I come here! On this trip today, I had a rental reservation for a full size elite. I was told they don't have that and ended up having to take a VW Atlas (or a convertible, which was way too small). The outdoor booth, which the app told me to go to when I arrived, was closed. Then I went and stood in the National line and was told that I need to get in the Enterprise line. Then I had to wait in a long combo line of Enterprise/National...what a joke this place is. It's so poorly managed and unorganized.

Normally, whenever I return a rental car, the employees are right there, checking me out immediately. Here, on the weekends, there are no people, and you have to walk up to the main national desk. Not a big deal but just puzzled me. At this location, there appears to be zero value to the Emerald Club. They helped me get into a cheaper car when my 30 day insurance coverage lapsed. Unfortunately, the car was side-swiped at the traffic circle, which is the car renters nightmare scenario. They made it easy to switch cars the next morning and kept my insurance rate without much trouble. The bill ended up being $800 out of pocket. This is terrible, but I did appreciate the associate telling me that my experience with MCC Collision in Rancho Dominguez was ridiculous and that she would speak to my insurance about reimbursement if i needed her to. I wish I could remember her name. I really appreciate the thought, even though I think getting reimbursed by insurance will most likely not happen. Little gestures like this made the 6 weeks I had to wait for my car to be repaired a little less stressful.
