    WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!! These dopes are supposedly Tesla certified but they shouldn't even be…read morecertified to fix a Tonka truck. The office staff is ABSOLUTE TRASH and they lie directly to your face. My car was taking forever to get repaired due to a simple deer strike. After a considerable amount of time, I called them to inquire about the status of my car. Of course the genius' in the office had NO idea so they promised to call me back by the end of the day. They did not. I called again and they told me when they were reassembling the car the body guy noticed a crack in the inner fender well plastic. I asked more about it and they gave me a long story and reasons why it couldn't be cracked. I then informed them that the plastic liner WAS AT MY HOUSE because it got ripped off in the collision. Add on another week for a part I could pick up from Tesla in five minutes. This was in addition to MULTIPLE calls with MULTIPLE lies each time. F the people in the office and the degenerate working on my car. Fast forward about two months and I had to put the mud flaps on that they failed to do, and I found that the entire fender liner was held in by only three plastic clips!!! The d-bag simply cut the rest and left them, and never replaced the fender bolt!!! Additionally, he didn't replace the bolts on the top of the bumper causing the bumper clips to crack within a year!!! AVOID THESE POS' AT ALL COSTS!!!

When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that I had to bring vehicle back to complete "something minor"-that they had already ordered the part, and I was to receive a phone call once it arrived. THREE WEEKS later, and after calling and leaving messages numerous times in between, I called once again-this time extremely frustrated! I was casually told the part was already in- Ohh nice..if that was the case why was I never contacted? Fast forward- I take a day off from work to finally get this job completed. Out of Luck!--I find out that the wrong part was ordered! To make matters worse, a felt the vehicle going to the side- I felt it was off immediately. When I questioned it, I was told, "We don't perform a wheel alignment when a vehicle is rear-ended, it could've been a pothole". Huh?!?!-I WAS REAR-ENDED!! On the contrary, a reputable source states: "A wheel alignment check is CRUCIAL after a rear-end collision, even a minor one, because the impact can easily knock your wheels out of factory specs, leading to poor handling, uneven tire wear, reduced safety, and potential suspension damage". In conclusion, last week I called, to inquire on the name of "that" part that we've been waiting forever, because I was going to take the vehicle elsewhere to get the job completed. Well..what do you know, the part had finally arrived- Of course, nobody reached out to let me know-why should they do that!! My response, "No thanks, I'm taking it elsewhere"! All I wanted was for my vehicle to perform the way it did before the accident. Instead, I was met with poor communication, incomplete work, and unnecessary stress. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
