Full disclosure: I would rather eat almost anywhere else than here, but have friends who are strangely addicted and request it damn near every time we go out. I'm not a fan. I tolerate it. That aside, we prefer this location to the other one across town. The servers are nice, but everything seems to move really slow no matter how busy it is. The wings are fine, but I need to stop ordering sides. The fries are always hard and stale. If you get anything other than wings (boneless or original), it seems rather overpriced. I never really had good experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings but my last visit a few weeks back was much better the bartender Maria really knows how to mix a drink she is always smiling a seems to love be their it welcoming, will only get drinks if she's making it. I had a wrap which is usually my go to but all the times I've had one they've always just fallen apart the second I've touched them, but this last time my wrap was tight and it seemed like it had more to it. It was the best wrap I've ever had. WORST service I have ever experienced at a restaurant! Ordered an appetizer, after 15/20 minutes, put in our order for dinner. (It was myself, my husband and our 7yr old.) My meal came out first, THEN came the appetizer about 15 minutes later, about 25 minutes later, my husbands meal came out and about 20 minutes after that, I had to ask our waiter TWICE to check on my childs plain wings. Was told wings take 8 minutes... I'm sorry but that math isn't mathing. Asked to cancel the wings and asked for our bill. The waiter gave us the bill and slammed the credit card on the table, no words and walked away. Well let's start with a couple of questions. Are your wings freshly cooked? When did Bdubs turn into a fast food joint? I recently ate at this location dine in and the place was empty red flag #1. We arrived a little after 1:30 was seated, got our drinks rite away and placed our order around 1:35 20 piece bone in wings with 2 orders of fries our order came out less than 5 minutes later red flag #2 our waiter put the order in wrong on 1 flavor wing we wanted so we let him know of the error and 2 minutes later we got the correct flavor. Wow they are quick!! We started eating and the food was cold and old the wings were hard like they were cooked the day before and just sit underneath a heat lamp, the fries were overseasoned and cold. BDubs not sure what has happened throughout the past few years but I've been consistently let down by the poor quality food you are serving. Went here on a Saturday night during the final four basketball games around 6 o'clock. We didn't have to wait for a table which was nice and the service was par. Not super great service but have had worse other places. We order the appetizer of pretzel bites as well as 30 boneless wings with a side of fries, chicken wrap, and chicken sandwich. We received our food before our appetizer which we thought was strange and abnormal. Upon the first few bites of food we noticed that most of our food was not hot and barely warm. We did receive our pretzel bites a little bit later and they were hot. Overall not super impressed and probably won't be back for a little while. read more

My family has never had a good, or even halfway decent, experience at this BWW... or really at any BWW location. The food is way overpriced for what you get and it's all served in paper bowls. It often looks and tastes like microwaved mush (see cheese fries). They nickel and dime you for things like extra sauce and ranch/blue cheese too. The boneless wings are approximately 70% breading 20% chicken 10% gloppy, overly salty sauce. Not appetizing AT ALL. The last visit we had here, about 2 weeks ago, our food took a very long time to receive (20+ minutes for 2 small orders of boneless wings) and we noticed our server was standing around in the kitchen entrance, talking and laughing with 2-3 other young men - one of whom appeared to be a manager - and at one point they were literally junk-punching each other and giggling about it. If we'd had been paying with cash, we would've left money for our 2 beers and walked out, but alas... By the time we finally got our food, we realized our order was wrong. Instead of leaving the half of the order that was mostly correct, he just took all of it away. Super annoying, considering how long we'd already waited and what an inconvenience it was. They were likely going to throw out that food anyway so just leave it on the table and bring out what wasn't included in our crappy little paper dishes. We couldn't finish our boneless wings because they were just so ridiculously salty and our server never came back to refill our water or check to see how things tasted. We won't be back. This experience sums up our average experience at BWW. Just awful food, awful service, filthy floors and sticky tables too. This used to be a good place to eat but let me tell you the problems. Had my family in for early supper. Our Server was Riley and she was good but your only as good as you backline and cooks. We ordered chips and salsa and it took over 10 minutes to bring out. Keep in mind this was at 4pm and not dinner time. There was 20 people max in the restaurant including our party. Then we ordered 2 summer sampler and 2 kids hamburger. The sampler came out wrong and we were afraid to send it back. Kids hamburger was missed. Manager never came back to check with us. The bathrooms we in need of cleaning and tiled floors were like walking on ice as they were coated with a film of grease. For a Corporate store, they need a new kitchen manager or whole new management staff. I will be back to Buffalo Wild Wings but in another town read more

My daughter and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings over the lunch hour on a game day and we stopped in there first for lunch and there was a huge line out the door so we left and then we came back an hour later and there was still a huge line so we left again. My daughter was dead set on eating there, so we came back a third time another hour later after that and we got put on the waiting list and we were seated within 15 minutes. Once we got to our table though, we did not see any waiter for 15 minutes. We finally asked a waiter walking around if we could be served and the gentleman went to check on why we hadn't been served and came back and apologized to us and told us that the woman that was supposed waitress our table had left early. So then, we ordered our drinks and food (because we already knew what we wanted from sitting there for so long) and it took a half hour for them to bring out our chips and salsa, and then another 15 minutes for our food. I would have understood if it was still busy from the game day, but there were so many tables open and not very many people inside and it still took forever for us to get our food. From their customer service to getting my take out order right every single time to not every forgetting to give me my points, this place is a literal 180 from the other location. On occasion I have to wait for a few minutes while door dash or Bite Squad picks up rather larger orders but other than that, its getting 4 out of 5 because the parking isnt awesome and the atmosphere is really lacking. Look I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a good place to hang out with some friends, watch some sports, and just have a good time. But unfortunately this location has taken a HUGE step back over the last year or two. Service is ok for the most part, but the food takes FOREVER to get to the table. I was in about a month ago and there was nobody else in the place besides me. I waited about a half an hour for my wings. I can get if a restaurant is busy then the food will come out slower I get that. But waiting for food for a half hour with no one else in the joint is just ridiculous. Agh, BWW! I came during this past amazing Hawkeye football season with a group to watch one of the most important games of the season. BWW is surrounded by TVs and assuming the entire bar was there to watch this very game, I am flabbergasted that only 25% of the TVs were tuned to the Hawkeye game. They even had JEOPARDY on two screens. I asked our server and another if they could tune more of the TVs to the game to which I received this reply, "What, there aren't enough TVs for you?"
