I even showed it to the order girl, and went over (with emphasis) sauce on the side and make sure we get fries because last time they messed that up too. I went to BWW on Sunday night to watch the Super Bowl and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as packed as I was expecting and grabbed a seat in the bar area. You really cannot pick a bad seat if you want to watch a game because there are big screen TVs everywhere. I ordered the fried pickles, street tacos with fries and a blue moon beer. All came out quickly and tasted great! The fried pickles were crunchy on the outside and the smoky southwestern ranch dip paired with it is so good. My street tacos had great flavor but could of had more filling. And the fries are always great. My only complaint was the waitress didn't check on me for long periods of time and I ended up eating my fried pickles with my fingers since I didn't have any utensils. Overall BWW is a nice chill spot to eat, drink, and enjoy a game or extra company. read more

This review is mainly for everyone EXCEPT our waitress. Our waitress was named Madison and she was absolutely awesome! 10 out of 5 stars for her! Anyways, I'm giving the host, manager, and some random short waitress with long brown hair negative stars the night of Saturday April 22nd. Absolutely awful. Should have turned around and walked out after noticing all the food and trash on the floor. Also a zero minute wait on a Saturday night with a large party, but we were already there and hungry. We had a party of 8, and was told by the host they couldn't put 2 tables together per corporate policy. Okay, kind of ridiculous but policy is policy. We notice there's an empty 12 top in the corner and ask about it. We were denied because the server was leaving for the night. At this point I'm over the BS and move the 2 tables we were assigned closer together so we could at least talk to each other. I left a 3-4 foot gap between the tables to adhere to their policy. The host comes back over to tell us that we can't do that. At this point I ask for a manager. The policy was explained that EMPLOYEES couldn't move tables, but didn't say anything about GUESTS. A random short female server with long brown hair in a pony tail comes over rude AF. Mind you, this isn't a manager like I requested. Telling us it's policy not to move tables together talking to us like we're stupid. My wife tried to explain to her that the host already told us and we're waiting on a manager. Before my wife could even finish explaining to the random server, the she talked over her loudly with an "okay" and walked off. The manager walks up and asked what the issue was. Like did not anyone tell you. Lol. But anyways, we told him we just wanted to sit together and the table in the corner would accommodate our request. He said told us if we could wait for it to be cleaned we could sit there. Which we were fine with. I asked how to make a complaint about the random rude AF server, and I was told I could take it up with corporate. Wow. What a manager! So we moved back front to wait. While waiting I noticed the random rude AF server talking to her coworkers. The coworkers would turn and look at us while she gave us a crappy look. This is uncalled for. After waiting 15-20 minutes to clean a table we were finally seated. Our server was great, and attentive. Hope she gets out of that environment and a place with better management. As for the food and drinks. The food was mediocre (which was expected) and the drinks were good. This seems on par for Bdubs, so I'm not complaining. To sum it up, avoid this place. Terrible service at the bar. On our receipt it said our waitress's name was "Jade" her name tag said something different. We had a $43 bill. Paid $20 in cash and the rest ($23) on a VISA gift card with over $55 left on it. "Jade" never returns with the gift card, we had to ask her what's going on why we didn't get a receipt to sign. She said "oh I assumed that was for me". "Well why didn't you ask the customer to sign" and then she brought the tip that she gave to herself back????? Very bad and dishonest service. If you get a tip (which you always should) the customer should decide and sign for it. My score would be about a 3.5 to 4. We have been here many times over the years. The food is decent and pretty much like all of the BW's. The service is pretty good. Carryout is fine. The rewards system rarely works. If you are craving wings this will be a pretty good option. The cheese curds are good and the burgers are good. The chicken tenders are not big but they are tasty. Pretty standard BBW, hot food, decent beer taps, consistent service. We go about once a year when we get an itch for wings, and it doesn't disappoint us. Ok, I'll admit this wasn't our first choice for dinner, but after hearing the wait times at two other restaurants on a busy Friday night BW3 was our last shot, and somehow they were able to seat us immediately. I'm not much of a wings gal but I get the impression that they're pretty good here, and there are tons of sauce options. The rest of the menu is standard wing-bar fare. I love a place that serves local beers on tap so I was thrilled to get a nice, tall Sun King Wee Mac. Our server didn't seem to know too much about what other brews were on tap but I honestly didn't care once I heard the Wee Mac was available. All the employees were incredibly friendly and happy-looking - not just our own, but every server I made eye contact with was smiling and pleasant. Even at the host stand. It was pretty loud and hard to hear, but it's a wing bar filled with kids and large groups on a Friday night so of course it's gonna be loud. The guy by us ordered 6 tender but they only gave him 4 and they kept apologizing and saying the other 2 were coming. It took about 10-15 min to bring them to him. They did only charge him for the 4. Food was okay. What scared me to death was the server breathing all over us without a mask!!! I've traveled to many states and eaten in several restaurants since the pandemic started. This is the first place that seemed to not care at all. If your mask is hanging below your mouth and not covering your mouth and nose, it's not on! Once we were sat our hostess was awesome, she offered gaming tablets to both kiddos. We ordered an appetizer of spinach dip and chips.
