My order started off very well. The young lady at the counter was friendly, nice, and payed attention to my order and request for crispy fries with my dinner. That is where all the good ended. Got home with Dinners and the fries were cold and limp, the Gyro was cold the meat was little hard pieces and not even warm. The Pita was cold and stale. I'll start by saying the prices have been increased significantly. Second, there is now an up-charge to combine flavors when previously I don't believe such a charge existed. If you want hot and lemon pepper, for an extra $1 you will get your wings tossed in hot and lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on top. Want some hot sauce to go with your rice? We haven't been in a while but was craving their wings tonight, so we went. The cleanliness (or lack thereof) has declined to a nauseating degree. the table we waited at (and every table around us) was sticky to the touch, the floor in the entire restaurant was so sticky people were sticking to it with every step. there were areas (like around the fountain drink dispenser) that had visible thick sticky puddles on the floor. The restaurant was so disgusting that it ruined our appetite. THIS PLACE NEEDS A DEEP CLEAN... I'm not sure how they haven't been shut down. They have a small but respectable menu [most of the items are just different sizes of dish] of well done staple comfort food, this restaurant isn't gonna wow anyone but I've eaten here about a dozen times since moving to the neighborhood and I've never come away disappointed- the staff is attentive and all the food delicious. If you're from California, or if you've ever had an In N Out double double - then you'll love Buffalo House's cheeseburger. It is the closest thing (construction, ingredients, and taste) that I've had to a cheeseburger from In N Out, and therefore, it is amazing. When we walked in, I didn't see anyone, but after a moment, staff came out to greet us. Sure enough, they sold said poppers, and I ordered them as well as a 10 piece order of wings (combo comes with drink and fries). I'll give them their due...the prices are pretty solid. The 10 piece combo WITH the poppers was just at $10, but the poppers didn't "pop" for me. Fairly bland in flavor. The wings were decent. I got lemon pepper, and this batch was fairly salty...so much that my lips were getting numb, but I wont judge them on one batch alone. The atmosphere of the place is great for sports events, with big screen tvs all around, wide open space, and friendly staff. For the cheaper prices alone, i'd check them out. Good food, descent prices. I tend to rotate between the cheese burger, philly and wings. I like them all. I have a low tolerance for spice and the mild wings are a tad spicy for me but I still enjoy them. The wings are a little small compared to WingStop. The only real issue I have is they recently started placing the wings on top of the fries. The fries (crinkle cut fries) become a little soggy when packaged that way. Reviewed their menu on line called in an order for a 4PC fish dinner. On their web page the cost is $10.99. When I arrived to pick up I was charged $12.99 plus tax. When I inquired about the price difference I was handed a menu an told the price list on line was outdated. The menus I was given had the correct price. Since I placed my order based on the prices on line I expected them to honor the on line price. They did not. I was told they could not make the adjustment the price was the price. I asked for a manager and was told he was not there. I advised that they needed to correct the website or take it down I was told that they could not correct the webpage as it belonged to the previous owner and the new owner could no make changes. Frustrated I paid for my order and left. No one cares anymore about the integrity involved when doing business nor do they care about the opinions of the consumer.
