews. Hopefully they'll iron out the kinks as they get more established.
