She let us know we were covered to choose from a couple different cars, talked to us about each one, and helped us make a decision. She was very friendly and professional. I'm 22, a recent college grad, and only have a Debit Card. When I first rented with them, I was still 21 and a college student. Other rental car places WILL NOT let you rent with them if you are under 25 and do not have a credit card. However, I was easily accepted to rent with Value Rental Car both times with NO issues. I initially rented my car for 5 days, but extended it for 3 additional days due to my hectic car shopping schedule. Once I realized I needed to extend it, I contacted them and did so with ease. Since my schedule can get crazy, it was impactful to know that I was NEVER going to receive a bad attitude just because I needed to extend my car dates. Fast forward to last week he remembered me from last time and the same scenario played out; got an SUV, told him I wasn't comfortable with it, told me to wait and he got me another sedan!! I rented a Rav4 2024 while my Rav4 2025 is being serviced. The staffs were super friendly and knowledgeable of their cars on the lot. Interior of the store is pretty much empty. They told me to have a seat while they're preparing the rental car. There's 5 chairs that's awkwardly placed against two walls. Would be cool if they included a couch and coffee table rather than an empty floor. Had good experience renting a car here.
