HD, some of us cannot shop during the day, so it would be nice if you could staff associates who could help and that are knowledgeable. When you have to walk from the flooring to the front registers just to find help, then get sent back to that department for no one to ever show up to assist, you lost a customer(s). Send in some secret shoppers or teach your employees to offer help. It would probably get your sales #'s up, not down!

I left to get something and when I came back, he was playing loud music on his phone. I had to ask him twice to turn it off. He then told me he was on the phone with someone. Awful experience. I didn't know what he was supposed to do so I asked him to leave. He did nothing but waste time.

He took extra time to answer all my questions which, in turn, helped my husband and I to feel comfortable making the investment to replace our old unit. He had our problem diagnosed and a new unit installed in just a few hours; he even went above and beyond, taking extra time to clean some of our attachments to ensure we were up and running as good as new! Best place around to buy a new vacuum or have your old one repaired. I'm glad I have somewhere to go where someone is actually knowledgeable about the products they sell and service and that it's local is just the icing on the cake. They will test your vacuum for free and fix it for cheap. read more

He tells me it wasn't worth fixing and parts would be impossible to find. Then he starts working on the dryer (which is only 3yrs. old and wasn't cheap). He takes it all apart, tells me he has a dentist appt and will come back Sat (10/7/23) to finish. He comes Saturday morning to finish. Then tells me that he accidentally broke the blower wheel and will replace it at no charge but he won't have the part till Monday (10/9/23). I don't hear from him, calls on the 11th, finally comes back on the 16th at 7:30pm. Puts it all back together and charges me $175. I do a load of laundry and literally cried when I opened the dryer and my clothes were still soaking wet. IT WASN'T FIXED! I call him, he tells me it must need a different part. a few days later he leaves me a vouc that he's sending me a partial refund and to call someone else!! This showed up a few days later.. he gave me back $100, kept $75 for "diagnosing my stove"!! It's almost April now.. and my dryer is still broke Which has made life extremely difficult for a widow mother of two thats struggling to get by. Words do not express how upsetting this entire experience was and I pray this isn't their typical service practices.

Well in my opinion, $ 321.00 is an exceptionnly high cost to replaice washing machine belt. I can safely say I will not be using Kevin again.
