Great service!…read more They were the ones to install the well, pump and supporting devices in 1987 for my father-in-law. We purchased the home off him in 2021. We have had to call them 3 times for vary different issues. Each time they are out quickly and did great work! Once to repair a leak in the 30+ year old section of pipe. While the water to house was still flowing and the filter system was ensuring the quality was unaffected, they still were out within 2 days. Another we were having pressure issues. Again they were out inside of 48 hours. Most recently our pump went out after what appeared to a ground strike from lightning. At the time we didn't realize the extent of the damage. When we lost water we called them at 8:00pm intending to leave a voice mail but they answered. They tried to see if they could help us reset the system and then when that failed they were out at 8 am the next day. They had to do a fair bit of detective work and were extremely thorough. They were able to pull the pump from the bottom of the well and replace it. And are working with our insurance company to get us compensated.

Jerry Williams called us back immediately and were at our house at 6:30am on Monday morning to repair the problem. Kodie Williams ran into a lot of problems because the previous company installed the well incorrectly. Kodie repaired the well and was very cost conscious. Very Poor service. They did not do what was promised. I paid the guy once the job was completed and requested the mail me a paid invoice. When I received the paid invoice it did not reflect the deduction of the $85.00 service fee. They will not return my calls and have not been able to contact anyone for months to receive my $85.00 that is owed to me. I have also requested an insurance certificate for my business to show they are operating with insurance, also with no success. Lesson learned is to not pay someone in full unless you have everything you need first. I trusted that they were a professional business and would respect our agreement...I was wrong. I spoke to the service technician today before going into the office and he looked it up in a binder on his desk and said it was actually 324.06. He was a very polite and informative technician. Then when I get ready to check out Denise the secretary says it's $355.00 and with tax $377.19. I explained I called and received a price from Randy for $325.00. She stated "I don't know what he was looking at." Well I don't know what he was looking at either but when you quote a customer a price and they drive 45 minutes to pick up the part you stand behind your word!!!! The same thing happened last summer. I called and was quoted a service contract price and when my bill arrived it was $42 more than I was quoted. I don't know if because you are the only Norweco dealer around it's okay to lie to your customers. I guess if You have NO COMPETITION you can do what you want. Not how I have conducted business the last 20 years nor how I would ever treat a customer. John was AWESOME! He came out as soon as he could and went through the trouble shooting with me so…read morethat I would completely understand the issue. I had several, control box fried, wiring fried, pump fried not to mention it was wired with the wrong type of wire by the previous owners. It was about 8pm when he came out to the house. After the troubleshooting, he replaced the control box and there was still an issue which he tracked down to a bad wire under the house. Unfortunately, the house is on a concreate slab so we couldn't run a new wire that way. He told me to go ahead and run the wire myself so I could save some money that way. The next morning I dug a trench for the new wires from the house to the well, (no well house) and ran them in conduit out to the pump location. He had a root canal appointment in the morning so this gave me time to do it. John then came out (with and having a root canal the hour before) an tested the new wiring and it was good to go but the pump was for sure bad so we replaced the pump as well. 90ft deep to pump, took about an hour or so and he was done. Recommended a few replacement parts as well that I took him up on . I would follow his suggestion as you don't wanna have to do this again. This guy was great from the first moment on the phone to the end of the job. Extremely professional and even apologized to the wife about the mud we tracked in without me asking. Explained everything in detail so I knew what I was paying for. I had a bunch of questions for him lol. There are new pumps out there for 400-500$ or so but you get what you pay for. The one I went with was a little more expensive but worth it to keep from doing this again in the long run hopefully. He said he believed the pump had been struck by lightning and caused the failures and even mentioned turning it into insurance which never crossed my mind so we wouldn't have to pay all of it out of pocket. His labor charge is very fare for the work performed. Keep in mind, not a lot of people do this type of work around here anymore. He showed up ready to work and got right to it. Final opinion, I would DEFINTELY RECOMMEND SEMO WATER WELL & PUMP to anyone looking for fair pricing, quick response, and an honest guy that is trying to save you what he can to better his business.
