I ordered to go from this place today (traditional wings, extra crispy) and was late getting out from work by abou two hours. I came to the counter and was greeted by a lovely cheerful cashier. She repeated my order and was very polite. I paid and she went to the back to get my order. She returned with the manager and the manager said that my food had been sitting a while and she doesn't feel comfortable sending me off with food that wasn't exactly what I ordered (meaning it wasn't extra crispy enough, since it was sitting). She asked if I had time to wait because She could remake my order so it would be good. I asked her if she was sure and she proceeded to offer several times to remake it. I like their food for the most part but do not like their prices i.e. $10 for a simple burger?...and $6 in Cedar Rapids, Ia for a Blue Moon draft is ridiculous....$4.50 for a draft of Bud Light....definitely just ordering a soda pop next time...but I am sure that is $3 but at least it is free refills...also it is extremely noisy if you like that kind of thing when trying to eat and converse with your table mates....overall I avoid the place because with the noise, the layout of place, the prices of food/beer, etc just isn't worth it...there are much better places with cheaper prices for the same product than BWW... read more

Not the best BWW in the state. Service was definitely lacking the few times I went. Always hope they get kicked into shape. With their great proximity from Perfect Game Field, it makes for an easy after ball game spot. read more

The food always tastes GREAT. Service isn't perfect but it's not bad by any means. It's a busy place with inherent chaos with the TVs and sports, large groups etc. Considering that I expect the atmosphere, the servers do a great job of handling the crowd. read more

Love the wings and the sauces, and buffalo wild wings in general, but this particular location has the WORST service. I went multiple times and there are plenty of workers there to help, but nobody comes to check on refills or give you your check. We could have just walked out, they were completely dis-interested. read more

We ordered chips and con queso along with bone and boneless wings. The con queso arrived 45 to an hour after we ordered . The waiter apologized for the wait at least 3 times. Once it arrives it was cold. The wings arrives approx. 1hr to 1-20min later. They knocked some of the drinks off the bill for the issue/wait. read more

Cold food, wrong flavor wings and a forever wait once they took our order. Very poorly trained staff obviously. They didn't charge us for our fries, how big of them. The atmosphere of this Buffalo Wild Wings was to be expected, loud, sporty, and buzzing with the Saturday night crowd. We were seated right away, and roughly five minutes later our drinks were taken. It was fifteen minutes after the fact that she came back and asked for a refill and didn't return with the appetizer we ordered with the drinks. We then ordered our food. And waited..... And waited........And waited.......Waited some more..... And some more after that...... Finally the waitress arrived with our food and 2 orders were wrong. So we waited and waited for her to come back and by then the 5 of us ranging from ages 10-75, were all very anxious to leave and just go home. By then we had asked for the manager THREE times, and when he finally got to our table, he sounds like he is just giving off the standard angry customer speech. When I lived in the Twin Cities I watched how BW3 went from 2 locations to several by the time I moved back to Iowa in 2005. It was always a place that I enjoyed going to and I was always anxious to try a different variety of their signature sauces. However, I am afraid that I have seen the last of those good times. Over the past couple of years I have seen and experienced BW3 make significant changes to their menu which has left me disappointed because whatever those changes are my body literally can't handle it anymore. The last few times (which has not been a lot) I have not felt well, and last night was the last straw. I took one of my managers there for a dinner meeting and shortly after we both got very sick after eating boneless wings and a couple of appetizers. I pray that other patrons there last night did not go through what we did. It pains me to say that I have experienced the last of BW3. read more

live in CR and have gone to this BWW many times, and to me and my friends, it's worth it to DRIVE to edgewood (30 mins away) if we want wings, rather than get crappy, slow service. The bussers do a horrible job, the chef usually cooks the food really slow. This is the only restaurant that I have to wait almost an hour to eat our food, on a regular basis. One particularly horrible time we were there, we each waited an hour and a half for a messed up order, and one of our friends ordered a burger that didn't come until TWO AND A HALF HOURS. The waitress took our money, and even though we weren't going to need out change, she very rudely assumed that she got to keep it and didn't return our change. We talked to the manager, and he was a slobby college student (no offense meant to college students) and he didn't apologize properly, he actually was smirking and gave us a half-assed "sorry" instead of acting like a real manager should and getting our change for us. Bottom line - If you want wings, go the the Edgewood BWW or go somewhere else in Cedar Rapids like Oyama Sushi, Zepplins, Mulligans, or Granite City. read more

I would give a zero rating if possible. I called in an order of 40 boneless wings at 6:41 pm, and was told a 20 minute wait time. I arrived at 7:19 pm, and proceeded to wait until 7:42 for my order. I was given countless excuses, to they are boxing up my order (at 7:20) to there is a mix-up of your wings at 7:30, and they will be out within the minute 7:35 pm. This is the 2nd time I have had such an experience at this location, and although I decided to give a second chance, this was the second and final. My recommendation to everyone: order wings from Pizza Hut, although they don't have all of the different flavors, a WAY better experience. read more

Last time i went here the staff was extremely rude. It was a 90 min wait for a table which is fine since it was very busy however apparently my willingness to wait wasnt good enough because i was told i couldnt stay until a table opened up when asked if i wanted to order carry out i said no because if i wanted carry out id just go to the bar down the street and get BETTER wings the only reason i wanted to stay was because of the ufc event. I'm not here to trash this place but I will tell you the absolute truth what happened to me, which might resemble a proper trashing where trashing is due. I've eaten at Bdubs before with a large group of people and we had a nice time, much of the concept appeals to me, a sports fan, male, age 25-40.. meat, beer & tv's. The issue I have is the level of quality food choices they offer and the simple fact that I got sick from the boneless wings last night, 8/26/2012 from the Edgewood Rd. location in Cedar Rapids, Ia. I woke up feeling noxious @ 0600 this morning and ended up purging my dinner shortly thereafter. I drank some water, took a shower and laid back down for an hour. I was well enough to go to work but within the first 10 minutes I was reoccupied in the restroom for the next 20 minutes.. My point is I'd like to go to Bdubs more often but due to the failure of offering & preparing quality food choices & obviously then the fact that I got sick has pretty much made up my mind for me. It's basically fast food that comes from a freezer bag and I dont know why more people dont boycott this dump for serving food that belongs on a space mission, food that would likely compromise the crew at that. And I dont know what others are talking about, I'm happy if you get decent service but for me the service is always second rate, they do not make you feel at ease or comfortable when you walk through their doors, on the contrary as it feels like high school kids are running the place.
