paid $3000 in advance before starting my bathroom door work. after he fixed my three bathroom glass door, two door were very tight & hard to open. Mustafa said it will eventually be alright, and assured me that his work & products has 1 year warranty. We waited for couple of months, but still the same problem, door are very very tight & hard to open, it looked like the glass door will break. We have young kids using the bathroom, we are very scared to use these bathrooms. Our calls to him are ignored & now blocked. I then texted him that we will file complaints against him. lastly, we called him through another number, Mustafa bluntly said that he will never fix it & to go head file complaints against him. Amazing!! I had an accident this morning one of the dogs decided to try and go through the front window, probably to chase something. Needless to say the window broke. I called 3 different companies to get quotes. Mustafa was the only one that said yes I'll come this morning and his rate was well below the other two companies as well. He came in and very quickly put in a new window, done within 1/2 hour. I couldn't believe how fast he got me into his schedule! He did a great job and was very kind and sweet. Worst customer service ever. This pwrson is probably the worst when it comes to customer service. They installed our frameless shower glass and in within a month i noticed leakage from one of the clips. Not only this but the door doesnt close properly and wouldnt stick to the plastic door sealer. I contacted mustafa several times and he wouldnt respond to my requests. Finally he responded after few weekd and said he was out of country and he will be visiting coming friday to fix the issues. He never showed up despite of my several reminders and calls. This person is a joke. Never hire him. read more

Let's be clear, if I could give this guy a negative 5 stars for being a company and customer service I would. First off my mom is the one who contacted him about her window that needed to be replaced. Now he gave her a fair price and his work was good work, but him as a person and supposed business is a negative 100. He lies continually about the dates set to install. He will have you take off work and never show up. This went on for three or four days. Then he stopped answering the ph. So I got involved on behalf of my mom to see if I could get him to finish the job. So when I called he answered. I said" will you be installing the window for my mom today as you promised her for the third time". All he said was yes. Then I said "are you sure because if not I will just contract someone else to do it ". His response was " I will not repeat myself again and he hung up. I mean super rude. Then my mom called him again to make sure and he got super rude with an elderly old woman saying "just get someone else to do it. So we did just that. Yes the price was going to be higher but I didn't care because I will pay for good customer service. So somehow he called my mom back and convinced her that he was coming so we canceled the other company. He told he would be by at5 pm and still showed up at 6:30pm. He did the job and then when it was time to pay, we asked for a receipt and he said "I don't write receipts. So said "are you a legit business " and he said" if you don't want to pay no problem". I said the money is right here you have done the job but we like any sensible person would want a receipt. He got In his truck with no business name or number and he kept his tailgate down so noone could see his license plate. He gave us a death stare and look of racial discuss followed by just a ridiculous amount of rudeness . Mind you we are black Americans and he was I assume to of Arabic decent. I stated that because there is no other reason for this level of disrespect other then the race barrier. I could be wrong on that but that just how it felt.. he didn't say anything racially but his energy was like that. I have never encountered this level of hatred, rudeness, poor customer service, and horrible experience ever in my life on any level. As I said, his prices are fair and his work is good, but it's not even worth the aggression of dealing with this madness over saving a few dollars. By the way we still paid him but normally we give tips, but I think he owes us for the mental anguish he sent us through. I never felt as if l needed therapy until that day. We got 3 quotes and they were all very close, but Mustafa made the biggest impression. He is a very honest person, and the work he does is perfection. We got our bathroom remodeled and he was very helpful with tips on our shower and what was important to make sure the glass doors would be installed properly. It's still great! I was giving my bathroom a mini reno. I had American Glass come out to give me an estimate on a shower enclosure. They quoted me a price that was so much lower than the others, I thought it was too good to be true. I went for it! They measured right away and a few days later they called to tell me the the glass was ready and set up an appointment for install. What's the catch? No catch. 2 years later and I am still happy with my shower enclosure. I do want to add that Mustafa pointed out that the shower step was tiled with a slightly tilt outward which would cause any water than ran down the door to flow out of the shower onto the bathroom floor instead of into the shower and down the drain. Thank goodness he caught that and I was able to get it re-tiled before it was too late. read more

Mustafa is awesome! Very courteous and professional. Found this company on Craigslist. I needed a front window replaced at my house. Two different contractors had come out and given me ridiculous estimates. Mustafa came out within a couple days and gave me a very fair price and within a week had a new window in. DO NOT USE MUSTAFA FOR YOUR GLASS NEEDS. Mustafa came to my home to install a shower glass. After the install was complete he had told us not to use the shower for 48 hours. After the time had passed I went to take a shower and noticed a puddle of water in my restroom due to the glass not being sealed correctly. I promptly contacted Mustafa who said that he would fix the problem in 3 business days. He never showed up and started ignoring my phone calls. After 4 weeks of continuous calls and texts with no reply I decide to give up and look elsewhere for a solution. If you are looking for a trustworthy and loyal contractor Mustafa is not your man.
