I love Buffalo Wild Wings the wings were amazing I definitely recommend this place. The service was also excellent. It is a little bit loud here but they provide many different sport games to watch while enjoying your meal. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - These are all the wings you can get on Thursday they are so good! - Sports Bars Near Me - Augusta, Georgia

Came here for some food after a movie on date night with my husband. The restaurant has been remodeled since the last time we have been here and it was actually quite nice. It seemed to be brighter and more spacious. Had to ask someone to seat us after awhile of waiting since they thought we were part of a big group. Our server was really nonchalant and hardly paid attention to us. At one point he was even sitting down at a table with some friends with his back faced to us so he wasn't really attentive. Had to ask another server for our check. I always enjoy their wings, usually order the medium bone-in wings. I'm also a huge fan of their fried pickles. read more

This place really went downhill! I just came in for a beer and some lunch and there was no one at the bar for quite a bit, so I just left. There were abandoned drinks and plates sitting on the bar too. I understand the Sleepy Joe economy has caused an unprecedented labor shortage, but sheesh! read more

I really don't understand how you can mess an online order up. No ranch. No celery or carrots. I'm not driving all the way back for this. read more

Absolute worst experience. 1/2 of our order was "misplaced." Reordered the missing items and 1/2 of that order was "lost." Manager said he would not charge for missing item, but we were charged. Waited 20 minutes for the charge to be corrected. To compound matters, we didn't receive drink refills. I don't recommend eating at this establishment. read more

Came for a soccer game (World Cup qualifiers) and they didn't have the channel. I thought this place was supposed to have all the sports, but NO, be AWARE. Food was good but took a bit to get to the table. They were out of Diet Pepsi and a few beers, waiting staff was great though. We stayed for the 2*1 wings though....they could tone it down with the salt and also the breading. It's like half bread half chicken. read more

I was warned that I can't order kid burgers at the bar, so I can spend $11 and throw half away instead. Is there tip profit motive here? I expressed my dissatisfaction in the tip. 'Not next time, you can't have this.' Lol. Next time.... Thanks also for expecting me to eat my oranges with my fingers, or the lack of consideration you gave me in regarding a fork, when you finally got to the bar, honey. read more

Literally the most disappointing service I've ever had in my life. I've never had such a crappy server, service, food, timely manner. It was hands down the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. read more

Ok...got a little busy today so cooking dinner was not on the agenda. So I ordered buffalo wild wings delivered via WAITR food delivery. Everything arrived warm and ready to eat without reheat. Again same quality as if we had dined in. The wings and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. When ordering delivery, I prefer the potato wedges to French fries. The wedges were still warm and firm. So tastey with the sour cream and chive seasoning. Wild wings did not let us down. read more

This place is disgusting. There is apparently a remodel being done on the floors that the manager said was. 3 day job but it go e in for 1 1/2 months. There is so much concrete dust everywhere that I can't believe the health department would allow them to be open. read more

I had the wings here and paid the "extra" to have all flats but ended up with 9 flats but they slipped in a drummie which I did not eat. The manager told the bartender she would offer a $0.10 refund on an order of 10 wings for 14.79! What a joke! Don't offer "all flats" if you can't deliver. I was put off by that and the fact that the wings were not tossed in sauce but served in a stew of sauce! Yuck!! The bartender was great which was the saving grace. The manager didn't speak to me but what a bummer she wasn't more customer service oriented. read more

Usually I give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and just not hold grudges. However tonight has just been unacceptable. I'm currently in the hospital and we all know hospital food is not that great so I decided to order something simple. Just ten wings and some Chili Con Queso. Order comes everything is fine with the wings. However i get to my queso and notice that some has leaked in the bag, weird right? I open the box and the dip and complete spilled all over the box. The sides of the box are soggy and covered in the queso. It's like they didn't even put a top on the queso before delivery. I don't even know how that happens, I am really disappointed and I was looking forward to something other than bland hospital food. I'll just munch on my wings in sadness, I guess. read more

Been to this location a number of times and while the food is always good the service is inconsistent and subpar. The service our waitress, Bethenie, gave us tonight was unacceptable. Her attitude towards us was less than friendly and the way she spoke to us was disrespectful. We felt unwelcome. Not only was her attitude unenthusiastic but she took a long time bringing our orders out, forgot to bring straws twice, and made it seems like a hassle to serve our table. Management needs to make sure their servers are doing a better job. Unfortunately this is the only bww in the area. read more

My mom had a gift card and wanted to come here for lunch. Thank god there wasn't a game on because she wouldn't be able to handle the noise. I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings a couple years back, at a different location and thought it was okay. Their chicken wraps were decent. We were seated and waited on immediately. The server was very helpful. My mom had a lot of questions since it was her first time dining. She was very patient and even brought some sauces for her to try before we ordered. I got the BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad which is topped with Honey BBQ sauce and my mom got the fish tacos with teriyaki sauce also had some wings (honey bbq sauce) to go for my dad. My BBQ Chicken Salad was okay, not too much taste- a little bland. However, my mom really liked her fish tacos. They were the right size (in portion) and tasted really good. The only time I would come back only if I wanted to watch a football game and have a couple of beers. Not too thrilled on their meals and I usually like bar and grill foods, not theirs. Received excellent service. Restaurant and bathroom clean. read more

Pathetic! I pre-ordered wings for the Super Bowl. The order was for pick-up at 5:30 pm. I waited for 3 hours for the order to be ready. Sure, it is busy time, but that is excessive. Worse yet, the lack of willingness to help, to listen. "We are busy", "you and 300 other orders I have", "This other gentleman has been waiting longer" were the type of responses I received. You would think that any decent place would start looking at an order's status once you let them know they are 30 minutes or one hour late, but no such interest. This poor service and customer service is hard to match. Never again visiting this place and I hope nobody else does. read more

Been coming here the past 2 years to watch football. Not family friendly, had to leave while watching football as I did not feel sale. I was getting harassed by people I do not know or spoke to. This was the sixth time too many that we will be going to this restaurant. Every single time we go there is something wrong, my food always comes comes after my husbands, and we always have to wait about 20 minutes before getting drinks ordered. Last night for a late Father's Day dinner since I worked all weekend I took my husband here. Everything was great until I then again got my food after my husband, he was done eating prior to me receiving my wings, my wings were freezing cold like they have been sitting in the fridge. I ask for new ones to take home, and did not complain. I only had cheese curds so I was hungry an hour later, so I go to heat up my wings. I had two wings and so did my husband and about 45 minutes later we had awful stomach problems with diarrhea and vomiting. I just called this restaurant to complain. The manager did not even apologize, and only took off the money I spent for my wings. I am no longer going to be paying the astronomical amount of money that their wings cost, and I would have much rather gone to Texas roadhouse and spent the same amount of money and had great food and not left hungry. If you want a great place to go to dinner, don't go here. Also, if it let me I would do 0/5 stars. read more

Here for the National championship game. Fucking TVs suck. Choppy signal only when the game is on. Signal is fine during commercials. ‍WTF?? Service sucks. We got here long before the crowd at 6:00. First visit and it will be the last. Wasn't the cleanest place. The waitress acted like I was stupid because the menu wouldn't come up on my phone, poor service in the building, so she tried to grab my phone and do it for me... No thanks! No paper menus whatsoever, which is absolutely ridiculous. What if my grandmother came in and didn't have a smart phone? Totally absurd. AND You want to hold my phone but yet you are making us eat with plastic silverware that break when you are trying to cut hard boneless chicken? Service was slow, our waitress was working the bar as well. It was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves over the guys yelling at the bar. Again, no thanks. Not a fan. No desire to go back, I would never recommend to anyone. Wild wing Café is so much better! read more

I'm a traveller that works all over the country and have visited over 20 BW3's in the past 10 years. This location is hands down the worst location I've been to. I will start this out by saying basically you may have to be your own judge of this because it was a bad day for this place to us. We decided to stop here because its proximity to Best Buy. We will not be stopping here in the future. But I digress. Before I begin, this is great sports Bar. Lots of sports stations, but then again there are other sports bars in Augusta that are better. We were Hungary and with it being close to our next stop, we decided to try it as we had never been here before. We were seated at a table for about 10 min before our waitress came and sat with us to get our drink orders. Since we had ample time to view the menu, we were ready to order. I had a sample of traditional chicken wings(5 wings) celery and carrots and side of onion wings with water. My husband had a chicken bacon BBQ sandwich with French fries and water. As we waited for our food, we watched two individual tables find their waitress or waiters for incorrect orders. I knew this as we sat next to them. So we waited and sipped our waters and when we go to when the water over halfway gone...30 minutes later (and that was only after I started watching) we did begin to wonder where our food was. Our waitress came by once before our food was delivered to see how things were. Between the look on her face and her saying your food should be out soon, told us something was up. Ten minutes later....forty minutes after ordering, we receive our meals. My husbands chicken was warm, skinny skinny bacon strips and a chicken patty. His fries were slender and thin but we enjoy fries any type. Overall his sandwich to him was just "Ok". Average at best. My wings were small, I mean not just that there were five of them, the size of them. They are small. If you go there and want to fill up on wings, I recommend the medium or large. You can take them home! Now for the taste, average. Since they were small they had little meat on them. Very little. Plus they were Luke warm at best. Plus no celery or carrots were initially served so our waitress had to be flagged down. She said I will get that for you and when she came back then apologized for missing that. She was a sweet girl overall but either they were short staffed on the floor or kitchen or had really bad staff on the floor or kitchen. You be the judge. We were almost done with meal and waters almost gone and she brings fresh waters. Almost a waste. The onion rings, now those were the true star of our meal. Hot, crisp, tasty. My wings were "Ok". I have truly had better and meatier. I just expected more of a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. Again, to repeat it may have been a bad afternoon...either short staffed on floor or kitchen or just bad staff on floor or kitchen. But nothing seemed to be flowing right this fternoon. So will we be coming it back? No. If you choose to and get the wings, order a large portion and what you don't eat, take home. But I bet you will eat them all. read more

Really disappointed with tonight's service as we're here to enjoy the UFC Fight Night. We were expecting long wait times but we weren't expecting bad service. After everyone was seated and things started to slow down, our waitress was very negligent. We stayed here for 3 hours and saw her a total of 4 times. I ordered the Loaded Ice Cream and it took 40 minutes for it to be sent to our table just for it to be melted. I asked for a replacement and she stated that all the ice cream in the freezer was melted. Uhhhh, ok? They ended up comping our order but I was really disturbed about the freezer temperature conditions. Overall, 0 out of 5. Don't come here if you want minimally exceptional service. We'll go back to Twin Peaks next time for UFC Fight Night. read more

Good wings. That is all you need to know, right? I'm a dry rub person, so I go for the lemon pepper and Chipotle. Always get good service. They have different happy hour specials and Tues is cheap wing night. I like their street tacos for an appetizer and I like the outdoor patio, but sometimes they will enclose it so may be smokey. Plenty of tvs with good sound. Expect sports and fans, and the spirited crowd on game nights. I also really like they do alot of 10% of sales to community groups. I'm getting their "yellow" tickets all the time for this that and another church or medical fundraiser. So happy they give back. read more

Awful experience tonight doing a normal delivery order at 120 Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy, Augusta, GA. I noticed the food wasn't hot. So, I politely asked if the food could be heated up or remade. Dora, food and beverage manager, tried to give me an excuse of why they could not. With a little bit of further talking, they took the food back to "heat it up". When I received the food back, I noticed that there was no change to the temperature of the food. There was a young man, who I asked to speak with about why the food was still cold. So, instead of talking to the young man about the food, Dora tried to deny me to talk to him and lied saying I was trying to disrespect him. Thank goodness there was a second manager who rectified the situation. Dora, food and beverage manager, has horrible customer service, trying to send cold food out, and insult my integrity by lying on me as well. Buffalo Wild Wings don't have to worry about any future services from me, far as spend my hard-earned money to the restaurant. read more

Wish I could roll back time to when BWW was good, but it's become a lazy chain with temperamental service and average food. Thought I'd get the fam some wings tonight, so I ordered online. Waited in the hallway for 40 minutes after pickup time to be told that the food was never prepared (total of 1 hour after ordering). A couple minutes after asking for the manager, my order was found in the kitchen and stone cold. The staff wanted me to take the food and leave, but I asked and waited for management. The manager discounted me 25%. Not all my experiences at BWW have been like this, but I'll caution you on this location. read more

We were barely acknowledged when we walked in. After watching at least six employees walk by and ignore us, one employee finally greeted us. We were told that they only had two servers, so we would have to wait. The food was barely edible. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. It tasted like velveta cheese and steak'ums. The first batch of fries they brought were not only cold, they looked liked the burnt tid-bits found at the bottom of the fry basket. The manager was sweet and seemed to be doing her best with a difficult situation. We will not be back. read more

Ordered takeout and it was the complete wrong order. Nothing right about it. They even had a receipt stapled to the bag and it said "This order was reviewed by ___________ to ensure correctness." We waited fifteen minutes to place a drink order and this was after flagging a waitress down. Took forever to get food and it was COLD. The wings were cool- unacceptably cool. The waitress did not refill water and only refilled sodas after being asked. She did not give us hand wipes - this is a wing place and hand wipes are a necessity. We were at the restaurant for about an hour and a half. Ridiculous. I will not be returning here until it is under new management. It was so chaotic! read more
