Was asked to come into the showroom to pick cabinets/countertops rather than come to my home to see what the project entailed. Was asked my budget over the telephone and when I (reluctantly) told him, I was chuckled at. CASH BUDGET!! We were paying cash. When I called him on this, the salesman said that my budget may be a little low. HOW would he know this if he wouldn't even come to my home to see my kitchen? Would not recommend Thompson Price based solely on this telephone call. Was it because I'm a woman? Or that he didn't like my zip code?

A subcontractor came out a month later, March 25, 2025 and measured. I've called Stone Trends and the subcontractor who keeps saying "I promise I'm going to get to you" I think two months later he could have squeezed me in for a small job that happened 3 months ago. Stone Trends needs to keep their word to me, its too late to keep patient.
