But today I had to work with a guy named Aaron and he was very inattentive from the very beginning. I made reservation 4 days before and when I went in there were only three cars available, two within my price range and one with extra pay. There were many cars but Aaron said they are already reserved. I wonder then what was the point of me making reservation few days before. But whatever, I decided to pay extra to get the car I prefer. He wasn't clear upfront with the additional cost from the very beginning, (the difference was only about a dollar per day, so I was like whatever). But when someone else pulled up with the car, I just literally sat there for another 10-15 minutes because nobody told me anything whether the car is ready or not, and no inspection and nothing. Aaron never came back and I asked the assistant manager Kevin and he helped me get the car and leave the site. However on the way home, I realized that the gas was 5/8 full when Aaron told me bring it full (he told me its 7/8 full, which I was thinking 7/8 is not full but I thought I will check later when we do the walk through, but this never happened with him.) Please see photo. Seriously? I returned and got it corrected. I felt like I wasn't serviced at all and scammed if it wasn't for Kevin. I began to wonder how many times did this happen? However, the friendly staff was very helpful and I was able to rent the car there and save my vacation and my transportation needs. The car was clean and ready to roll. I was even provided a map, even though I told the lady I didn't need it since I know the area, but she suggested to me to have it in case of an emergency. It's a tiny place and if you arrive at LAX, you'll need to take a Lyft or Taxi there, 20-some blocks down Century Boulevard. The car selection is small and the cars are far from brand new.
