We're lucky in Seattle because we aren't short of a wide variety and styles of bagels. They might not look as pretty as Courage Bagels', but I feel the hype is not real. The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce!
