Placed an order before 12pm said it was going to be ready by 12:30, I got to the restaurant at 12:40 and the order still wasn't ready. It is very convenient to place an order to minimize the wait time, but it's very inconvenient to still have to wait 20 additional minutes because your order isn't ready. Staff here is very rude, I asked why the delay and was told she didn't know that the kitchen "might be backed up" and sat back down to roll the silverware. My friends & I drove 25 minutes (passed the Delamo mall BWW) to come to this BWW last night (10/16/21) because they are open until 12am. We got there at about 10:15 & waited 10 minutes in line to speak to the host. When we got to the front he walked off to the side to speak to the manager about seating. I overheard the manager tell him to wait 10 minutes and then they would seat all the servers with everyone on the list at once (I worked in a restaurant for 4 years I get it!!!!!) The manager looked at us & told us we would be seated shortly. Great! The host came back over & when I told him we were a party of 3 to get my name on the list he told me they were closed and only seating people on the list already...close to 2 hours before closing...We would have been happy to wait had we been given the opportunity to. I posted this to their FB Messenger: This was our second visit to this location in a row, and our last, with subpar service. We sit down to a booth and there is something sticky on the table. It took telling our waitress twice before I got cleaned. Our waitress was NOT rude but she seemed bothered by our existence and not once replied to a thank you we said. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after the sampler arrived. My wife ordered the nachos with no jalapeños and it arrived with jalapeños. She claims she wrote it on the order and another team member brought the food to the table so that isn't the waitress' fault. We tell her about the jalapeños and she takes the whole platter back and they just remove the jalapeños instead of making new nachos. My wife could eat them due to wing spicy from the jalapeños. I have a picture of this and the sticky table. When they bring back the platter with the jalapeños partially scraped off there was no pico de gallo and my wife asked for it. The waitress says the the pico has jalapeños in it. My wife asks for pico without and jalapeños in and the waitress leaves. She comes back and says "we are actually out of pico de gallo". That was clearly a lie. Our waitress takes her break and we get Regenae as our second waitress and she was awesome. Friendly, smiled, and was helpful with questions. I've never left a B Dubs hungry or without having a cocktail or two but I did today. I wasn't going to reward her with a big guest check. Hands down probably the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I am a loyal BWWW ( yes thats 3 W's since technically its called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck, I bet you didnt know that didnt you). Reason being is that the atmosphere and the people that go here are just alive and pure sport fans! Now we've all been there... Inside a sports bar and there is always an obnoxious group who is drunk off their butts always starting a fight with opposing fans. But somehow in this BWWW, they're non existent! My GF and I walked in and were rooting for the Cavs while 80% of people in attendance were Warriors. Safe to say we didnt feel threatened at all! I love this place and its people! read more

Packed as always, we found the perfect spot. Now I'm no regular here, but I've been to this location two or four times and received great service each and EVERYTIME, but this time... It was just different! We ordered the large 20 piece boneless chicken platter. It was AMAZING!!! Their Mango Habanero & their Garlic Parmesan are their TOP CHICKEN SAUCE FLAVORS!!! Not to mention their onion rings are also mouth watering!!! We ordered their potato wedges that came with this dip that I should have just brought home with me!!! Everything was delicious! And I think I was so turnt up to the music, that it didn't annoy me that 5 different people ranging from manager to server asked if we were okay! All this place needs is a space for a dance floor, but other than that, our waitress Yessica was great and there's another flamboyant waiter who is one of my absolute favorite waiters there!!! I kind of knew what I was getting myself into when stepping into Buffalo Wild Wings. I was going to an LA Galaxy game and I wanted to have a beer or two before the game. After looking around for a sports bar in Carson I gave up and stepped into this location. It has TWO stars as it's rating. I looked at all the locations in LA and all of them have terrible reviews and 2.5 stars TOPS!! The food was horrendous. I literally had the worst burger I have ever had in my life! The service was nice but incredibly slow for the food that they were serving. Overall never going to step foot in another one of these establishments. This was my first time in any Buffalo Wild Wings, and overall I got the impression this is a good sports bar to come and have a beer and watch a game but nothing else. We arrived and were seated quickly but noticed a lot of wait staff - many more than I've ever seen for a similar sized place. The music was loud (waitresses had headphones and radios to talk) so there was really no chance to talk with someone - way too noisy and felt like I was in a disco. It took about 30-35 minutes for our order of wings, and they messed up the order with wrong sauces. They said you could have up to 4, but I guess the kitchen doesn't know that...lol. The manager was helpful and brought out a couple more with the right sauce, but it was a hassle. The wings were good but my suggestion is only order one flavor for all as the kitchen cannot really handle more than that. The service staff were very friendly and attentive, and came by every few minutes to check on us. They were friendly and apologized many times for the slow and messed up food orders. This specific restaurant should probably hire a kitchen manager and move about half of he waitstaff to help back in the kitchen - it's obvious there is no one driving the boat in that area due to such poor quality and performance. Overall great place for a beer (over 30 on tap) and to watch a game solo, but I don't recommend eating food there or bringing anyone you would want to talk with. They got our order wrong, made us wait 15 minutes to get it fixed. Never gave us our refills, and when we asked for condiments we were completely ignored. I agree with another reviewer that front desk was less than perfect. First impression found them talking among themselves before looking up to see me. I know that the atmosphere is fun but doing a dance routine among themselves was not something I needed to see. We were told 45 min wait then when we checked in again at 30 minutes they said another 30 minutes. I saw this happen to somebody else. Table management was horrible. We waited an hour and saw a booth empty for 30 minutes and a table for 15 minutes. Next was the service, there is a lot of staff but my chair kept getting bumped by staff members in a hurry. After a third time I just moved to a different chair on our table. Our server was great but the fries were soggy. We got another one thinking it has to be a mistake but still the same. They advertised Guinness Black but server said they just had regular. Not liking that news at a sports bar. A manager came by to ask about our experience and before I could even answer, he said "good,good" and move on. Wow, glad he listened to me on that one. He was on automatic pilot which is bad with only being opening. Audio system for announcement was horrible. It missed every 4th word and which added to the failure of the night. We ordered ultimate nachos with chicken which had quite a few soggy nachos and cheese covering only the few top chips. So we put are name on the list and were seated within 15 minutes at a high top table near the bar. I ordered a Tall Coors Light and Buffalo Chips which came out pretty quickly. The beer was cold but not filled to the top. The potato slices were a bit soggy but still delicious. I ordered a Medium Traditional (15 wings with 3 different sauces). I opted for spicy, spicier, and almost spiciest: Hot, Mango Habanero, and Wild, which was a mistake. I should have followed by usual rule of two spicy and one mild. The wings took a while to arrive. We watched 4 rounds of Santa Cruz v Mares Fight and a bunch of Strong Man competitions. My brother didn't get the right wings. The wings were definitely overcooked, dry, and not sauced very thoroughly. The Mango Habanero were sweet and varied in spice level from wing to wing. The Hot was classically tasty. The Wild was unnecessarily spicy but still enjoyable. This is not a great Buffalo Wild Wings but it did the job. read more

I loved the service I had today at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was having lunch with my future father-in-law and nervous that I wouldn't know what flavor he'd like. A waiter came by (without us asking) and gave us fries to sample with 6 different favors. It helped him to pick one and honestly me to try something new. Let's talk about the flavors: Hot BBQ - good blend of spice and BBQ Asian Zing - light spicy Asian flavor. It tasted better with the fries than the wings. Parmesan Garlic - good flavor without blue cheese or ranch dip. It was a bit too much Parmesan for me, barely tasting the garlic. We were greeted by a young man very nicely and seated quickly, our waitress was awesome (can't remember her name). Order was taken quickly and drinks brought to table within minutes of ordering (eventhou they didn't have ingredients to make the Apple Jack Cider which is advertised ALL OVER RESTAURANT and menu) but the reason i give it a 2 stars is for the choice of music. Was there for more than an hr and all the music that played was narco corridos. If I wanted to have that choice of music I would've gone to my uncles backyard and cooked out and dranked all night, or just gone to a mexican restaurant.
