We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings in Albertville for dinner. Sundays are a notoriously busy day for restaurants around here, so I was not too shocked that it was super busy. We were seated pretty quickly, even though there was a crowd. Our waitress ended up having to cover half of her coworker's section due to an impromptu call out, so everything came out a bit slow. The sports bar atmosphere was buzzing during the crowded weekend dinner rush, but it wasn't overwhelming. Even though the service was a little delayed, nothing came out incorrect or cold, and everything was tasty. I tried the new salted caramel espresso martini, which I was pleasantly surprised by. We also had the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. It came with deliciously seasoned chips and was definitely a favorite. We ordered the chicken parm sub and the sampler, which were both good. We also split a cookie dessert. Our waitress was super nice, and the food was great. We even brought home plenty of leftovers. read more

When we arrived, there were three other couples at the bar, and we waited over ten minutes--if not longer--before anyone acknowledged us. My husband even said that if he wasn't craving wings so badly, we would have walked out. The bartender seemed more interested in chatting with friends or coworkers on the other side of the bar than serving customers. Eventually, we got our drink order taken, but when I asked for salt on the rim of my beer glass, it took forever to receive it, clearly due to a lack of training on how to properly pour a beer. The food was not only cold but also of poor quality. When we pointed out that our order was incorrect, we were dismissed and told we were mistaken, with the response, "the lighter brown ones are the other sauce." Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing for a BW3. It's unacceptable and definitely not what we expected. The restaurant is your typical B-Dubs bar layout. read more

I gave this place 3 tries and they struck out! 2 of the 3 times they were very slow, went to the bar each time, the bartender was camping out on the opposite side of the bar chatting with the regulars and big tippers, had to flag down a waitress to even order a draft, no menu, had to ask for one, walked off, had to flag down another waitress to order food, had to ask for napkins and silverware, food was ok, had to ask for refills and my bill. No tip and not going back, stay away from this location!! read more

This is Davey L. Rich, "The Burger Man" from the Best Burgers in America Association. I have been asked what I think about the burgers at The Big Buffalo. It's a good burger, but it falls short of being a great burger. Any time a restaurant uses a "Preformed" hamburger patty, it will always come up short due to the "meat glue" used to hold the shape of the patty together which changes the taste and texture compared to the ones that use a Fresh Hand-Patted patty. Just had the worst experience. Me and my wife went in for lunch. To Have a drink and watch some nfl footbal. Ordered two drink, Evan after 30 minutes still no drinks. Also there are 40+ tvs in the place. Not one had the broncos and bills game on. We are now at Jeffersons enjoying a drink and watching the game. read more

We went on a Monday night and it was not crowded. Maybe 10 tables occupied. The waitress was quick to our table and to quick to take our order and was very nice. Our order came out 30 minutes later and not one single item was very hot at all. Everything was lukewarm. Boneless wings( many of them were dry), fries and onion rings tasted good. We decided to check this place out because it recently opened and we liked it. We really enjoyed the food, my aunt really liked the wings with the Asian zing sauce, I had the chicken fingers and fries which were really good. We had the cheese curds as an appetizer which were pretty enjoyable. I really like the sports bar atmosphere of the inside. But it was very loud and hard to listen to people talk at times. But what really prevented me from giving this a higher rating is how long it took us to get our food. They told us they were short staffed and one of the ovens wasn't working and I want to be forgiving due to that, but I think we waited close to an hour before we got any of the food we ordered. It's been a little while since we actually ate inside the place, we just usually order takeout from them now. If you want to order takeout from this place i recommend it, if you want you to eat on the inside I say maybe if they fixed the issues. read more

They charge .99 cents takeout fee, forgot to include the fries with my cheeseburger and I didn't know until I got home. Called. Manager was supposed to call back (per Nick) but day #2 and still no call. Heard many bad things about this place already. Food is too expensive as it is nowadays to be doing this to people.
