It had already been refunded by the time I got home from returning the car! Very different from PAYLESS who NEVER RETURNED MY DEPOSIT. I had to dispute it on my credit card to get it back. During my Enterprise's rental, their F-150 would not start. Here's my rant: They blamed ME for it not starting!! Saying that I WAS RESPONSIBLE for leaving it in front of my home during a rain storm. Car return is even easier, you just park it at the designated parking anytime 24/7, just leave the keys at the hotel's front desk (after normal business hours). This location is off the airport, and located inside the Marriott Quorum hotel in Addison, TX - about 15 minutes from Love Field. From the airport, just use Lyft or Uber (there are tons of cars) for about $13. Taxi will cost you $40. Tip: Double check with your credit card if they automatically cover rental insurance (many credit cards do). If not, get the additional insurance because are really expensive cars.

I go to turn in the vehicle once mine was done with repairs, and the guy starts asking me if I connected my NTTA toll tag to the vehicle while I had been driving it. I said no, no one ever told me I could or needed to do that... he apologized but pretty much said there was nothing he could do. I would be charged for all the tolls I accrued while using the vehicle. Annoying. I called back today because the toll amounts for those 3 weeks just pulled from my credit card, and I thought it was a little high. Turns out they charge you a $4 CONVENIENCE FEE for everyday that you use the toll roads on top of what the tolls are already costing you. The guy apologized again, but that doesn't get my money back. All of this could have been avoided if the Enterprise representative that gave me my car would have told me this in the first place.
