I am rescinding my 5 star review…read more Last night, just months after we paid full price for a professional installation the loaded Asko dishwasher tipped out of the cabinet as not one single retaining bolts were installed. We found the bolts and the specialized retaining spaces in the owners manual bag. At least the installer did not discard them. After watching several Asko sponsored instructional videos online last evening I secured the dishwasher as the installation professional neglected to do. Seems like securely attaching the appliance would be a basic step.

Called Andy's multiple times and was told manager would call back. He never did. Apparently he is a spineless wimp who hides behind his employee's skirts. He offered to do a part search that day and if he was able to secure what was needed, they could come on Saturday (in 3 days) and fix our issue rather than doing a service call first. Thankfully he was able to find the part needed as we were leaving town the following week. He broke down the pricing for me over the phone so I was aware of the cost ahead of time. The technician, (Josh I think) was prompt and courteous and completed the job quickly. I'm so happy the other companies couldn't fit us in or I might have never ran across these guys! ASAP will definitely be our go to if we have any appliance issues in the future!

Noah let me check out the tools and crack open a box to make sure everything looked good and wasn't missing any parts. The rotary tool(Dremel as most of us call them) was missing a few pieces from kit so he knocked a little off the price. The oscillating tool was new in the box and had no apparent issues, got it home and it seems to work just fine. The rotary tool turns on and doesn't appear to have any damage!
