"Unprofessional and Dishonest- avoid at All the Cost" I have my windshield wiper glass changed here a few months ago, and it's being nothing but headache ever since. The plastic cover that goes over windshield wiper glass. It's been lifting for half of it Because wasn't seal properly that happened right after a few months, the being installed despite the so - called " lifetime warranty" that was promise. When I tried to contact the owner to get it fixed, he was completed and professional and refused to honor the warranty.. His customer service is terrible.. And it's clear he doesn't stand by his work.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.. save your money and go somewhere else!. read more

We had a window shatter just as we turned onto 59. Access Glass was only 5 minutes away. The repair estimate time was 1- 1 1/2 hours. They had it done in about 50 minutes and we were back on the road. There was a very clean convenience store right across the street with a grill, coffee, snacks, beverages,etc. The time flew by. Everyone at Access was friendly & professional. We couldn't ask for more!!! THANKS Access for saving us! My patio door had a broken double pane glass insert. Rather than replacing the entire door, I decided to look into replacing just the glass insert. I reached out over the phone to get a quote based on my rough measurements. The proposal with installation beat the price to purchase a new door, so I decided to move forward with the replacement with Access. Eric came out the next day to take exact measurements of the glass needed for the door. He took his time to measure and re-measure to ensure they ordered the correct size. Once the glass came in, Eric returned to install the glass insert taking extra care to remove the old broken glass, add silicone caulk, and clean up. Very satisfied and will use again. read more

My Jeep is a year old and this is the 2nd time I've needed a new windshield, Dealership wanted over $900.00 to $1200 for replacement, I had Safe#### do it $789.00 and had to wait for it a week and a half for an appointment. I had a punk do a smash and grab on my Volkswagen. Its a bit of an odd car so I expected it to be more expensive than it would be for your everyday F150. I called around and no one had it in stock and it was going to be really expensive. (Safelite-$370.-12 days out) These guys not only had it in stock on the south side of town. But they blew everyone away with the price. They picked it up, came to my house where I left it, and swapped it out while I was at work right there in the driveway. My girlfriend said the tech was very nice and professional. It took him about two hours to get it installed and adjusted to his liking. They really took a bad situation and did every thing possible to make it better. I'll sent everyone I know there for glass replacement. read more

Went to get my front windshield replaced and when the guys went to check out my windshield they broken the window even more, and thought that I would not notice it after they said they couldn't get the seal off without having to replace it. When I went back in to ask them were they gonna even tell me that they cracked it more they made it seem like I as trying to get money out of them. No its the principle that you broke the window more and didn't have business etiquette to say sorry but I cracked it even more. So I told them ok well I'll see you in court. He tells me here take $50.00 and don't come back. OHHHHH no worries we won't and definitely won't recommend anyone else to come either.
