He was readily available by phone, text or email and that was what sold me on Absolute Glass. I did speak with another glass company, but their contact guy was way too unreliable and he never got back with a final bid. I wouldn't put up with that for half the price. Here's an important piece of info...replacing the glass, which is what we did, is not the same (much cheaper) as replacing the windows. So far, so good, but I was pretty ticked that the install crew didn't show up for an hour and a half after scheduled....after I blocked out an entire day from my office for the work. However, once Chaz and Gelasio arrived, they did an excellent job on the install finishing on time. The two of them seemed to work well together...i often heard loud laughter as they were working along. They worked quite neatly, but I think that they should have vacuumed thoroughly when they finished each window. Even a day later, and despite my having vacuumed thoroughly I found small glass shards on the floor. Even though I just dinged 'em twice, I'd still give them a "5" and recommend them highly. Finally, from the accounting department came high quality work and communication from Tara Morgan. Five star team for sure.

I had a large, approximately 5' x 7' tempered glass Solex window explode early on a Saturday evening. A different company had been making numerous excuses for not getting a replacement window. When that other company finally showed up with glass that didn't fit after waiting almost a month, I canceled them and called Century Glass & Interiors. Maybritt was so helpful on the phone and told me that Solex glass was available though the other company claimed it was no longer being made. Joe came out and took measurements the day after the other company showed up with the wrong size glass. He was very precise in taking measurements in all areas of the window. About a week later, the glass arrived and the installation went very smoothly. Joe took the time to add extra caulking and they cleaned up all the broken glass that was still in the frame. They did an absolutely excellent job and I definitely would use this business again. I highly recommend them.
