They were very professional, introduced themselves, quickly assessed our well system, diagnosed the issue and offered several solutions. They then quickly and efficiently replaced the pump and associated wiring, were careful not to damage the yard or make a mess in the house, and were professional and friendly the entire time. He got it working again over the phone. It just so happened this particular weekend was a big fundraising event that would impact all contractors in the well drilling/pump business. Lindell was willing to work his day off to help us. Fortunately the time he took over the phone solved the problem and we did not end up needing him to come out. I've been in my log cabin since 2010 but found his sticker on one of my well components. He serviced the expansion tank years back and now 13 years later my water went out. He came out same day and got me back in water. He's coming back to replace my expansion tank but explained my options so I could make an educated decision. He's quite fair and transparent. I would recommend his business to anyone.

Gerald found the problem and made arrangements to fix it... they were reasonable, on time and took the scare out of having no water 3 days before Thanksgiving...We used Buechting Drilling 2 years ago when we had to replace 21 year old well pipe and the pump... They came out on a very HOT SUNDAY and replaced both pipe and pump... our well is over 400 feet down... We appreciate their service!
