What the heck?! We come back and the wall looks not very good. This was not really their fault. Apparently the material in that part of the wall was different from the other part of the wall. If we were there while they were working we could have problem solved with them - maybe get some new material. But they did it when we weren't there, so that wasn't an option. And to top it off, they dumped some of the old wall over our fence, And dumped some gravel in our front yard. They did send someone out after we complained and gave us a small credit. Small solace. Floor was laid incorrectly. Concrete floor was never leveled before new floor was put down. As a result, tiles are cracking where the holes in the concrete are. I have contacted the owner, Jeff, several times to come and fix the floor, but he has not. All around workmanship is sloppy. They didn't hook up my dishwasher for 3 months! No real reason, just didn't come to hook it up. No pride is put into their work. They took down a soffett, but refused to paint the ceiling afterward. What? It took them 7 months, and that was only after calling and calling them to finish up. I don't like giving bad reviews, but I worked really hard to save up for a kitchen remodel only to have it end in disappointment. Buyer beware!
