Designing exactly what we wanted was so easy to do working with Scott Scarfino, the owner's son. Scott came to our house himself to take measurements before he ordered anything, he came by several times during the renovation process to help out and check on the progress. Jerry, the contractor that did all the work was at our house every day until the job was completed. After it was completed, he had my husband and I look over everything to make sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. The following day, Scott came by to look at everything and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. There were no hidden costs, the renovation cost exactly what they quoted us. Down the road we have some more work that we're wanting to have done at our house and Gateway Kitchen & Bath will be the company that we will go to for that work. Great, great experience.

Overall, material was included in quote, he showed shared picture of fence options. Quote was invoiced and paid half in advance to work. One Saturday morning, we heard the noises and came to know that his crew is already here to do the job on fence. As I had other engagement on that morning, I was mostly out till the end. Came to know that my sprinkler line is cut during the work, no inquiry about ground situation before beginning of the job . No big deal, I informed the business owner and asked him to keep going. He did fix the line later, I didn't get it checked yet....... The one side of my fence was not leveled by their crew as the corner is little sloppy; although my original wooden fence was leveled to ground. Again no issue, I can live with it. My issue is the really cheap quality of aluminum panels (very light) used in the fence (overall 49 feet linear length), although I inquired in the beginning and paid for at least good quality material (for around $65-70 you can get around 12-15 lb heavy 5-6 feet aluminum and other location during . The first company that came out bid $20,000 for screens only, and told us we could put plywood on the existing boards ourselves! Heartlands was the second company to come out. Larry Brost gave us a quote of a little over half of the first company's bid, and it included replacing the floorboards, installing screens, removing an outdoor staircase and installing two ceiling fans. My husband told me to cancel the third appointment because we found the company we were going with. We were so pleased with their work we asked them to do the same thing on our front porch a year later, and they did an excellent job on that as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Horrible Customer Service. I guess they consider spending $30,000 on cabinetry to be a "cheap"…read moreproject. Cabinets came in with lots of damage and they would not even partially reimburse us for the damage or replace the cabinets. They told our contractor to "touch them up". Our contractor charged us nearly $1,000 to "touch up" and make repairs and we are expected to pay that bill. Numerous doors came in scratched, chipped, cabinet bases completely busted even with "touch ups" you can clearly see the cabinets are damaged. I am appalled they expect their clients to pay full price for cabinets that are chipped, broken, discolored etc. Our bathroom is being completely held up by these delays and will remain half finished while we search for a solution. I was not asking for much just simply some remedy on the cabinets that came in damaged. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars.

They have a HUGE selection for starters. Plus, their knowledge of the appliances is head over heels over the top from the box stores. Lastly, they compare their prices to anything around (online or at the box stores) to get you the best price! Our delivery (cost depends on what you are getting but for the fridge was just $79 and includes haul away) is next week which I will update how that goes. But, Codey and crew were AMAZING, and we don't plan on going anywhere else in the future for appliances. Give them a try if you need something. Their delivery crew was top notch as well! A crew of 3 guys that made the install/haul away look easy! They were on time and kept me updated with a link that showed where they were along their route for the day. The guys were all nice and knew their jobs well.
