So I go to pick up a car at Budget at DIA, some background, I travel just over 200 days a year, I am a fast break member, anyway, this is the car I get, dirty inside and out, driver side door handle is broken, after spending over 20k with Budget this year, sad to say this will be my last rental with them, next year my business is going to National.And BTW, all other cars parked around it were clean, guess it is there way of saying we DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS, I got rhe message, Thank you ~

The owner is abusive and beyond rude. When I began filming he reached over grabbed the phone and hit my hand. He got vulgar and began shouting to get the **** out his location when I requested to speak with a supervisor or management. Do not give your business here and do not dare try and reason with the owner. He's insane and isn't in the business of helping anyone. His customer service is horrible and he should try another line of work. DO NOT GO HERE

NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE. We reserved our rental at 3PM. got there at 4:30 thinking it should be more than ready... I was wrong. They said they had been trying to figure out where the driver went with our car for over an hour. Apparently they left the airport and then they could not reach them. I wish they would have called us, we paid $30 for a lift from the airport to this location and would have picked it up there. We paid for a truck as we were going to the mountains and the only other thing they had was a minivan. We waited an hour for another truck to be delivered, missing the rehearsal dinner for the wedding we were in town for. The truck was filthy inside and out, their excuse was they tried to be as fast as they could... it takes a minute or two to vacuum up crumbs. They didn't walk us to our car, instead we drove it back through the parking lot to notate the GIANT dent that we may have been charged for had we not gotten in notated. Two days into our trip we heard about all of the hail in the area and figured we should stop by before we leave town and add the insurance for the rest of the trip. They said no I can't do that. You either pay for the whole rental of none at all. Can't you just check the car in and then re rent it with the insurance for the remainder of the trip? I come to aurora at least once a year and I will NEVER go here again.

Rented for Memorial Day wedding trip to Wisconsin. On way there and back had multiple issues, windshield wipers blades non existent aside from string you can see in the picture. This caused a very dangerous situation as we got hit with a downpour and could not see the interstate road and had to pull over. Air light for tire came on yet did not display PSI. When going the speed limit on interstate 80 it makes a noises that's high pitched, and we even had death wobble. I immediately relayed to support To no helpful solution, I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get a replacement car or even windshield wiper blades to me, and of course calling the local line here brings you to main support line if they don't answer, which they didn't. In the end fault lies with the location I got the car from, so do you and your family a favor and rent from a budget that actually checks and inspects the vehicles they rent.

Literally made me go get the gas to full??? I'm not blind but this is FULL!

The van that we rented started shaking 10 miles down the road. Broke down on the road. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the rental place.

Car was filthy, filled with trash and food. When we complained, the staff were rude, did not apologize, and blew us off. Rent elsewhere!

Seinfeld My insurance made a reservation for me two days before I started at this location. I was told there were no cars, but they'd call me in an hour. I went back home. I'd taken off work and got a ride to go there. Not cool. 3.5 hours later, I called them. Nope, no car and none in the pipeline. The person spoke with impatience and seemed incredulous that I'd called, even though I told him they promised to call me. If shrugs were audible, I'd have heard his. They'd call me if/when one showed up. When prompted, he said I could try other locations. No suggestions as they would all be out of cars in the area. Egads. I called the one up Havana and got a very helpful guy who told me more in two minutes than I'd learned from two people here. No cars, but he promised to call me back at 5pm either way. He did, but I learned later he actually works at this location. Staffing again. I got a car the next day up the street, but both locations suffer from a lack of staff and of cars. I heard several people being told that the complimentary ride Enterprise promises simply wasn't possible. I watched one poor guy try to run his entire location alone on two consecutive days. He deserves an award and a raise. When I dropped the car off, I saw a full waiting room, but he--same guy on his own again--offered to take the keys and leave it at that. Currently, I would avoid Enterprise locations in the Metro until they stock up on vehicles and staff. This is not my experience in other cities. People often skip past one-star reviews, but I want people to see this. Two stars.

My car is in the shop for a while and I wanted an upgrade to what the insurance covers. I'm happy with the Dodge Charger I chose.

However, they did deliver a car to me with the flat tire indication on, which I took a picture of just to have as backup, just in case. As it turns out we drove from Denver to Keystone and later that same night the tire pressure was 26 psi, so we filled it up. The next morning we went outside before going to the lifts and discovered the pressure was down to 23 psi, so we went and tried to fill it up again. In this case the tire air machine didn't work (probably because it was -1 degrees). Regardless, we called roadside assistance who later had a driver meet us to change out the tire. Upon arrival the driver, who was great btw, said it was probably safer to fill up the tire and drive back to Denver than to install a doughnut spare for that drive through the mountains. So, that is what we did. Because of the air situation I was not comfortable driving the car the rest of our trip so I delivered it back to the location one day early. Calling Hertz Customer Service was pretty poor. All they would say is that I had to fill out a form, which I did to ask for the credit. The response from Hertz was nothing more than, paraphrasing "Thank you for being a valued client, we apologize for the inconvenience. Anyway, I'm not going to upend my life to try to get them to do anything differently, but I will not be using Hertz for my personal car rentals, and I am removing them as a vendor so our employees can no longer use them for their travel. It's not out of spite, just that having such an impoverished customer support system is too much of a tell that my staff would almost certainly be treated similarly should they ever have such an experience whilst traveling for work.

The service was quick and great, the gentleman who helped us during pick up and drop off was friendly and helpful. The car, however, could used better maintanence. It looked as if the inside surface had been basically dusted but the nooks and crannies could use a good clean. To me, service is mainly what keeps customers coming back so it's a plus for me. I'll use Hertz for future rentals.

The staff was kind. All of the gentleman working were very helpful & customer service driven. We were in and out within 40 minutes. Our return was a cakewalk. In fact, Chris Morris was amazing. They always greet you upon entry and not your typical, "Hey ya doing? greeting" - a nice warm greeting asking about your day and how they can genuinely help you. They also offered water while we were waiting & honestly, there was little to no wait whatsoever upon handing over the keys, and getting a quick inspection of the vehicle. The F150 Ford truck we rented ran fabulously and was in perfect condition - zero issues. We would certainly do it again. We would highly recommend this location for their customer service and we'll definitely rent from them again based on our experience with Chris and the team on E 6th Ave in Aurora, CO! 5-stars

They do not offer children's seat but connected me with a service that did at about half the cost of what it would have been with one of the national rental car companies. The owner picked me up at baggage claim and took me to a hotel close by where is fleet is located. He coordinated getting the car seats so they were on site before I was. Did the paperwork and I was off. Very easy process and nice guy. The vehicles are a little older but my Suburban was in great shape. I had 6 people in it for a week and drove it through the mountains of Wyoming and had no problems. They maintain their fleet well. I will definitely use these folks again and highly recommend them.
