If you want Wings, bone in are still very good and I can recommend. I love their chips n salsa. Among the best you can get at restaurant. Now, that spicy chicken sandy. It was 13+ bucks after tax. It was a bun, a chicken patty, mayo a couple pickle slices and the fries. I can get the exact same thing at Qwik Trip for 4 bucks minus the fries. I can't even believe this thing is on bww's menu. I'm not kidding either, not exaggerating, the quality and consistency of the chicken patty was exactly that of Qwik Trip. Exactly. Lesson learned. We waited at the entrance and no one offered us a table or even acknowledged us; they just glanced our way and then ignored us. After waiting without any sign of service, we decided to leave. We don't mind waiting at all when there's a line or when a place is busy, we completely understand that. If I could give zero stars I would. Actually if I could give negative 5 stars I would. I was at this Buffalo Wild Wings literally 1 minute before I walked out. Here is the story.:. I drove into the parking lot that was riddled in pot holes. Guarantee my alignment is off now... but that's not the reason for walking out. REASON: I walked into the restaurant and noticed there was an open seat at the bar. I sat down and was instantly and rudely greeted by CHRIS the bartender. He came up to me not to ask me what I wanted to drink but rudely went to take my bottled water that was one sip away from being finished... I said, "woah"... I'm not done with that. He said that's the rules, you can't bring anything in from outside... THAT THE RULES. I nicely said sorry I didn't know the rules, but I'm on major medication that requires constant water drinking and that's why I had my bottled water. He then said, well I don't know, could be Vodka. He turned around to continue whatever he was doing and the couple I was sitting next to said, "this bartender has been a douche to us ever since we got here too". Then CHRIS looked back and said, "you can just leave". I asked him his name and he ran to get his Manager. I elected to get out of my chair and I refused to eat here. When I spoke to the Manager I told him all I want is this bartenders name, so I can make sure I do the community a service and not come into this Buffalo Wild Wings. I also told the Manager I would have fired CHRIS yesterday if he worked for me. CHRIS is rude and has no business being in the customer service or bartender/restaurant business. We came into this Buffalo Wild Wings just trying to get something quick to eat/drink after a long day of shopping. First, I want to say the server was just doing his job and there's nothing against him at all. Also, my friend and I are also in the service industry so we know what at least decent service is supposed to look like-- this was not it at ALL. My friend wanted an NA beer and she brought in her Mexican ID and they denied it, which is okay if that's their policy and we're understanding of things out of peoples control. However, she simply wanted to know why it was getting denied, so she asked the bartender who grabbed her manager. The manager proceeded to tell my friend that " there are not spanish-speaking people serving and they wouldn't be able read her ID. MIND YOU, a Mexican ID shows you the same numerical symbols that a US ID shows you as in 1,2,3. Then my friend asked, "What if a group of Russian people were to walk in here. Would you take their IDs?" The manager essentially said, " They would be speaking English so it would be fine", as if my friend was speaking to him in some language other than English. The food was lukewarm, I got my margarita after the food came, and it was overall a bad time. They should also clarify how many wings come in the "snack" portion and "small" portion, etc. So we ventured out to have lunch and we actually found something that was a great idea, so we thought! There's a deal where you get 5 traditional/5 boneless/fries and veggie slaw! Perfect!! Wait, don't get excited. My boneless wings were half covered in sauce, I got like 5 French fries and no veggie slaw. When I questioned the server, he said there's no veggie slaw but he can bring me carrots and celery..so that was nice..again, don't get excited (pictures included). He did bring me more fries but come on...for $16 my order should be a lot closer to what the picture shows, right? All in all, disappointed and will not be returning to an old favorite wing spot. I think I might just be done with BWWS at this point. I should start this review by disclosing that I paid for my meal with a gift card I received as a consolation for a previously bad experience at a different BWWS location. This location was dirty -- the bathrooms hadn't been checked or cleaned (toilet paper and paper towels in the floor) and a few servers noticed myself and another customer waiting at take out before an employee appeared from the kitchen to help us. We had called ahead for, but I added a bottle of wing sauce to our order at the counter. I asked for the wings extra wet, ranch and celery. I went into the ladies room before we left the store. Good thing I checked the bag before we left because the wing sauce wasn't in the bag. I walked around the side of the take out counter and waited for expo to notice me -- I saw the girl who helped us and another girl who was colorfully yelling "we are out of f****** coleslaw!" When the original girl noticed me. I said, "can I get the sauce I paid for?" And she knew immediately what I was talking about, turned around, grabbed it, and handed it to me. No "sorry" no "have a good night" no "thanks for coming in" We got home and the wings were fine but we came to find the celery included with our order was old and some of the stems were mushy.... If I had been a secret shopper for this store, they would have received poor scores in every category. Service, cleanliness, food quality. A previous experience with BWWs and door dash with this location wasn't much better. I ordered wings, extra wet. Door dash literally delivered me an order of plain chicken wings with no sauce. Wings and ranch. I was livid. Door dash refunded me some of the cost but I just sucked. It's a bummer. Because I love the wings. I never thought I would be writing a review for an already unimpressive chain restaurant. I realize expectations should be low to begin with. But I mean...that's just how bad it is here at this location specifically. And I can't feel right about it letting it go unnoticed (which according to other reviews, I'm not an outlier). Nobody that "works" there should be getting paid to do whatever it is they're doing there. Except Shawn, Mike or Harry. Those guys know what's up. But the other whoevers milling about pretending to be too busy with stuff (and just blatantly lacking efficiency/basic customer service skills) to be able to help you, should as I said have no business being paid for the job they do or rather don't do. What I've experienced here is amateur at best, you guys. Come on. You can never go wrong ordering door from Buffalo Wild Wings and as always our meal did not disappoint. The food was hot and tasted great! The wings, per usual, were fabulous. We ordered both boned (Jamaican Jerk) and boneless (Honey bbq). I was surprised that the Jerked wings were served in a sauce as any Jerked wings I've had in the past have always been dry rubbed. They were still pretty good, I just wasn't used to that. Although I prefer my wings boned in, their boneless wings were also quite delicious. Wings use to be sold as a dozen, then went to "about 10" per order and now are at 9 per order. Last night my family ordered 27 traditional wings, 10 boneless, and 2 baskets of Buffalo chips and the order came to $56.65 before tax. The wings are now cost $1.16 each, and some of them are so small it is a hike. The points were redeemed fine and the cashier told me she would just grab it all at once. That was annoying but the lowest of my problems. After a bit I ordered 5 more bottles of sauce to go. The system wouldn't let me do it as I already had an order in. Annoying but fine. Catie said she would try to delete my first order and try to do it in just one order. I showed her my points were redeemed and to NOT do that. She did it anyways and said trust me. She told me to leave telling me it's too much product to let walk out of the door. I am NOT a thief and could prove who I am. I am pretty blown away by this. I came in to EAT because I knew I was going to use my points for sauces. I spent so much money here to have 9000 points. If you've been to BWW before, this location is just like any other location in their chain. The thing is, I used to love BWW but they aren't the same these days. Honestly, their chicken wings tasted better back when they were cheaper. I remember when the waitress told me they raised their prices and were no longer doing wing Tuesdays (bone-in wings for super cheap)...that was the end of an era. They don't have the high-quality kind of chicken that would make you say that it's worth the price tag. We stop in from time to time just because they do have quick service and it's one of the best places to catch a game on tv. I usually get the parmesan garlic, chipotle BBQ (dry rub) or the lemon pepper. I go back and forth between bone-in and boneless, but I do think that most of the sauces/dry rubs taste much better on the bone-in wings. Boneless are just more convenient and less messy to eat. I get my wings with ranch and celery on the side. They always give you extra napkins, wet wipes, and little boats to put your bones in which is helpful. But like I said, the quality of the chicken is hit or miss. When I was at this Apple Valley location, I got the boneless lemon pepper wings lunch combo. I upgraded to a small size and got a caesar side salad. My boyfriend and I also shared a strawberry lemonade too. The strawberry lemonade was just what we needed on a hot summer day...it comes with cut strawberries in it! The wings weren't anything special. They could've been more generous with the lemon pepper dry rub. The caesar side salad needs some work. I don't know how you mess up a salad, but their dressing wasn't very good. They need to be more consistent with their wings. I'm giving this location 3 stars for their service and that tall glass of strawberry lemonade. read more
