If that's not bad enough waaay overcharged me ,and when asked for itemized bill, just sent me a list of excuses and a bottom line total .. ..again! Very , very frustrating. I only listed about half if them here!!! (Like didnt turn water on to heater before they left so still didnt have hot water to shower my invalid mother ghat evening!!! Ugh!!

They trying to charge another $400.00 to fix those lines. The lady on the phone was very rude. I guarantee she would not pay $4000.00 that was not owed. I looked around and saw hot water steaming everywhere on my floor and you could hear and see the WH dumping hot water from my overflow pipe all over my floor. Seems the over temp sensor was bad open so it wound up dumping hot water everywhere. Talk about a nightmare I spent 4 hours wet vacuuming hot water and dumping it outside in 20 degree weather. When the guy came to do the plumbing part before the concrete was poured did it in a few hours. He still had a lot to do. He disnt show up the next day to finish. We couldn't do the next step on the garage until he completed his job. We left messages with the guy on his cell, left messages at the office several times. Eight to ten weeks past and couldnt get the guy to call us or come out. He finally called back last week and said he will be here on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 to finish the job. This morning we called several times on his cell and left voice messages, called the office and left a message with the secretary. We haven't heard a word from him and he never showed up. I DO Not recommend this company to anyone!
