This location is clean, wings are top tier and fries are always hot and crispy. When I had their hot flavor for the first time.. it reminded me of how wing combos use to be when they cared about the sauce as much as the food. Oh Js is back in business with normal sized wings. I gave up on them for a while because wings got very costly and tiny! But I'm glad to report they're back to normal. The service is still quick and fast. And the ladies that work the cashier are actually very polite. There's another restaurant across the sheet I would frequent for winds and whewwwww they buckle under pressure when it gets busy. I LOVE J Buffalo's! Y'all, they have all kinds of food. They have chicken wings of course, fries, fish, gyro, burgers, fried rice, etc. They use to have bulgogi, bit they don't anymore. We usually get 50 wings and a family fry once a month, on Friday, from here. We choose three different flavors..... Dry lemon pepper, which is perfect, because it's not too tart, has the right amount of seasoning, and it's juicy. Parmesan, which is the greatest thing on the planet. It's not just sprinkled with parmesan, it's dumped on there. Then, it's a flavor that I made up called lemon garlic pepper butter lol. I made it up when I was pregnant. Maybe it existed before, but that's what I was craving. To this day, one year later, it still satisfies me. Yum! Make sure that you order before you pick up, because wait times can be a pain. The cashier's are friendly, and will help you if you need it. On the phone, you may feel a bit rushed or have a wait time, because they are always super busy. I passed by this restaurant for over a year and decided to finally give it a try period before I walked in I read the reviews to see that they were all over the place. Some people love it others not so much. I was somewhat hesitant when I entered but all of that went away when I was greeted with such a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism by the cashier. She was very knowledgeable about the different menu items and made recommendations. I ordered the Philly steak cheese and shrimp fried rice. They were both highly recommended. I would not recommend the gyro because the tzatziki sauce has not been mastered. If you are new to gyros then you probably would like it. While I waited I noticed that there was an entertainment area, so to speak. There was a Miss Pac-Man and Galaga arcade game which I absolutely went crazy over. There's also a pool table in several TVs that were placed on different sports channels. There are several tables and booths available that can easily accommodate a group or groups of people if they decided to meet up somewhere after 4 before an event or even just to meet there to eat. I also have the luxury of meeting the manager Teresa. She was very friendly and welcoming as well. She advised me that I ordered two of the most popular items and they were absolutely delicious. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. There was constant traffic flow for customers dining in taking out and some who even called the head. I will definitely return to this restaurant. Bad customer service. And the hours of operation are WRONG on Yelp. Either that, or they just choose to close when they want. I tried to place an order, was told I had to place it IN PERSON in the next 3 minutes. I was in the car and on the way (got there in 7 minutes) but the girl hung up on me. What I witnessed today disgusted me. The young cashier at this establishment got into a heated argument with a customer. The customer was a lady in her 70's who asked to speak with the manager about the time it was taking to get her order. The cashier called this elderly lady a B*%CH and other inappropriate things that made me cringe. The elderly lady never cursed back but told the cashier to respect her elders. This only heighten the cashier's rage and use of foul language to include F YOU. The owners stood there and did nothing. They did not fire the cashier and when I went back later to complain they stated they didn't want to fire her because they were having problems finding workers. I look up and also notice in the window they had a 50 wing and fries for about $30. So I decided to get that I mean hey you can't really mess up wings I'm thinking. The food was okay not great as I got their lemon pepper flavor wings. The wings were bland for my taste and they were tiny baby wings so they went really quickly as I have 3 children and a husband. However after paying $7.49 for 10 wings.(that probably equal 5 regular wings) then asking for a cup that I would pay for, styrofoam mind you) so I could have mainly ice water they want me to pay another $2.11. Very good Philly, if a little saltier than I prefer. Better than most, in fact. But more importantly this is one of very few places that serve fried okra. I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago after looking for something to eat on a Saturday night. I was driving along 78 and I noticied all the cars in the parking lot and cars turning into the restaurant. I decided to stop and check it out. There was a special for $30 that came with 50wings and fries. I decided to get that and tried a couple of different flavored of the wings. The wait for the wings was about 15 to 20 minutes but they had tables, game area, and even a pool table to keep you occupied while waiting. When they called my name to pick up my order, the gentlemen was polite and asked if I needed any condiments and threw a bunch in the bag. I really appreciate that because a lot of fast food restaurants like to skimp on the condiments like it's their own personal stash. But this guy was more then generous. When j got home and tried the wings I was surprised how good they were. I thought they would be alright because it's rare to find a good wing spot around this area, but these were delicious! So not only did I receive good service, I also received great food. This is a win- win in my book. I will definitely visit again. read more

So I waited patiently until she got off the phone. She gets off the phone and gives me a look like what the hell are you doing here.
