I've been in my log cabin since 2010 but found his sticker on one of my well components. He serviced the expansion tank years back and now 13 years later my water went out. He came out same day and got me back in water. He's coming back to replace my expansion tank but explained my options so I could make an educated decision. He's quite fair and transparent. I would recommend his business to anyone.

They were very professional, introduced themselves, quickly assessed our well system, diagnosed the issue and offered several solutions. He got it working again over the phone. It just so happened this particular weekend was a big fundraising event that would impact all contractors in the well drilling/pump business. They were on site in under ninety minutes and replaced our thirty year old, non-functional system with brand new technology. Now we have water again and the equipment should be good for twenty years. Flynn was unwilling to hand dig a little extra around a well pump in order to get more space to get…read morea bushing out to install a new line. Instead of hand digging a slightly wider hole, they said they would have to tear out our existing sidewalk or pull the well pump out of the ground with a crane, costing a significant amount of money and damage. Instead of doing an hour of hand digging, as to not cost us significant damage and money they left the job and us with no water, a hole in our foundation wall, no water line installed and a huge trench open and dug in our backyard, with rain on the way. Kenny and Allen did not care to do a little manual labor to help the customer and left myself, my pregnant wife, father in law and two small children without water. I highly do not recommend working with Flynn. Jerry Williams Pump Service was able to come out and remove the bushing in less than 30 minutes, and did what Flynn would not do! They did an excellent job and did not even have to dig. They were knowledgeable, diligent and got the job done! They got our well up and running and our main water line installed in no time! Also, our irrigation company, Pro Outdoors, took care of all the trenching and backfilling and kept the process clean and looking professional, when Flynn simply told me they're going to make a big mess and there's just no way around it. Don't work with Flynn! They abandoned the project, were lazy and over all didn't care about the customer.

John was AWESOME! He came out as soon as he could and went through the trouble shooting with me so…read morethat I would completely understand the issue. I had several, control box fried, wiring fried, pump fried not to mention it was wired with the wrong type of wire by the previous owners. It was about 8pm when he came out to the house. After the troubleshooting, he replaced the control box and there was still an issue which he tracked down to a bad wire under the house. Unfortunately, the house is on a concreate slab so we couldn't run a new wire that way. He told me to go ahead and run the wire myself so I could save some money that way. The next morning I dug a trench for the new wires from the house to the well, (no well house) and ran them in conduit out to the pump location. He had a root canal appointment in the morning so this gave me time to do it. John then came out (with and having a root canal the hour before) an tested the new wiring and it was good to go but the pump was for sure bad so we replaced the pump as well. 90ft deep to pump, took about an hour or so and he was done. Recommended a few replacement parts as well that I took him up on . I would follow his suggestion as you don't wanna have to do this again. This guy was great from the first moment on the phone to the end of the job. Extremely professional and even apologized to the wife about the mud we tracked in without me asking. Explained everything in detail so I knew what I was paying for. I had a bunch of questions for him lol. There are new pumps out there for 400-500$ or so but you get what you pay for. The one I went with was a little more expensive but worth it to keep from doing this again in the long run hopefully. He said he believed the pump had been struck by lightning and caused the failures and even mentioned turning it into insurance which never crossed my mind so we wouldn't have to pay all of it out of pocket. His labor charge is very fare for the work performed. Keep in mind, not a lot of people do this type of work around here anymore. He showed up ready to work and got right to it. Final opinion, I would DEFINTELY RECOMMEND SEMO WATER WELL & PUMP to anyone looking for fair pricing, quick response, and an honest guy that is trying to save you what he can to better his business. Great service!…read more They were the ones to install the well, pump and supporting devices in 1987 for my father-in-law. We purchased the home off him in 2021. We have had to call them 3 times for vary different issues. Each time they are out quickly and did great work! Once to repair a leak in the 30+ year old section of pipe. While the water to house was still flowing and the filter system was ensuring the quality was unaffected, they still were out within 2 days. Another we were having pressure issues. Again they were out inside of 48 hours. Most recently our pump went out after what appeared to a ground strike from lightning. At the time we didn't realize the extent of the damage. When we lost water we called them at 8:00pm intending to leave a voice mail but they answered. They tried to see if they could help us reset the system and then when that failed they were out at 8 am the next day. They had to do a fair bit of detective work and were extremely thorough. They were able to pull the pump from the bottom of the well and replace it. And are working with our insurance company to get us compensated.
