We met with one of their consultants on four occasions to set up a remodel of our bathroom. She was great and worked with us on all aspects with our remodel. We were very pleased with the way things were going. We had finalized the details, and paid a $15,000 deposit. The next week, we hear from our consultant, that she had been let go as part of a large staff reduction. At first we were going to stay with Ferguson, but the next day we were called and told that our consultant had made a mistake on a piece of cabinetry, so they were canceling our contract and refunding our money. They gave us no other options on all that we had done, and we could come in and start the process all over again. We felt this was a very unprofessional way to business. We purchased an existing home which needed to be updated after 20 years & to fit our family better. Jill our sales person was a terrific help on this large project & great eye for design and making sure all finishes went together in each space we were working in, complete with lighting & fans, 6 bathrooms, new kitchen, laundry, etc. The ending results have been better then we could have imagined, very excited to be able to start enjoying all of our hard work! August 29, I needed a faucet and a bathroom light fixture. Went to the reception desk, and was offered a beverage. Dang!! They have Diet DP. The receptionist directed me to the two brands I sought: Moen and Kohler. Both were recommended to me. In the meantime, she called for a salesperson to come up front. I looked at both, but it wasn't long before Katie Loggia came to assist. We reviewed my preferences. I decided on Moen. And I chose a wide spread faucet, which was recommended. I could not find a light fixture to my liking. So, we just checked out with the bathroom fixture. When she brought that up on her computer, she found a Moen companion light fixture!! Holy mackerel!! An absolutely fabulous find!! I got it! Katie said everything would ship in two days. Well, I knew that wasn't going to happen. It was the Thursday before Labor Day. I am remodeling my shower. I went to the show room and was assisted by Justin who is fantastic. I ordered a shower head, neck etc. The arm was too long because my shower is small. So I contacted build.com to return the long one and replace it. Initially the customer service representative said ok, then the call was disconnected. I ordered a replacement that cost approximately $62. I called back and the next agent gave me a hard time. My husband and I just built a house and Ferguson Lighting did all of our lights. I can't say enough GREAT things about the outcome. Travis was so helpful as this job was overwhelming for me. He was so patient as I changed my mind a few times. Travis is very knowledgeable about design and helped me a lot to know which way to go. ASK FOR TRAVIS. I buy lighting for myself and others, especially restaurants. While in this store, I bought a display light for a client. I was told that I could not have the light for two weeks at least because they had to have an electrician take it down. Since I am 80 miles away, this was not very useful but I liked the light enough to put up with it. Later, due to time constraints I got something else for the client and decided to keep the light for myself. After several months of not having any staff going that way, I asked for it to be shipped at my expense. They said they couldn't do that because it might get damaged. Isn't that the problem of the delivery company and the insurance that I buy? Business must be really good at Ferguson. At another store of the same size (different company) in the area, I previously bought a display pendant and the female salesperson took it down herself. I guess it is just too much stress for the boys at Ferguson. The rules are epic at Ferguson. In my business we used to think of service as going a step further. I walked in with my son looking for materials for 2 full bathrooms and a master bath (we are doing a guy rehab of a historic home.) No one asked if I had questions or needed any help, which I did. They have "pretty" things but are extremely over priced and not helpful. I would go here for ideas and then purchase online. read more

We used them years ago for a whole home project and they were very good. So I went back to them a couple weeks ago for all new appliances, faucets and medicine cabinets. After many delays which made me feel uneasy, I decided to call another appliance company and another place for faucets and medicine cabinets. I found that Ferguson had not told me about rebates on the appliances I was ready to order. They also had not told me that in order to replace the drain in my tub (due to the type of drain I had), I needed to have access to the underneath part of my tub (which I do not have as yet). Therefore, I would have ordered the parts, paid for them, paid for a plumber to come out. All to find that I needed to have a tile guy come out and make an access panel to my tub. Very glad I called someone else. read more

I beg to differ with reviews that even suggest their prices are high. We priced out all appliances plus faucets and fixtures (which were all high end) and they were the LOWEST and even BestBuy was blown away by it. The showroom consultants work off appointments and help walk-ins if available. This was my second kitchen remodel and have used Ferguson both times in 2 states. They have all the most fabulous choices in one showroom with professional help to pull it all together. They do not come across as high commissioned sales people out to make a sale. read more
