I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.

I could write a book about how pleased we are with their work, their professionalism, their abilities to take a poor situation and make it work, their dedication to getting the job done and done right. I only wish we would have known about them and contracted directly with them. From Lauren in the office to Joe, Francisco, Jeremiah, and a couple of other guys who (I am sorry that names escape me) who were all a part of this project at our home, we thank you so much for not only doing the work, but passively calming me down when I would see your truck pull up in our driveway. Joe and Francisco especially went above and beyond with amazingly great attitudes on Christmas Eve. That they even had to work that day pissed me off, but they and their people in the office were dedicated to get this project in service before the end of the year. I would never have expected anyone to work on Christmas Eve. I am grateful that they did. I have already told many people about our unacceptable experience with our contractor, and have dropped the BRDA name more as the people to take care of their solar projects as well as any other electrical needs they may have. My husband and I both agree that we will be calling Brda for any of our electrical needs in the future simply because of the overall expertise their Solar group brought to this project. Several weeks later we were on vacation and we get a text from a neighbor tells us that there were some workers in our backyard. Oh - they came a week sooner than they told us they would. What the heck?! We come back and the wall looks not very good. This was not really their fault. Apparently the material in that part of the wall was different from the other part of the wall. If we were there while they were working we could have problem solved with them - maybe get some new material. But they did it when we weren't there, so that wasn't an option. And to top it off, they dumped some of the old wall over our fence, And dumped some gravel in our front yard. They did send someone out after we complained and gave us a small credit. Small solace. We have crappy looking wall. Very unprofessional company.

Telling him that we did not have to move forward with the repairs if he felt he could not do it for the budget I set aside. I even called him during the repairs to ensure we I was totally understood. All the while he gave me the "don't worry I understand. I'll work within your budget." I was shocked seeing the invoice come across my inbox. He totally took advantage of my trust and went for a money grab. Needless to say we will never use him and I will definitely be alerting the neighborhood. What a shame, trust is everything when it comes to your home, and a money grab is never, ever, a good idea.
