We used this company for our high school's prom for the last two years. The first year, the DJ…read moredidn't have any of our music downloaded and couldn't connect to the venue's wifi, so he didn't play anything that we wanted (and couldn't accommodate requests... but he asked for them anyway). What happened this year is reprehensible. During our dance, this DJ asked multiple high school-age girls for their phone numbers. He showed up to a kid's house party after the dance ended. That night, some students found a bio online that he had written saying proms were his favorite events to work, but, in our call weeks before, he told me that this was his first prom. This detail has now been removed. We reported this incident to Millennium Productions. Their excuse for a solution is to restrict this DJ from working proms in the future. We are extremely disappointed in the company's failure to fully hold its employees accountable for inexcusable predatory behavior. Do not work with them.

We switched our ceremony to be inside instead of outside the morning of the wedding and he was super flexible and made it work with no problems. Will coordinated with my brother who played the saxophone during our first dance which made that moment extra special! Our dance floor was packed all night, and he did a great job of feeling out what types of songs would keep the dance floor going. She's completely reliable, and you don't really have to give her any direction in order for her to get great shots. I love that she "blends in" to whatever event she's shooting... sometimes photographers can get in the way and be really distracting to guests, but that is never an issue. The best part is I always had the photo disc in hand about a week or so after the event, which is pretty darn fast. I plan to use her for a few different things in the future. The date was a holiday weekend which also narrowed our options. I found Phil on another social media platform. We connected and I found him to be very personable and considerate of our needs. Fortunately, Phil had past experience photographing anniversary parties and promptly suggested I review his website to review work examples. His website photos are vibrant, clear, and perfectly captures the joy of the events. We spoke with a couple of photographers and their work examples didn't compare to Phil's. We spoke a couple times prior to the event and he asked me for specific photos I wanted taken. I didn't prepare a list, and that is all on me. Not Phil at all. I strongly recommend preparing a list to better direct Phil. It's not his job to be an event planner!! On the day of our event, Phil actually was there even before WE arrived. He'd already began photographing guests without my prompting. Phil's presence was unobtrusive and his demeanor professional. At my request, he stayed a little longer than we had originally planned and agreed. He gave me a timeline of when to expect my photos. Surprisingly, he emailed the link to our photos A WEEK LATER! The pictures really don't do justice to the beauty and grandeur of the huge spaces, which were completely transformed, which was good because our venue was not particularly attractive. It truly looked even better than what I could even dream of. These services don't come cheap, but Allison was very transparent with pricing of individual items, was willing to work with our budget, and saved us money wherever possible by reusing items between events. She threw in the most beautiful custom dance floor wrap for no extra charge for our reception, which was so appreciated! As a planner, Allison was so thoughtful and warm. With her in charge, we probably had the world's only on time Indian wedding. Allison's schedule was immaculate and I can't imagine how everything could have run as smoothly as it did without her behind the scenes calling vendors, directing traffic, and putting out fires. Her hard work allowed us to enjoy our big day that much more. Our only feedback would be that Allison put so much effort in that she was clearly stretched thin so we often felt like we had to go over the same details multiple times during the planning process and day of, some details (but not essential ones) were not executed the way we envisioned. I think this would happen in any situation where the lead decorator and coordinator of a 300 person event were the same person, so that is something to consider with bigger events.
