This place is wonderful. I actually bought a new refrigerator from Lowe's about 6 months ago. The Lowe's delivery guys were not able to get my old refrigerator out. They tried for about 5 minutes and said it couldn't be done. So they just left I had to return the fridge! They had also told me I would have to hook up the water supply. Well, not at Bill's! They did a perfect job! The salesman was friendly and informative and the delivery guys were amazing!! They had to work at it, but they were very smart and experienced (and funny too). They got the old refrigerator out and perfectly installed my new one plus a new dishwasher. They really know exactly what they're doing. What a relief! This is the place to go for appliances. Highly disappointed and angry with Bills Appliance. I spent $2750 plus installation fee for a Whirlpool refrigerator, delivered Feb 8, 2022. By the end of October the ice maker in the door stopped working. Called Bills and they couldn't get someone out until the day before Thanksgiving. After that visit and two more visits since then from their repairman, the ice maker still doesn't work and it's now mid-December. When I called to complain, the man I spoke to basically said I was out of luck. He said to call Whirlpool and see if they could have someone come look at it. I did that and now they can't come until early January. Since I bought the refrigerator in January, Whirlpool says my warranty is up then. So basically I have one more chance to get this fixed and hope it works going forward. Bills said I should buy an extended warranty. So wait, I have to pay even more money so that I can hope to get something fixed that your guy couldn't fix after 3 visits??? He said this is normal that the ice makers stop working, even this soon after purchase, so my question is why are you selling this model??? And why wasn't I informed of that in store? The whole point of why I went to Bills was for that personal service, thinking also since the selection is small they are only selling the better of the appliances out there. If I would have known these ice makers were that unreliable, I SURELY WOULD NOT HAVE bought this particular model. Now I'm stuck with an ice maker in the door that is useless, limiting my refrigerator storage space and forced to use the ice maker in the freezer, again limiting my freezer storage space. And all Bills says is "sorry". To pay this kind of money and within a year not have what I paid for is bad business. I can't believe Bills isn't doing anything to make this right and they just took my money knowing that I don't have what I paid for. read more

The best place for appliance repair and purchases. Service arrived on time and fixed our washer. When we needed a stove we went to Bill's. They beat the big box stores on prices and knowledge about the stove we bought. Free delivery, free set up and fee carry off the old appliance. They are reliable, prompt, and when I expected to have to replace both a dryer & dishwasher, the repairman did some simple fixes & gave me helpful tips on how to keep them running. Bought a dishwasher. After a couple of weeks, it no longer filled with water. Turns out it is defective - controller not working properly. Bill's does their own warranty work. I have now been 2 weeks without a dishwasher. Part may be in today, Friday, but the repair guy is busy till Tuesday. Not getting any priority. Disappointed. read more

Family store that is rapidly losing its focus on customer service. If you want to get the best price at Bill's Appliances you must come in with a print out of a local competitors price. They will not match what you can clearly pull up in front of them on your phone and don't mind sending you on the run around. Jake is very knowledgeable and deals fair. Gina straight out lies, doesn't really know product features and plays terrible games when it comes to pricing. And she is well aware she is screwing around about it. The older service techs don't care about friendliness and lately I have to question if they really are putting any effort into fixing an item versus just telling us to buy a new one. I've had one younger tech who was current but odds are you'll end up with one of the old guys. Though I have bought a number of appliances from Bill's over the past 15 years, I've decided to take my business to their competitors because the service is so poor and they don't really have the best prices. If they can't change their game plan and get focused on the core values customers want, they aren't going to survive another 15 years. Really disappointing. read more
