This place is a joke, they are not even located in this state; much less local. Had to laugh but…read morethe word "appliance" is not even spelled correct, that should have gave it away. The repair man said he didn't have the correct belts and he would have to come back. I was fine with that. They do not charge for a service call if you have them complete the work. When the repair called to set up the second appointment, I mentioned the service call fee and he said that there would be no charge, since I had already paid $ 90 Well, when he was done, I paid him $ 231.00. Well in my opinion, $ 321.00 is an exceptionnly high cost to replaice washing machine belt. I can safely say I will not be using Kevin again.

I went to the Home Depot store and was oh so lucky to talk to the store employee "Claudine Nelson". She was the most knowledgeable person I've ever spoken to at Home Depot. She explained the many choices on refrigerators in the store and helped me to decide the best option for me. Home Depot is so absolutely lucky to have her as an employee. On a scale of 1-10 I would have to give her a 20. If I ever need another appliance I will be looking for her! So refreshing to actually find someone knowledgeable. I am so happy with my new fridge. One day after completing the installation of our basement vacuum extensions, he immediately came back out to our house to fix the system because the drywallers for the basement botched up our system (on a Saturday, no less!) by their severing a wire to the system making the suction fail. It wasn't Evan's fault, but theirs. He came out and saved the day! Great customer service!

We had Evan come to the house a couple days later. After careful testing and diagnosis, he decided to change the board.
